Order wasn’t ready and then they couldn’t find me in the spot I was in and thought I left??? The they didn’t shut my hatch and when I asked another employee that was near, they went to another car instead. I was in a hurry so it made it worse. Usually it’s a great experience and great customer service. They were all new staff learning.

I love going to Walmart. It is a one stop shopping. I can get everything I need in one place. I just wish the employees were as helpful as they should be. Some are and go above their duties but slot of them are ignorant and ask like your bothering them because you asked them for help.

Its nice to see that Walmart is adding more and more organic produce and veggies to their offerings.

It was not crowded at all. Started xmas shopping with black friday deals.

Great store with so much choices on everything. They have everything your looking for. There prices did go up on food items and more. But they do have nice TVs there I seen for very cheap.

Wal mart super center Coventry, Rhode Island is nice and clean, well organized, staff are friendly and willing to help you i dont really mind driving a while to get there.....

Only Walmart to provide services for four surrounding cities. Shelves sparse but Ive seen worse in other states. All Walmarts are pretty much the same. Some cleaner, some stocked a little better, some not stocked at all and isles are stacked w/boxes where u just help yourself. There is a lack of employees, or so Ive been told.

Always pleased to shop at this store...so much variety...browse the aisles looking for what I need and find other items to also purchase...shelves neatly stocked...quick self-check out a nice convenience. This was a short visit today but will return another day. Always satisfied with my shopping there!

Largest store around here. Sweet staff who are very usually helpful. Cant always count on them to have items in stock, so it is hit or miss. Biggest pet peeves, 3 registers open with six families in each line. I do not do self-checkout and the wait time is getting longer each time.

Horrible attitude from the woman delivering orders to my car for door dash. She told me my car wasn’t clean and she was taking my name from the delivery list. I’m definitely ok with that.

Its a great store for day to day needs. However, dont work for them. As a corporation they care little for their employees. Not too mention that the managers think their overweight a@@ is better than everyone else. The hiring manager is a know it all with very little compassion. So working their is a joke but its a great store for anything you could use for anything.

Horrible. One register open for the whole store. Asked customer service and they said they didnt have any staff to open any registers. Then asked if in an emergency do they have enough staff to handle their customers and was plainly told no! This store should be shut down if they dont have the staff to deal with their customers in an emergency!! Walmart doesnt care though. They just want your money. Will not be returning. Target it is!

This Walmart is ridiculous the employees are incompetent and just straight ignorant. Im a door dash driver and they refused to out an order in my trunk saying that it couldnt touch my things mind you I was there earlier in the day picked up 3 order and they had no problems placing one of the items in my trunk and the rest in my backseat on top of my sweater and bag I feel that door dash needs to end their contract with this incompetent ludicrous ignorant walmart

The store was clean and organized. The stock was low with many items but overall the experience was pleasant. Helpful staff. Easy to navigate as it was the general layout of most Walmarts.

I come here mostly because my grandmother gets her prescriptions here. I went to buy a phone a couple days ago was told I couldnt because she didnt know how to ring it out. Thats right, denied an over 200$ purchase because they didnt know how. I asked for a manager, there was none that could help me with that... I went to target.

The place is amazing !! I have been a billion times and every time its like a new experience..The wait staff and workers are so polite and friendly.I so love this place .Thank you for everything!!!

Awful staffing. Never enough registers open. Multi billion dollar company. Penny wise and dollar foolish. Terrible instock in some grocery areas. Empty shelves everywhere. Absolutely deplorable.

I go here for the convenience. They have a lot of what youre looking for but the stock isnt great. I will continually see things low or out of stock. But like I said, convenience. Its kept pretty clean. And the staff has always been pretty good to deal with.

Super centre they mean it with enough space. You can get lost inside. Every department looked very well equipped from pharmacy, stationery, supplements, electronics, Man, woman, kids wear sections with plenty of choices. Plus good deals of TVs. I was impressed with the return policy I experienced that I had no issues.

Last visit- I needed something from a locked merchandise holder in electronics, 2 women employees who were standing around chit chatting attempted to convince me I had to go find a woman named Lori who had keys (Shes somewhere in the FRONT of the store while Im in the back).I was not satisfied with this as a frequent Walmart shopper. I found the next nearest employee whom I didnt get her name, explained the same way to her what I needed... 5 minutes later I have my desired merchandise and Im out the door. Thank you, thats the way its supposed to happen... NOT me having to chase down someone who Might have keys for what *I* am buying!!!

Since Covid/Pick up delivery, at times shelves are in disarray or bare, since they are always filling online orders. Unless Im going at a incorrect time. Its been hit or miss. I sometimes hit Target instead. Big newly paved lot, the plaza has Tmobile, Verizon, Super Cuts, delicious Santo Taco, a bit $$ but yum, Bjs and Bjs ⛽Gas!! Cracker Barrel, Firestone. And the road in and out are full of potholes.Just went in Sept 2021early morning.... everything thing was clean organized stocked to my surprise. Friendly and pleasant again early morning. Suggesting go early am, because they are stocking up all night. Great morning experience. Great overnight crew!!

This review is for the auto care department. Very disappointed with their work ethic, no one wants to work or do any auto service. Purchased 4 tires and no one is available to install them until Friday. Went to tire shop with one guy working, installed and balanced all 4 tires in less than 30mins and still accepted new customers walking in. This autocare department is just a waste of space. Take it out and replace with something useful

Every single Walmart should be shut down. Between the lack of work ethic and employees, the amount of rotten produce, empty shelves, and downright and disgusting bathrooms and even the main store itself, is so unsanitary and I am not afraid of covid at all I just do not enjoy shopping in a filthy store. I will never return back to this place or any Walmart for that matter. Chain stores like this are killing small businesses everywhere. And its just a transfer of wealth, from middle class to lower and upper class only. Resulting in no small businesses anymore and Walmart and Target being the only places you can buy your essentials. Never again will I step foot in this disgusting please physically and metaphorically. Never shop here!! Its killing America and capitalism as we know it

Had a great experience today.A gentleman from the automotive department named David went above and beyond to help us.He was on break and took the time to help us purchase a kayak .One he was on break and two it wasnt even his department. Thank you again David.Wish all employees where like him.

People in the electronics department are awful and rude and clearly doesnt understand their own job. Dont waste your time.

Its great for a deal but stock is limited and they only have a small variety to choose from. And, the check out line is so super long

I have had good experience in this store. Curbside pick up is great (I use it almost once a week and have had good luck with freshness). The employees serving curbside are friendly, masked and prompt. Inside the store when I have had to go in, I fortunately dealt with more good employees. So far so good. I try to use so checkout whenever possible so I cam maintain that social distance.

So so, not well stocked at times. Too reliant on self checkout.... pharmacy is the only dept Ive never had a problem with actually quite helpful

Same experience as usual. Definitely clean and not super packed for once. But like usual they dont have enough cashiers on the line. Or when we went they decided to have a meeting at one of there obviously busiest times. -_-

Shopped and then waited and waited and then finally were told we couldnt check out unless we had cash only....system was down. They should have told the shoppers to stop shopping.

Store was nice. People on the sales floor could care less by helping. I wanted to get a carpet cleaner for my car. I ask the sales men if there was any more in the back. He told me there was one left but couldnt even bother to look for. The carpet cleaner was $179.00 dollars there lost

For a super center they were missing a few items on my list the last few visits, especially the fresh pet dog food in the mini fridge.

Less busy than I thought it would be for its size. In and out fast. Found what I was looking for less clothing options than some other larger Walmart but still fast in and out time.

This Walmart is thoroughly confusing when you go to pick up grocery orders I couldnt find where it was to go or Park or if you have to go inside the building first it was absolutely crazy inside that store but at the end of the day I got my groceries and couldnt wait to get back out of there and home again.

Its a great place and had really nice people but I am frustrated with the people who keep leaving things in random places, like I found cupcake liners on a TV and I was concerned

Store need to be clean better, bathroom look nasty and I count 3 Spills Around The Store Without A Caution Sings, Employees And Management have a lack of Professional And Human Skills, COVID-19 Protocol Is Over And Most Of The Customer And Employees Dont Usé Or Use In The Wrong Way The 😷 😷😷 Mask.

Staff CAN be nice. But, some are mean, the place is moderately nice, can have some improvements, but the manager is very good with his deals during events. Sanitation is good, you typically dont need to wash your cart as theres always two associates cleaning carts, one on either side.

I love this walmart. I can find almost anything I need there.

Very poor customer service at your home & patio door. Just came from shopping there and a dark skin woman and a blonde woman stairing at myself and my husband as we’re checking out. Then asks for our receipt as we’re walking by her.. she pointed to the top item like 7 times like she was counting but clearly she wasn’t because she didn’t know how many items were in our bags. And as she’s doing this just looking at my husband.I didn’t appreciate it at all!Then I call to talk to a manager and get two different people before getting a manager, had to explain things three times.You clearly need better employees and some customer service training needs to be done for a few of your associates.

Still dont like being treated like a thief after I check out.....if the products were sold tiger at another store close WalMart would never see me again. WalMart lucked out for convenience this time. Mostly I avoid stores that treat customers that poorly.

The place is clean, tidy, somewhat organized, but you can use the walmart app to find your way. Its usually an enjoyable experience and you dont have to worry about your carts being cleaned. Associates are always cleaning.

Only problem I have with this store is that there are never enough cashiers and you end up standing in a line for an hour. Still most definitely better than the ones close to my house

Excellent Store and customers service thats until you pass the cashier and are ready to go back home, the verification of the customers receipts are one of the most insulting and horrible experience your customers have an undeniable frustrating just at the end of it all.Makes you really wonder why WalMart has so many cameras all over the store if they are going to treat their good and bad customers the same way just before they leave the store. Its as if a crime is committed in a good neighborhood and the police decide to stop everyone excellent, good or bad people going through that neighborhood for the rest of their life for investigation purposes could they do that sure but is it good policing, helpful to their investigation or even legal, I highly doubted. Even if you have customers who do not care about being stopped and asked for their receipts it doesnt make their experience better specially knowing that we are in the twenty first century and theres no lack of technology that can easily remedy this situation and not to forget that most of your competitors dismissed such a policies.

I bought a venomized Spider-Man Funko Pop. For an in-store pickup and what I received. Look like someone stepped on it. I bought this pop three times. After the first time I asked if they could send it in a box. They sent it in a bag again the third time I did an in-store pickup asked again for a box got nothing but attitude from the girl. As she threw my product on top of the cage. And proceeded to leave why I opened it up to find my box in disarray. Like someone had stepped on it

I dont mind having my receipt checked at the exit for the case of copy paper in my cart since it wasnt bagged. Staring at the one item receipt for a full minute with suspicion was aggravating. The copy paper was charged to my business account. I was a bit taken aback when he asked if I had a receipt for the 8 bags of groceries for which I paid cash. After asking why he threatened to call security. I gave the recept to him whereby he proceeded to stick his ungloved hand in a bag, pawing through my items. I had to beg for my receipts back.

Worst store I’ve ever been in, empty shelves and employees shopping almost run you over. First and last time I’ll ever shop here.

I like this Walmart better. It usually has everything you need and the shelves are always stocked. The employees help you and are respectful unlike the Walmart on Plainfield Pike. They are so ignorant at that store.

Is very low on supplies didnt even have drinking water available unless it was in small bottles most everything was out of stock so they need to keep up with the demand. Vegetables were very old looking like theyve been there for a week or more so as far as the grocery part of the store goes not pleased

Rarely have registers open and want you to wait on yourself, shelves have not been well stocked and process gone up considerably.

The shelves were not stocked and the lines were long.
