This ìs a good place to work with. I had them measure and order a large mirror with installation. It was a great job. The tech was on time, friendly, masked and worked in a timely manner. I also special ordered a unique window. The window was an exact fit and was a good price. The woman in the office who handled the purchase was friendly, masked and explained the return policy. No disappointments.

Just wanted to say what A fantastic Company that Kent county Glass is! The owner Todd is so professional and Knowledgeable and so honest, I must share my story with you! Todd was doing some work for me and was giving me an estimate on some windows that needed to be replaced. When he gave me the estimate, I proceeded with him to Do the work, and both girls are wonderful to work with! A few days later his office contacted me and said that after researching further he realized that the estimate was higher than anticipated and quoted me a much lower project! I have never dealt with a company that is so honest as Kent County Glass! He could of easily charged me that price and I would’ve never known! I will tell anyone who needs his work to contact this company. Not only are they excellent, they are also very trustworthy and honest and pleasant!

They installed glass shower doors and did a beautiful job. Very happy with them. However, while he was here I mentioned an issue with two regular windows that would not stay up. He took a look and said it was a little plastic part that had broken and needed to be replaced. He said he had plenty back at the shop and could fix them. I waited a week, called left msg with staff. No return call. Called again, spoke with staff, still no return call. Guess they only want the big jobs. I wont go back there for other work.

I find it remarkable that this place is in business. I had an appointment with a two hour time slot and had contacted them to call me as well 20 minutes prior to arriving. They not only didnt call - but never showed up during appointment window and my repeated calls to office had just an answering machine for messages. I then called up to two hours after back side of appt. window and still no answer, no call or show. Contacted company the next day and they said we were busy and could not get to all the jobs with absolutely no explanation of why no call to advise they would not be able to come. DO NOT RELY ON THESE PEOPLE TO DO YOUR WORK.

This company is by far the easiest company to do business with! I called them to give me a quote for the place i work at and he (the owner) quickly came by and took measurements for a quote. He was there when he said he was going to be there and was very thorough. He then promptly called with an unbeatable quote. I accepted the quote and we scheduled a time to do the repairs on our glass door. He quickly was at my work place and did the job fast. He was courteous and friendly. He also takes his time to thoroughly clean up any debris. I am so happy at the work this company does, that we are going to use Kent County Glass for all of our Glass repair needs (and my work place has hundreds of windows!). I am also going to recommend them to anybody that needs glass repair or installation.

After reading the reviews I decided to go with Kent County glass for my moms kitchen table. Thanks to all who posted their experiences. It turns out you were true to your words. The people at Kent County Glass were so nice to deal with, and they called back immediately. They came quickly, measured the table and my mom had her glass table top within days. Truly a great business to deal with, I would highly recommend them. 👍👍

This company is so professional, they came out and measured and had an estimate the next day. After my deposit it took a short time till my glass for my insulated units and screens were ready. The instal took 45 minutes and everything looks amazing. I definitely recommend using this company you will NOT BE DISAPPOINTED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
