Sent a few emails that never got a response, so Im unsure why the option was even offered.Also i didnt like the response given to a paying customer who wrote a review, i dont think Ive ever seen such a condescending, rude response when the business was obviously in the wrong, and almost outright saying to a customer they dont care that they were put on the back burner i mean what business admits that they do that and publicly responds to the customer like its their fault, in all my time doing reviews Ive never seen anything like it.(Disclaimer) i have no relation to that person, but i am a would be customer and that tells me to never become one and to keep telling others to go elsewhere as well

Can always count on J to get what you need and is willing to talk trade. Builds quality ARS. I got mine about a year and a half ago and it was just what I wanted. I have also done 3 transfers from On line from companys website and J made sure it all went smoothly.

No hassle out of state purchase!! I called about a specific model and they had it in stock - they called our in-state registered store, did all the leg work and next I received a call saying it would available for pickup next day at 9am!!! I can’t say enough great things, pleasant to deal with, knowledgeable and seamless transaction. A+++

Had them install some Volquartsen parts on my Ruger Mark IV. Did an excellent job getting me into running order. Prices were reasonable. Kept in touch about time lines when parts needed to be ordered. Definitely the place Ill go back to in the future.

One week before Easter 2019 I dropped of a 1911 slide and new Novak sites to be mounted. The slide had a brand new cerakote finish when dropped off. Checked on the status several times, and the slide was always on the bench. Today, (02/06/21) stopped by to check on the slide and still not finished. It spent almost 2 years waiting for sites to be installed. The front site was installed, but the rear site was not. The new cerakote finished was marked up from the front site install. The stock sites, plunger, and spring have been lost while in the shop. Now I have to purchase new parts to finish the install myself.Would steer clear of this shop for any work.

Jason has the Customer Service thing down pat......friendly, knowledgeable, courteous and fast. Excellent work, reasonably priced. A nice clean, well organized little shop too . You wont be disappointed.
