I put a deposit down on a pool in April 2021 with Sabrina Pools. Knowing fully well at the time that there were and still are so many product/supplier shortages for pool companies and many other industries across the country/world because of COVID that I felt I might not even get this pool in this year. Also to mention the massive spike in pool demand. But I went ahead with it to get me on the books, that way when liners and other products are available I would get my pool. I was very excited about potentially getting a pool installed this year like everyone else. However, as time passed on I was becoming more discouraged but completely understood why. It has now been confirmed that my liner and a few other things have not come in yet so my pool won’t be installed this year. As I was bummed and felt frustrated, I knew that my materials are probably still sitting in those shipping containers on cargo ships sitting off of our ports. I know there may be other issues like staffing within the company also due to folks not wanting to work because there sitting home collecting unemployment. I am explaining all this because with this company and I see it with other companies as well, that people are complaining and writing bad Google reviews. I would ask that everyone be patient during this trying time and not to try and ruin companies reputation based on things that are beyond there control. Sabrina’s wants to make money but it is very difficult right now due to the circumstances previously stated. I have only met John the owner twice during this process and in my opinion he seems like an outstanding guy and a man of his word. Be nice and be kind.

John and team have been responsive, communicating well and John has been a man of his word!!! It disgusts me the amount of people willing to give a bad review without thinking of the effect on him and the business. We need to be kind and support local businesses!!!! Not sure if people are living under a rock but the past 2 year are a game changer in the pool industry as well as many other things in life. GET IN LINE!!! Your not allowed to cut in front of someone else… be patient… ITS CALLED SUPPLY AND DEMAND!!! Many… MANY PEOPLE aren’t vacationing and are ordering pools. Personally my husband and I know our place in line and can’t wait to swim in our Sabrina pool and are thankful John didn’t rush and do a job before he was ready and have all the supplies. This is a luxury item we are all purchasing and due to SUPPLY AND DEMAND… we need to be patient! Life isn’t normal on any level right now… but being kind and a decent human needs to a priority!!! John, Sabrina team and family you have our support … keep delivering your amazing products and try your best to deliver to your customers and I apologize for the ones who are expecting way to much from you!!!

Our experience with Sabrina was dreadful. We have dealt with Jonathan throughout. We contracted for a pool in the spring and provided a $3000 deposit. One August came and calls were unanswered we finally were in touch with Sabrina and it was clear they would not be able to build the pool this year. We agreed on a refund and despite calls to Jonathan and the company where we were assured a check was coming there has been no refund. Fraudulent.

We have been lied to by Sabrina Pools throughout the whole year long process. We have been told to schedule electrical work, landscaping work, and deck installation, while, little did we know, this company had no intentions of installing the pool this year! It was supposed to be done in June. It is now August and now all we have is a half dug hole. We actually had to have them come back because they claimed they had finished the work, when they hadnt even started at that point! After talking with the supplier it was confirmed that Sabrina Pools had never ordered the pool and thatthey were well aware that the work would not be done this year. We have given them the benefit of the doubt all summer, but at this point we are just extremely disappointed and angry for being lied to. We started this procesd last summer! If we had gone with a different company we would have had a pool at the start of this summer. We did our part and were more than patient and they just totally screwed us.i cant believe it. I would NEVER recommend this company.

DO NOT….hire this guy…doesn’t show up… not professional…poor work….every bad review he responds same way…blames a bad employee,,,THE WORST!!!

I have had one interaction with Sabrina Pools and I am giving them 1 star because I can’t go lower.I needed a part for my salt-water pool and found that Sabrina is a dealer, which would be convenient since I live nearby and could pick up part in a day or two. My wife called 5/22/20 and got no return call after being told they would call her right back. I called a few hours later and was told the part I needed would be $900. I happened to be looking at a website that had the same part for $250.I don’t understand how Sabrina Pools can justify charging almost 300% more for parts. If this is how they charge for parts, what is their charge for labor?

Great local pool company. They are providing curbside service including water testing which is free and advice on appropriate pool chemicals.

Very competitive price. The day of the estimate, they arrived on time! We drove to Coventry to look at the liners and they answered all our questions. Team that installed the liner were very nice, knowledgeable and did a great job on the installation. Made this process easy. Will be using them to install a safety pool cover for the winter too. I called several pool companies/stores and I will use them for all my big purchases.

Best pool company and best employees in the area. I have used big companies and small ones. Test the water and sell you chemicals is the standard fare. Sabrina helps you solve problems that no one else can without breaking the bank. Could not be happier with them.

They scheduled two appointments to discuss options for a pool. He didn’t show up nor called and when I called his phone was turned off. I was very disappointed by his unprofessional way of doing business .

We have our pool up and running since around June 1 and we couldnt be happier with the end product. We found the staff to be knowledgeable, thorough and competent. Most of the people are long time employees who really know their stuff. Every time that we had a problem it was promptly fixed. There isnt one thing that they recommended that we havent ended up being happy with.We highly recommend Sabrina pools. They have been great!

Pools are expensive that is for SURE! We shopped around and Sabrina had the best quality product for the least cost. Sabrina has been very professional answering and helping us with ANY problem and question since installation last spring. The installation went FAST! Deposit on memorial day and we were swimming by mid June! In the beginning we had trouble balancing the water and they were right out with chemicals and advice. A little bummed about the extreme cost of the cover -2500! there are a lot of hidden costs with a pool that is for sure... add 10k to your base estimate to cover the decking and pool cover, that is my advice! I would recommend this company though to anyone. Excellent service

Sabrina pools always responds quickly to my phone calls. They let me know in a timely fashion when they’re coming to open or close my pool. Always friendly people on the phone and in person Have been with Sabrina pools for over 10 years. We’re in a long term relationship 😝

Fabulous work performed, every one I had contact with was courteous and professional. Work was planned and performed in an efficient and effective manner to get my pool and associated equipment performing properly. No rush and no pressure involved, every one and everything was wonderful!

Sabrina installed my pool last spring. This was my first season opening the pool. The manager and staff have been very helpful and patient with all of my questions and concerns. I was having trouble with the vacuum head I was given last year and they replaced it for free. The new one is so much better. I have been very happy with the service at Sabrina, and I know they will continue to be patient with me as I will have many more questions as a new pool owner!

John on the phone was extremely helpful answering all my questions. I knew it would be a tough job but didnt expect so many issues. All the guys that came out really worked hard to solve each problem they encountered and kept working until it was fixed. They even stopped by a week later when they were in the area to make sure everything was working correctly. Excellent customer service all around. Im very happy I chose Sabrina pools! I would highly recommend them!

I grew up going to Sabrina pools with my father and I was a kid. 25 years later my wife and I bought a pool from them and couldnt be happier. Now Ive been my kids there to get all my pool supplies. You want something done right just go to Sabrinas.

They come open your pool dump leaves and debris from the liner into the pool.they give you 2 gallons of shock and tell you have a nice day

We purchased a house last year. Sabrina pools came out 2 years earlier and put a new liner in for the last homeowner. I called them last year to make them aware that the liner was UN-tucked in 3 areas. They dont stand behind there work!!! They wanted to charge me just to come out!!! I own my own business and stand behind my work 100%. Its hard to believe with their lack of customer skills that they are still in business. Thank god we have other choices to go with in the area. I wouldnt waste my money or time with this company.

Met John with Sabrina pools at an Expo, purchased a spa and has been nothing but terrific service and reliability. Definitely would recommend Sabrina Pools if your looking for a great price and great customer service throughout the years.

Glen the repair man has serviced my hot tub on numerous occasions and has always fixed the problem, been on time and priced fairly. I highly recommend this company .

Great people and wonderful service

Sorry to say after 20 years with Sabrina I will not be using them again. For the second time in 3 years the pool closing team left after 27 minutes without completeing the job. We had to call twice to get the workers back to finish the job. I don’t mind paying $352 for a closing, just do the job

They always have fittings and if they dont there guys can find something that works.
