Staff is friendly and customer service is great they also have a wide selection of costumes and accessories I would highly recommend.

Definitely the best Halloween Store Ive been to. They have the best props if youre looking to decorate your house and a huge inventory of costumes. Great customer service as well. Theyll greet you and ask if you need assistance right away but arent pushy like other places.

Good customer service and they are willing to help with whatever you need. Theyre privately owned and all sales are final. No refunds or exchanges. They let you try the costume there, so you can see if you like it or not. They have a bit of everything like; kid,baby,adult and some dog costumes, face makeup, accessories,wigs and outside decorations.

Haunted Halloween store setup is amazing. My kids look forward to coming to this store every year. My kids enjoyed seeing all the animated props. The customer service was amazing and they helped my kids find the perfect Halloween costumes. Thank you haunted Halloween store.

Its seldom that I take the time to write a review. However, I am truly impressed with their personnel’s customer service skills.I rarely go to Halloween stores because I don’t want to waste my time looking at commercial costumes. A shout out to Tiffany and Skylar for helping me create not 1 but 2 customized costumes that are AFFORDABLE!!! I can’t wait to “display” my looks at work and the parties I’m attending. 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼

3 workers more interested in talking to each other than helping, but I did say I was only looking. my son age 9 wanted to see the animatronics work, I know the workers are not there to entertain us, but hes a 9 year old kid. My son wants to be deadpool no childrens costume in this size, smallest adult size $60

By far the best Halloween shop I’ve been to. Their costumer service was great and they had all the items I was looking for. The way they set everything up is amazing.

All sales are final, which is fine and all but theres no sign & they dont say anything. I visited today, bought everything, and left happy. Right after went to WALMART and they had all the makeup supplies liquid latex and everything for at least HALF THE PRICE of this place and double the amount of product i spent a good deal of money here and felt it was worth it really because I figured no one else would sell it. So I came back and they wouldnt return it. Thats fine they dont HAVE to return it but they arent the place to shop and I wont be returning when I run out of the small bottle of liquid latex I bought for 14.99.

Its a bit out of season but it does represent my favorite holiday. ( Looking ahead to this years costume)

At the haunted house tour you will have a scary time there they have stuff costumes that are like the real thing scary wow what a place very awesome

The pricing on there products are high but the staff are chill..I just didnt like the way they run the place.it felt like I was being monitored closely like I might run off with something..maybe something like that already happened .

Avoid this place. Everything is over priced. We went here and bought my son a SWAT costume. It was $44.09. Then we went to Target and found the same costume for $20. I immediately went to return the overpriced costume and they refused to issue me a refund. I told them it hadn’t even been an hour, we haven’t been home, it was unopened. Still, they refused issue a refund. I asked about store credit, they refused that also. The person I spoke with claims to be the manager. She said they are family run so no cooperate office for me to call. They did absolutely nothing to try to make this right so now my only option is to post about our experience. So seriously, save your money and go elsewhere. You’ll find the same costumes for half the price other places.
