Went in for just a milkshake, but In n Out always smells too good so I couldnt resist and got a burger too. Was great as always. Quick service, nice staff too.

The food is always awesome! I really like this location because they were super organized and quick. It was a busy day but my order came very fast. The place were very clean including the bathrooms. Staff was very nice and friendly. Plenty of parking as well

Food was good as ordered, and weather was pleasant for eating outside on east side of building in the shade. Older style building, and the drive-thru was very busy wrapping around the north parking spaces. If dining in, park on the south side.

Always love an in n out meal and this one didn’t disappoint. Have the double double animal style with chopped peppers inside and was perfect. GF likes her burger plain with ketchup and mustard only. Best of all were the well done fries which is the only way to have them at in n out. Drive thru was quick and friendly and outdoor patio was open, but I’ll wait to enjoy that sometime in the future, post Covid :)

Absolutely the worst in n out on the planet... they have gotten my order wrong so many times... I have been sent coupons to fix previous wrong orders, and those have been wrong... In returning, to get my replacement burger with my friends and family whome have trusted me to have a great hamburger which I brag about because Harry and Ester Snider were family friends of my parents. Ive even asked how to order my burger... How I want it, cheese burger, grilled onions only, protein style should I tell them Im upset, or that I cant stand thousand island dressing, nope, Im done. Over, no free burger will get back to a drive through, I go somewhere else, every f, n time. See you later In n Out, funk off, I miss having a truly unique burger, even plain as I always asked, but never again. I threw out every wrong burger and went to bed hungry because I thought maybe they could get a simple order correct. Nope, going to bed hungry for the last time becauseof In n Out..... do not go to in n out on Grand in Covina unless you want it their way. Nobody wants to go back to fix a F UP. Dont do it unless you like it their way...

I give the In-N-Out Burger located at 1371 Grand Ave, Covina, CA 91724 FIVE CHEESY STARS. First time at an in-n-out in Covina California and its just as good as all the other In N Outs. Even when you say NO lettuce they still place the lettuce. I lost count on how many times I have said NO LETTUCE!!!! and the lettuce is still placed. not happy about it, but I still just removed it again.😷

I have never had their protein style burgers until today and let me tell you it is honestly a game changer for someone that is trying to cut down on carbs but still want the in n out burger.

I was craving some animal style fries 🍟and a double double.... when I got my food the double double didnt had enough lettuce, or meat compared to other times, I decided to let ot slide since I was looking forward to the animal style fries that I ordered with extra spread, chilis and extra grilled onions... sadly I got old soggy fries; almost no spread even tho I order extra and no chilis on top

In-n-out is always good but this one made the best food that we ever had from this chain. It was a Sunday at around 1:00 PM. Gone back at the same time on the same day to try and relive that experience but it hasnt happened. We all agreed that they were the best burgers we ever had from In-n-out.

Fantastic associates that work here. They bend over backwards to help you. If there ever was a 10 Id give them all a 13 plus.

If youre going Keto, In-N-Out is amazing. I mean, theyre always amazing, but when youre cutting carbs, its awesome to have fast food options.Protein style or a flying dutchman - with a lite lemonade. Youre golden.

Great hamburgers and cheese burgers. Fries are made fresh never frozen. You have to try the shakes. Very clean restaurant with great service.

Food was excellent as usual. However,they need to put up better shading on outside tables. Sitting on concrete benches that have been in direct sun for multiple hours is not very pleasant.

I know no one is perfect but when I ask for specific requests on my burger and they fail to take care of 2 of the 4 things I asked for, someone isnt paying attention. Otherwise, can never go wrong with the food.
