I really recommend this local business company. They are very polite, helpful, and are willing to find a work around with your budget. The workers here are honest people who always recommend their best products. One of the workers had explained to me on how we can use an app to open the garage along with seeing who is there with a camera to show who is in front of our garage which does make this very convenient for us.10/22/2021These people are amazing, when something went wrong we called them for help and they came by quickly to fix the issue with their tech support. They are reliable people and i really appreciate their help for this.

I am a 70 year old resident of Covina who purchased a garage door and opener which was installed this past Friday, 09/10/2021, and my experience with Pioneer Door Inc. of Covina is one of total satisfaction. From the first meeting with Alan, I was sold. The price was comparable to other estimates I had obtained, however, what sealed the deal for me — I was impressed with Alan’s knowledge and his years of experience. He was informative as to the type of door I was replacing, and knowledgeable, and up to date on the improvements of current doors and openers used in the market today, and that had been made over the past 20 years and even why certain improvements were made. I like the fact that he was “old school” and actually provided me a hand written quote as opposed to sending me something on my computer- particularly since I don’t have a computer and my knowledge, and usage of today’s devices is limited.Next, came my delivery and installation. The two young men both named Nick, (Nick and Nick) were, courteous, friendly, knowledgeable, on time, they cleaned up behind themselves, and were gentlemen through the whole process. It’s rare today to be able to find people who are informed on the service and products they provide for you and also to do a quality job with confidence. The two Nicks, provided excellent customer service. Upon completion they explained how both my new garage door, and the new opener worked. They after schooling me asked if I had any questions and were so patient with me which is a plus in today’s world. Most folk don’t want you to ask any questions, let alone take time to explain the workings to you. I also liked the fact they (Nick and Nick) didn’t hurry or rush me with answers but made sure I was clear with my information received. I highly recommend Pioneer Door. Our remotes stopped working, do I called Pioneer Doors, as they were the original installer in 1997. Within one day of my request for service, I had someone there. Ryan did a full service of my door, made some adjustments, replaced some parts and set up new remotes. I appreciated the professionalism and quality of work. When the time comes for us to replace our door or receiver, I will be giving them a call.

The first time Pioneer came to my house was seven years ago. They were one of three bids and the only one who told me my garage door did not need to be replaced, the problem was with the opener. The one I had was from way before we bought the house, was old and I had no interest in a repair. I was very happy with their proposal for a new one.Seven years later ( garage door and opener they installed still in good shape ), I called to replace the springs. Jared was on time, knowledgeable and clearly explained everything. He even said the springs may have more life and I could probably wait but I wanted to go ahead.Honest, on time and reasonably priced. I highly recommend Pioneer!

I hardly ever give any company a review but Pioneer garage doors I must say, I highly recommend. Pioneer sent Sergio to measure my garage door and give me a quote the next day after I called them. I called pioneer back to place my order, Michael helped in getting my order started on a Monday, he said he can have it installed on Wednesday two days later.. I was surprised because I had 5 other companies tell me they would take 4 to 5 weeks for my door to be ready. Tim showed up Wednesday and installed the door (Tim was very professional). And the best part of it all Michael called me a week later sending over one of their supervisors to inspect my garage door to be installed correctly.I am a home entry door installer and have always asked my boss to have a courtesy check up on my installations. I received a call at approximately 10:20 with the representative indicating he would be at my home in 30-40 minutes.
