I will definitely recommend Caliber in Covington to everyone. They care about the work they do. They also work directly with Enterprise which makes the process seamless!

Its was great, car took an extra day but it looked amazing.When I went to pick it up the blinkers werent working so I told them to keep it an extra day and they called me 30 minutes later and delivered it to my house.Thank caliber of covington.

Hit a deer coming home late from work one evening. Took the truck to Caliber Collision and was not disappointed. They gave me a fair quote and they dealt with the insurance company. I dropped off the truck and had it back in 3 days. Everyone was very nice and the workmanship was perfect. Would use again, but I hope not.

Friendly service. I was in and out very quickly. The only thing I had to wait on was my husband to pick me up. The tech explained his walk around on the car and what damage he put down as well as the what they would do to fix the damage. I would recommend them to anyone needing repairs.

In my past dealings with caliber collision they have been spot on and their workmanship is outstanding. caliber has a great working relationship with insurance companies and interface with the insurance companies seamlessly. they have insurance adjusters on site as well as car rental companies. caliber really is a 1 stop shop. they also have a quick turn around on repairs too.

Joey and Mark went out of their way to help me out with a scratch. It seemed like I was going to have to paint the whole door, on a two-week old truck!!! They sat there and explained the whole process as they buffed out 7-9 different deep scratches. I hope I won’t need any collision work any time soon. Someone broke into my vehicle and damaged out my door and windows, and within 5 days Calibur Collision on Salem Rd called me up and gave me the quickest response and ETA for completion for my vehicle. The door was repaired perfectly and the paint job I have on my car is a rare one and they matched it A1. Great quality and professionalism at this location, very glad I choose this spot for my Scion FR-S.

They are really nice, and they did a pretty okay job on my car. However, my bumper ended up getting scraped while it was there somehow. It wasn’t like that when I dropped it off. I should have taken pictures before I dropped it off, but unfortunately I trusted nothing would happen. I know anything can happen, but still kinda disappointed

I brought my SUV in yesterday for a 2nd estimate because while parked someone scratch my car with theres one estimate was 500 dollars well Brittany looked at it and brought out some tools and less than 10 minutes the damage was gone I offered her lunch and dinner and a hug she took the hug I have been to this location before work was good but I never encounter this level of customer service

Very friendly and efficient service. Was able to get parts in, painted, and attached within a day or two even though I have a fairly unusual car. Highly recommended them!

Went in because I scratched up the side of my van on a wooden post. Carl gave me the price it would be to have all of it repaired. And then he offered to clean the surface so I could see what it would look like clean without work being done. After he cleaned it, I could barely tell there had been any scratches. I decided to go with a cleaning and some clear car paint which made them no money. But I will definitely go here in the future.

One horrible experience after another with them, instead of admitting they made a faulty repair they said it was something that we did after the fact! If your insurance is paying, just save yourself the headache and take your care to a dealership for repair.
