This Advance Auto is special.Older man and women running the store. They only had one battery brand in stock and it was the most expensive one. They do not change out batteries. You have to install yourself. They do not do CPU check engine readings either. Nice!

The chance to win $25 for wasting your time doing the survey is magazine subscriptions. If you dont know about the magazine scam then bless your heart. What a turn off Advance Auto.

They will take time to answer any questions. I feel comfortable in trusting my car with them. They have never tried to sell me something I didnt need.

In this store have a terrible service I stay like 45 minutes wait for the customer service him talking on phone after 45 minutes I get out and going I don’t know the name of the guy but any way is only one man behind the desk

We were very dissatisfied with our experience at this location. We called the previous day asking for a very specfic part, including giving the associate the part number from your web site. The associate said that none were in stock but the part could be ordered the next day by 10:30am. We arrived at 10:40am and were informed no order had been placed but the part was in stock, purchased the part and upon trying to install the part realized we were sold the wrong one. We attempted to contact the store to find out if the part we actually needed was in stock and the associate put us on hold for 15 minuites and never got back on the line. We hung up and drove back to the store. The associate, Queneshia M., was very attitudinal and not very knowledgeable or helpful. Finally we were able to make the exchange. The new part was also sold without the military discount the original part had. Overall, very dissatisfied and will not be returning.
