This was our first visit to this particular Quik Trip store and though it was Halloween night and was very busy with only one employee on duty we were able to get what we came for and were on our way within 15 minutes. The food was fresh and we bought gas for a good price. I was pretty impressed that we were able to do all that at a crowded store with only 1 person on duty. I kinda felt sorry for the guy but he said he prefered it being so busy because his shift went by quickly in his words. We will be back again for gas and snacks when in the area.

Been there a few times, QT is usually pretty fast. The QT on 278 in Covington is an exception. You could get right in/out, or you could just walk out like I did. I get if youre understaffed, but I dont want an employee staring at me mopping the same area again while 3 people wait to check out. Remember, you guys are already at work, the rest of us are trying to get to work. Wont be going back to that one.

Bathrooms dirty, out of all fountain drinks, and kitchen closed at 1pm. Worst Quick Trip I have ever been too by far!

4 stars are for the great staff. But... but... I have been a die heart Quik Trip person for over 20 years. I will drive out of my way to go here. Today I was told my favorite food they have was no longer available. WHAT NO JALAPEÑO SAUSAGE ROLLS. No they discontinued them due to having a full kitchen. WHAT DOES THAT MEAN OMG!!! TELL ME ITS A MISTAKE. Its like Clown Place with no Mc Rib. My world is slowly ending. Good bye QT nice knowing ya.

Great people forgot my mask and they helped me out air pump worked they are the go to QT in the area 💯

Poor customer service, the guy didnt even come to see what I was talking about he just assumed it was the creamer and I was talking about the cappuccino machine, SMH!!

Location on Industrial Road/ Hazelbrand Road in Covington has the best employees

Parking lot sucks, but the employees are nice and everything is always cleaned. However, they are out of slushees/smoothies quite often. Always feel safe going here though.

EVERYTIME I come in here for coffee there’s NONE made!! I work at the local hospital and stop in around 5:50am just about every morning and there is NEVER any coffee! The employees are always playing around and when I try to ask what’s going on, it’s always a joke.

The windshield washing water (commonly used by everyone on a regular basis) smells like nasty sewage water. Im disgusted. I actually puked in the outside trash can ot was so nasty.Are you kidding me?

I like to go to QT because you can choose different flavored drinks and you can choose hot dog a sausage QT has great service at QT you can try different stores but you always come back to QT.

Too bad the two girls work in the counter or more interested at picking at each others weaves than helping the customer right in front of them.At 10:25 today, I walked up to the counter and the girl walked away to go pick at the other girls weave instead of helping me. The other girl that was getting picked at didnt greet me didnt say anything cuz they were too busy talking about the other gentleman that they want to date that just walked out.

I love QT but some how my card information was stolen after using it to pay for gas.

I stopped by today to get my kids some drinks as Quiktrip is my fav place since its cheap but today the cashier decided to charge me 6 cents extra than what was written on the price list. So instead of the drinks being 89 cents she charged us 95 cents and even told me in my face that the drinks were always 95 cents. On top of that all the drinks were watered down and just disgusting overall. Most definitely wont be coming back to this Quiktrip.

THIS PLACE IS AN EXTREMELY GOOD PLACE TO GO! RESTROOMS ARE VERY CLEAN! There is a woman tweaking in the parking lot coming up to people asking money or a ride. Came up to my 13yr old trying to talk to him, after telling her to LEAVE she then tried again with my husband. Finally had to tell her go the f away. The bathrooms were nasty and this place was PACKED like cant get around the parking lot people just sitting not moving in the middle of the driveway. BAD. Husband said the Male bathrooms were clean just not at all what I expect from a QT.

QTs are awesome, wish we had them back home.
