I can’t stress enough how the staff here went above and beyond to ensure that I got my order before close of business. There was a mixup on the google site stating they close at 7 and thought I’d have enough time to pickup. Due to COVID they now close at 5 and I would have been unable to pickup my arrangement the day I needed it. Will absolutely recommend and use this shop again.

Ive always liked to get the fruit cups from Edible Arrangements until I moved to Covington. Ive been to the Covington location twice because everybody deserves a second chance but the fruit is never fresh, always the worst pieces they can find obviously. I expected so much better!

Store over charges and delivers less than whats ordered and paid for.

They were fast and made good selections.

I’ve tried several times to go and get chocolate dipped fruit or smoothie from this store and the door is always locked and they have a number on the door but don’t pick up and leave you hanging AND the open sign is on and the lights are on. Very Disappointing!

So sad!!!! We have tried several times to visit this store & no one will answer the telephone. Clear directions/signs on the door for service, but no service is given. This store has always been one of our favorite treat places. Lights are on but no one comes to the door, or answers the telephone number given on the door.

This location is always nice in my opinion, or at least better than the one at Stonecrest. From my experience, this location has pretty good customer service with out a lot of issues.

I placed my order mid-day and it was made and delivered within a few hours and beautifully arranged. Everytime I use Edible Arrangements Ive been very satisfied and so is the recipients.
