Very nice and knew what he was doing. Took very little to get my hat back to great shape and very informative as to how I can keep it up and looking good with a little maintenance from me.

Wow wow wow, what a great experience, great product, great service, great history. Im glad that I found you guys closer to my back yard and didnt have to travel several hours. Weve purchased a couple custom hats from here and have been more than impressed with both the owner and staff as well as the great quality of workmanship. Everyone loves my new hat and so do I. Its quite a drive from our home but totally worth the time and effort it takes to get one of his custom hats.
