Some of the sales employees showed no attention, I guess because of appearance, but Amber was the opposite. She smiled and gave great customer service to my family. 5 ⭐ to Amber!

The Sales Rep, Amber was AMAZING....She took the time to answer all questions, look items up on line and show sales items. Even though they were sold of the new Jordans, she still continued to show us other items. Shes a keeper!!

Very poor customer service .. the manager (Lauren) got extremely rude with me when I asked to do a return on something I bought 2 days ago and I asked her why I couldn’t return and she said because it was dirty and I remind you it was not dirty at all still brand new with the tags and just was extremely rude like someone upset her but the way she treated and spoke to me she should not be working at this place someone please do something 🤦🏻‍♂️
