First of all, it was my first time in Covington, which was lovely. Very cute place. I got the iced chai 👌

The service I received was wonderful! I learned that Point Perk is a part of Point Arc. The Point/Arc Provides opportunities to people with intellectual and developmental disabilities (I/DD) to reach their highest potential educationally, residentially, socially and vocationally. (pulled that from their website!) Come and support this place!! There is a huge space attached where you can sit and work. Also the cold brew and bagel were delicious :)

Coffee was strong but the flavor isnt for me. Was hoping for a friendly experience at a local shop but this experience doesnt necessarily stand out.

The employees were very helpful and helped me decide just what coffee I was looking for. And the doughnut was delicious!They have a pretty good tea selection as well!

I just had the most perfect, customized, Chai Latte!Very fresh tasting chai, super frothy almond milk & cinnamon tasted freshly ground!

While I was visiting the Cincinnati area I happened across an awesome coffee house in Covington called Point Perk. Point Perk is not your typical coffee joint... they are part of a non-profit organization that has an incredible and very honorable mission: they offer life-giving employment opportunities for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities, providing services to people with disabilities such as autism, Down syndrome and Fragile X syndrome, helping them become active community participants. This is a great place to get a cup of quality java. The location is cozy, the staff is amazing, and the atmosphere is good. Plus the building is getting ready for an expansion. I am excited to return to see the new improvements. This is a great place. Keep doing what you do!

Only place in that area that has gourmet coffee, well worth the price. Also have a card program to get free coffee after so many purchases. Sale coffee beens, pastries and other items.

I asked the super friendly barista for a recommendation and she made me a Spicy Chocolate Cappuccino. It was the best cappuccino Ive had in over a year. I live 200 miles away, and Im already looking for reasons to visit Covington again just so I can come back to Point Perk.

This is a great local, specialty coffee shop with an awesome mission of employing adults with disabilities! They make killer espresso and also offer V-60 pourovers and Clever Dripper. They brew Carabello Coffee from Newport.

I go into this coffee shop almost everyday. The price is great, the coffee is great and the employees are as nice as they come.
