I gave three stars since he didn’t actually do any billable services, so in fairness I can’t comment on his workmanship.I dropped something off and I thought he was borderline rude over the phone. Read the reviews and asked for it back, he asked why and I told him I read the reviews. This what he said next:“if you believe reviews I don’t want to work for you anyway”.Turns out the reviews WERE accurate, he IS rude.
The folks at COMMAND have been a big help to us. I appreciate their expertise. I hadnt backed up anything and my computer died. They were able to retrieve all our stuff. I now back my stuff up and take my computer in whenever the regular maintenance things I do at home dont seem to combat all the trash I gather while surfing the web.
Took 3 computers in to recycle. Just wanted any pictures retrieved. Was told it would be around$10.00 each. A month+ and he called to say I could pick them up. $300.00 is what he charged. Stay clear of this place. Rude, rip off owner. Shop is a mess. How he stays in business is beyond me
I bought a computer and i was playing fortnite and then the computer started smoking and now it wont work
My first time here, great experience and very helpful staff. They helped me identify what I needed, had it in stock and at a fair price. Will definitely be back.
All the five star reviews are fake, this guy is just rude as shown by responses in the reviews. Just dont go here
Owner give me bean burrito like this it was bad :( yuck
The food was bad disgusting i would leave 0 star if i could
Took my apple macbook pro into mike at command computers because my computer had crashed. I thought I was going to have to buy a new apple. But mike was able to get apple back up and running.Save me ton of money.ThanksCommand Computers of maple valley
Where do i start, I come in one day after school to check the place out and see if theres anything I can use (was looking for a cable adapter) and I walk in, so here I am looking around for maybe 10-15 minutes. And there is the owner, he said what can I help you look for today or looking for anything in particular (something along those lines) and I tell him Im looking for a VGA to HDMI he says That doesnt exist. I said Well, what do you mean it doesnt exist I just saw it on amazon yesterday, i was going to buy it but I figured I might check here first just in case and again he said Yeah well, that doesnt exist then goes on a long rant about how HDMI is digital frequency and VGA is analog or something, pretty sure he was making stuff up to persuade me to buy something else or whatever. Then we stop talking and I start looking around again, I was also in search of a new monitor (they have a whole bunch of overpriced ones that are probably from 2009-2010) And keep in mind this place is a mess (so is the owner) So as I am trying to navigate myself (I was at the time 63 at 300lbs so moving around in this small, overcrowded with parts store was a struggle) but there was crates / dollies of computer components IN THE MIDDLE OF THE AISLE! And when he saw me trying to struggle my way through this mess with my 20+ lbs backpack on he asked me Can I get something for you? And I respond with No, because come on man. The store should NOT be this crowded if you.... i dont know, actually WANT customers??? The shop is pathetic. The first and last time I will be going there.
Ive bought about 500$ worth of stuff from this store took it home only to realize it was marked up 100% or more above market value, went back and spoke with him. Thats how he does business. I like the idea of a computer store in four corners but I will never buy anything here again and theres no way I would trust this guy with my custom computer. Long story short beware
Honestly after reading some of the reviews it seems that maybe this man is just more Mac friendly than pc? Because I brought him my MacBook Pro (which I can usually fix myself but this time I was perplexed and needed help) and he completely fixed it and it in just a few hours, so I had a good experience with him.
Installed and configured our offices network quickly and efficiently. Very helpful when explaining new operations to staff.
Bad experience. Paid over $120 for a laptop keyboard fix; was sent home without the fix, and now with a non-working touch pad. So far have been unable to get a refund. Customer service absent. It takes a pretty bad experience to warrant even leaving a review. Beware!
Worst hamburger i have ever had
My husband and I would leave zero stars if we could. Where should we start? My husband purchased a computer and all peripherals about a year and a half ago for $8,000 total - this is a top-of-the-line gaming PC with the works. After upgrading to Windows 10, we started having problems with the computer restarting on its own. We figured it was the power supply, so we purchased a new power supply and took it into Command to see if the staff there could install it.It took staff at Command over two weeks just to test the computer to determine that the issue wasnt the power supply. It took another three weeks to determine that the problem was actually a program in the computer that was incompatible with Windows 10, that was causing the computer to reboot. In the meantime, staff at Command diagnosed a problem with the memory, a replacement for which we also purchased, even though we had a warranty on the memory currently in the machine. We were told that staff at Command would send the old memory in for a warranty refund and credit us when we paid and picked up the machine. This did not happen, and so we are technically still owed money by Command. We paid over $400.00 to Command for the repair/service and we also purchased the new memory and the power supply, so we are out over $800.00 for repairs and equipment at this point. We were so happy just to get the machine back, we didnt care that the temperature/fan control/processor readout was not working. YES - it appears that they broke items that were working just fine BEFORE we took the computer in. They then wanted to charge us to fix that. No thank you, we were just glad to get the computer back after FIVE WEEKS.During that five weeks, my husband went in several times to check on the progress of the repairs, since it seemed impossible to reach anyone at Command by phone. Every time my husband went in, the shop (including our computer) was covered in sawdust, and parts and computers were all over the place. It was a mess.Additionally, weve read reviews similar to this one for Command on Google, Facebook, and Yelp. Several other reviews mention the difficulty in obtaining their computers, laptops, or parts. I wonder what happens to these items if they are never returned to the owner (our old memory, for example). Im sure anyone reading this can put two and two together. We will be filing a complaint with the BBB, detailing the above information.Check out the other reviews on Google, Yelp, and Facebook, and above all...steer clear of this place!!
Just a question, does anyone know what happened to this place?
I agree with the other review. I just called and this guy is in the wrong business. This guy jus wants you to say the exact thing you need with absolutely no effort on his part. He just kept saying youll have to come in and see for yourself and didnt even want to try to help over the phone.
Never go here, owner is rude and unhelpful, and prices are higher than even Frys
Mike has single handedly saved me from a previous string of website/hardware/software consultants that messed up my websites, ruined my SEO, and made the technical side of our businesses miserable. Everything has been consolidated, SEO is in order, hardware and software work properly, new landing page and full websites are awesome, and his efforts on our behalf are second to none. He really wants us to be successful and works on our projects as if they are his own. I gladly refer him to anyone that needs this kind of help. Thanks Mike!
The owner is an a**hole.Waited 4 weeks without a call back.I finally called and he told me to pick up my laptop if I didnt like his business(said he was busy).Called back after 7 weeks(he was in a better mood), but once I asked for a quote for either replacement or to fix my laptop this guy once again said to pick up the laptop. How can this guy be in business?*UPDATE*I went into the store to pickup the laptop, I was greeted by a long haired gentlemen(owner?)heres how it went-owner whats the name on the accountmyself Brian Olsonowner oh, so your the as***** whole posted the bad review about memyself yes you never called me back and when I called you were very rudeAt this point the owner then shoved the laptop into my arms(in 6 pieces and missing two screws!!!!!!!!!!!)and he said......owner get the f*** out of my store and if you come back im going to beat you over the head with a stick.I left and an now pursueing contacting the better business bureau.
A lot of the negative reviews on here are because of peoples lack of knowledge. Widest variety for parts that you will find in the immediate area.
Poor experience. For someone who apparently has run a business for 22 years it certainly doesn’t seem like it.
Let’s just he is not a Mac guy either. Don’t go there terrible customer services. He knows everything !!!!I will never go back . A week later and I made a call two days later I call again. And they can’t do it.
The food was bad
Wasnt helpful at all and sounded very annoyed with me not appreciated.
I think the 5 star reviews are fake.
If there was a zero that is what I would give him.Rude man.
