I had glasses made from a prescription given by my opthamologist. Upon receiving my glasses, I was given two different pair which were supposed to replicate the presription, I thought I couldnt see. I was told upon retuning, I had to use both pair to see correctly take one off to see far and the other to see close(useless). I still couldnt see out of one pair. I was then told I needed another eye exam done by them ( an opthamologist did the initial exam) This was done by tele optometrist. As I had a class to teach, the exam was taking much to long. The staff was nice, but cant the company make glasses from a presription from an opthamologist.? Is this company a scam? Explanation of how they do bifocals would have been greatly apprecited beforehand.

This was actually an appointment for my 9 year old son. This was his first eye exam. The people were real nice. We didn’t have to wait too long. Gabriel helped us purchase the glasses. He explained all our options and made it real easy. Overall great experience.

I had a great experience with My Eyelab! They were all very friendly and knowledgeable, answered all my questions and set the correct expectations for my visit as well as when my contacts and glasses would arrive. Very clean clinic and store!I was also impressed with how my glasses fit!! I have a severe astigmatism, coupled with being very near sighted, so usually it takes a few adjustments to get my glasses perfect. Not here, I had no issues whatsoever from the 1st moment of putting them on! My contacts were great too!I highly recommend this place for your eye wear needs!!

Great experience. Originally got an exam 2 pair of progressive lens glasses. Easy easy... Adjustments were made to ensure my lenses were perfect. I have now returned for a pair of progressive sunglasses. Friendly service and good prices.

This place is such a scam! I called for my husband to get a appointment. They told me they have a deal buy one get 1 free. Frames start off at $25 and lenses $50 = $75.00 (Exam is included in that price.) So I told the guy Ill just tell my husband $100 to be safe. Great deal, right?! $100 for two pairs of glasses. So today my husband went for his appointment and they told him the sellers that answer the phone just say that to get you to come in. It would be actually $200!!!!!! What a stinkin scam!!!!!!!!! You do not lie to a potential customer just to get them to come in! . Terrible company!!!!!!

The staff was very friendly and helpful, but the majority of my interaction was with Jacob. He was very helpful and personable. Jacob answered all of my questions in great detail and helped me figure out exactly what I needed. After using America’s Best for the past 24 years, I am actually glad they were booked up until May. If not for that, I never would’ve tried out My Eyelab. I have officially converted and will continue to go to My Eyelab for my vision needs!

Came in with me and my two boys and they took very good care of us. Very patience and explained everything in great detail. Very nice employees. Brianna helped me out she did a very good job. And Jacob gives off great happy energy.

My son needed glasses. Apparently he takes after his mother and has an astigmatism. We went to the Covington Branch location as to the fact it was the closest to us. When we first walked in the manager Jacob greeted us with sincere enthusiasm. He acknowledged the fact that they were slightly busy and asked us if we wouldnt mind letting Gabriel assist us for a time being and that he would come back to help. We got situated and Jacob came back to finish everything up. It was an amazing experience for my son as he has never had to deal with anything of this sorts. We placed our order and the frames came back quicker than Jacob had advised us, so that was very exceptional. Once we received our frames Jacob personally assisted in sizing them to my sons small head as they originally were a smidge big and slide down his face If he looked down. My son is surprised at how much better he can see and how great they feel on his face. I would DEFINITELY recommend going to this Location and Seeing Jacob and staff for any eyeglass needs. Looking back I believe this was the best service and bargain I have dealt with in the 30 years of frames that I personally have received. Kudos My Eyelab for putting this stellar team together. They definitely mesh well.

I took my wife and son here for an exam recently. It was a great experience for them. They had time to look at glasses and try on a bunch. They walked us through the process which was easy and informative. I also believe the prices we ended up paying were very competitive. I forgot the gentlemen name that helped us. But he has a great attitude. Brianna was also great. Im going back to get mine checked next!!!!See you guys soon!

Today was the first time we had ever visited, and it was a phenomenal experience! So friendly and professional! To give the full story, my mom had set up an appointment 2 weeks ago at Americas Best across the street (next to Kroger) since she had went there a year before. On our way I noticed we would be 5 minutes late because of traffic. Called them up and the woman on the phone said 🤔 I cant find you in the system. She went to get another person on the phone who let me know my appointment had gotten cancelled and couldnt explain why! And that I was already 3 minutes late and my appointment would have been cancelled anyways. So need less to say that wasnt taken well, and we went over to My Eyelab, walked in to set up an appointment thinking it would take a week (which would be okay) and instead the nice lady that helped us asked if we were free today! The same day! What a world! Within an hour my mom was having her eye test, ordered her frames, and all for a literal fraction of the price of Americas Best. So a high rec! Theyre all incredibly sweet there and explained every part of the process to us!

Been looking for a place to get new glasses, so I stopped here and it was nothing but amazing. Gabriel met me at the door and was very friendly and professional. He took me step by step through the eye exam and let me know exactly what was going on. Shocking. Not a good experience at all. After 2 attempts at making my glasses i had to return them . First pair i had to return after i drove half a mile up Pace street, second pair not much better. I said they seemed off a bit as soon as i put them on, but agreed that my eyes may adjust after a week. Anyway still returned them only to find out i dont get a full refund . was charged $90 for the eye exam which is clearly no use. During all my visits to the store i witnessed other customers complain . Staff were ok but felt very misled about costs .

Only use this place if you want to pay more than anywhere else, and then never receive your order. And the manager refuses to call you back, and the store never answers the phone. Beware. This place is a scam and definitely not an eye doctor.

Welcoming Atmosphere, Friendly Staff, and Exceptional Customer Service. I had a great virtual experience with the ophthalmologists. Everyone is spaced out, the glasses in the showroom are sanitized after each use, they also have a wide variety of glasses to choose from. The options are endless so you won’t be disappointed.

We visited the Covington location today to get my son glasses. He has never had an eye exam and he was a little nervous. He was very well take care of. Brianna helped us and she was very patient with him. He told me when we left she was super nice and could we go back again. I took my daughter to the Conyers location last week. We had Brianna there also. Every one that we interacted with at both locations were kind and seemed very sincere while helping us. We did not feel rushed or as if they were pushy to make a sale. They helped us find the best deal on contacts and frames. I would highly recommend both locations. All the employees at both stores had on their mask and they wiped down all the pens and high touched surfaces the entire time we were there. The pricing and the service are wonderful! If you need an eye exam, contacts or new frames, this is the place to go. I highly recommend them.

MY Experience with the Eye Lab was absolutely fantastic..Gabrielle was very quick and thourgh.the atmosphere was very clean and friendly .the prices were absolutely afourdable.THank you Eyelab for a great experience.

My first trip to the store to order glasses there were no problems, but when I picked up my glasses the guy who placed the order no longer works there and there was no one working who could adjust my glasses. (Crooked nose pads and crooked frame make them unwearable.) I went back a few days later and was told that there was still no one there to adjust my glasses. They said that there was only one employee who can adjust glasses, and that person is rarely there (vague reference to when the person might be there one day per week). They suggested I go to Conyers location. Assured me that there was a person there who could adjust my glasses. So I made a third trip to get my glasses adjusted. In Conyers I was told the same story as what I heard in Covington. They suggested I go to the Snellville location. In all the years I have worn glasses, I have NEVER seen anything like this! So now I have three new pairs of glasses that I cannot wear.

Most excellent system..totally automated no contact exam. Great customer service! Mr Jacob took care of my needs quickly and had me in and out of there with a quickness....thank you Jacob and your staff! Nice store..location and cleanliness. The reason I’m giving them a one star is because I ask if the establishment accept my insurance, they took my information down and sent me to the back for an eye exam. I waited 25-30 minutes to be seen and no one came to me about my insurance, I’m thinking to myself my insurance was accepted. I when I got my exam and I didn’t get or wasn’t offered to get my eyes dilated. After my exam was over and it was time to pay, that’s when they told me my insurance wasn’t accepted. I wouldn’t have even gotten the eye exam if I had to pay out of pocket, that’s was very unprofessional to me. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to go this establishment.

Excellent new store!The employees greeted me warmly as soon as I walked in. They escorted me through the process like I was VIP.They were not pushy (like I’ve experienced at other places) and they really took time to explain what I needed to give the best pair of glasses based on my prescription.My insurance turned out to be out of network with them, however they applied an in-store promotion to where I got two pairs of glasses instead of one, and it was very close to the same price I paid last year using my insurance. And I only got one pair last year!I will be recommending my friends and family come here for the next I appointment. Thank you Covington My EyeLab!-D

Very welcoming and genuinely nice staff. I had to go in for an eye exam today with my 2 young kids and they never missed a beat. The manager (I presume but could be wrong- terrible with names) walked over and turned the TV on to kids shows for them and talked to them like they were little people instead of like they were in the way like some places do. That right there REALLY impressed me. They were also able to get me into a pair of new glasses without breaking my bank (without insurance). Great place all around!

Today I went to 3 different places around Covington looking for prescribed sunglasses been Eyelab the last one and the best. From when you walk in till finishing my purchase was a very pleasant process. The other two places (WalMart and Americas Best) had the worst customer service. Seemed they were not interested in selling. Mr. Jacob and Alexis at EyeLab were very welcoming and very knowledgeable at what they do. These days customer service is what keeps businesses alive. I can’t not recommend them enough! Give them a try, you won’t be disappointed! Best customer service and variety on eyeglasses.

Unlike the other stores around Covington my eye lab uses a virtual optometrist and was able to take me as a walk in...do my exam and provide me with temporary contacts until my order is ready! Enjoyed the atmosphere and the new store look. Helpful people and pleasant to work with!

I’ve been waiting for 5 weeks to see an eye doctor. Then I found my eye lab just opened.I walked in and they saw me THE SAME DAY. They have terrific prices and SUPER employees- Jacob & Alexsis had me cracking me up. I ended up ordering 2 pairs of glasses for the price of one. I also can attest to their attention to detail - especially the cleanliness of the store. 5 stars all the way. I’ll be back with my son!

The staff at this location was PHENOMENAL. I was able to make an appointment the same day and upon entering I was greeted immediately. I like the COVID precautions that this location has in place to ensure everyones safety.While my experience with this location was stellar, I have to give 4 stars because I still havent received my glasses. I was told that my glasses would be ready on 12/17/20; I wasnt notified that there would be a delay until I logged in to check my order status on 12/18/20. I was then told that my glasses would be ready 12/24/20; when I logged in today to check my status the only update it gave me was DELAYED and there wasnt a Ready date available. Im concerned as I had my eye exam on 12/03 and no one in the customer service department (corporate) can give me any answers as to when Ill receive my glasses. 😑

The people at this location are AWESOME. The were very polite and convenient. I did a walk-in and I was very pleased with my services. Alexsis and her Manager made me feel so comfortable even though it was my first time out the house since giving birth in the pandemic (ob Covid moms kno what I mean. The only problem I had here was that during my eye exam the Dr was not in the room and I think the technology they use got my contact prescription wrong. It may have been because he did the exam so fast. My vision kept going in and out at random when I would wear them. However, Management made doing a return a breeze.

My eye lab is the worst! After reading all the negative reviews I still gave them a chance. I have been without glasses I paid for, for almost two months now. I have made several trips due to receiving a order ready text! I had to send my original glasses back to be redone! At that time I purchased a second pair (shades). They arrived a week or two later! Now 4 weeks later I am still waiting on my original pair! I was told they have a rush on the order and would be sent to me overnight once they arrived which was two weeks ago! I have not received a call, a text nor my glasses! I wish I had went elsewhere or could get my money back to go elsewhere! Eye exam and purchase glasses almost two months ago and have nothing but lies and apologies!!!
