I’m Sick of nasty bathrooms at gas stations. It does not look like the toilets, floors, mirror, or fixtures have been cleaned in a long time. Even the drink area has black built up where it has spilled over down the wall for a very long time. The food displays are gross. Who wants to eat or drink from a nasty establishment? Not me or my family!

I have been going to this store for 3 years along with other QTs. In the past year the quality of this store in Covington Ga has really gone down. The store is dirty but the mens bathroom is completely nasty. Not just one time but its never clean when I go in in the past year. The staff at the counter is usually nice.Where are the supervisors???

I came here to write that I have never in my entire life see cashiers run two lines simultaneously and work at such a quick pace. They canceled a 10 person line in like a minute and a half.

QuilTrip is always a safe bet when I’m on the road. This one is a terrible exception. The women’s restroom was disgusting - smelled terrible and toilet paper all over the floor. Only 2/6 of the frozen slushee machines were working and a staff told me he wasn’t sure how long it would take since it had been like that since he came to work.

This really has to be the worst quick trip in the state cashiers always have attitudes there’s never anything on the shelves coolers aren’t stocked definitely needs to be some new management there

The worst Quicktrip I have ever seen. The amount of Trash outside was disgusting.

Quick trip is my favorite gas station now. Cappuccino is amazing

They dont have all of the cappuccino favloers that they should. And they should and they seem. They seem to not care cause they have been out for over 2 weeks.

Poor customer service, they never check the cappuccino machines, SMH!!

I feel bad, maybe its the lack of good help these days, but bathrooms were dirty dirty.

I dont want to embarrass anyone but I must say that I truly appreciate the service of one woman in particular. she always has an amazing smile on and the way that she talks to both her co-workers and the customers, she makes every visit feel like youre at homeI commend QuikTrip for hiring such a vibrant and outgoing young woman to represent the company. She should certainly be the face of the company from here forward. Ill get her name next time 😉

Its just like any other QT. Except for the QT Kitchen. I have tried it 4 times now. The first 2 times no one was preparing my order after I paid for it.. One of those 2 times two employees actually argued over was going to prepare it after asking the cashier what the deal was. The third time my order was screwed up twice and during my visit today... My breakfast scramble was ice cold in the center and my ice coffee was hot..

I’m not too keen on writing reviews or technology for that matter but I HAD to take the time out my day to recognize one of your Manager’s. Samuel B., he greeted me with a smile and enthusiasm within seconds of me walking in, ready to be of service.. I go to different quiktrip stores often but have never received the same introduction like I did the other day! He actually made my entire day! Not only did he greet me, he handled every customer the same way. I am always coming to this location before work because it’s convenient but now it will be because of the service Samuel has provided. It was extremely busy and I thought I’d be late for work but he put the quik in quik trip...at this location It is always clean and stocked when I return and although this was my first time seeing him on the register.. I always see him working his hardest which makes me feel good about spending my hard earned money! Give him a raise for all his hard work! he is consistent every time...ready to answer questions I have or assist!

Im from Tulsa, Oklahoma (Gods Country itself for those that dont know) and we have these all over the place back home. Now that I live in Georgia, it is extremely nice to see that these exist here. These are easily the best convenience store there is.

I’m judging this QT’s bathroom hard. I only have 3 places I will stop to pee when I’m on the road and QT is one of them because of their cleanliness and customer service. This, however, was the dirtiest QT bathroom I’ve ever seen. The toilet paper was on the floors which were disgusting and the trash can was overflowing. What a bummer. Just want others to be aware in case you do the same thing as me and stop at QT for their bathrooms.

My wife loves their $.49 ice cream cones & I love their $3.49 milk shacks. The food bar attracts many customers searching for food while traveling.

Nastiest QT I’ve ever been in. They were my favorite and I always waited to go there, but that was awful.

Woman by the kitchen would not put her mask on when asked to.

Everything there is good expect i have not had their pizza yet so i cant say weather or not they are good. the staff is very friendly too and is will than will to help you

Its definitely never a quick trip here. But its because Covington is over populated. The reason I gave 3 stars is because they need more employees and another register.

Useless. Frozen drinks are not. Drink coolers notstocked, totally out of Dr Peppers. Drove out if our way to stop by a QT. That was a dann waste of time.

I like shopping here when I go to Atlanta. We dont have these in the Charleston area so on trips, this is heaven.
