I am OBSESSED with Crumbl cookies! I always get excited to see the new flavors every week haha it’s an addiction. The cookies are so creative, cute, and sweet, although I know a few of my friends don’t like Crumbl because they say it’s TOO sweet. I have a sweet tooth though and I ascend to heaven every time I take a bite. I guess it all depends on your taste palette. I only rate it 4 stars, not 5, because one time when I was ordering curbside pickup, I had to wait 30 minutes and once I went in to ask them about it, they just then started making my order. That was only once though. The following times, it took 5 minutes for them to bring out my order. I

First time customer to Crumbl Cookies and they did not disappoint. The Toffee Salt cookie was great. Strawberry & Cream + The peach cookie/pie both comes in close second with a tie! The cake batter one was a little rich, but we still ate it all. Definitely coming back every week to try the new features. Such a great concept and thank you for bringing it to Covington!!

Crumbl never disappoints! They have amazing flavors in unique varieties weekly. Their cookies are huge! They’re also always super soft and served chilled or warmed. Highly recommend.

Cookies were nice and warm! HUGE! Peanut butter was the best of my four. I would say the cookies are super sweet. I was only able to taste a small piece if each cookie and called it quits. Its a great place and they open till midnight on Saturdays! It was just too sweet for my taste but I will return to try something else!

The cookie it self was great, the topping on the sugar cookie was very artificially flavored with chemical cherry flavor. The base of the Twix and Reese’s was bomb, topping was too sweet and super messy. The best cookie was the chocolate chip, not too sweet and perfect consistency. I would need to try all of them.

Large and sweet cookies your thing, Crumbl Cookies should be your go to! I usually buy the 4 pack and only eat little by little as it can get too sweet to eat in one sitting. I also check the app ahead of time for flavors change every week. Ordering ahead in app preferred as it is quite a wait. Last time I visited there is no designated curbside pick up, just leave description of your car and they walk out calling your name when ready! Overall a decent treat yourself purchase.

If youve tried them, youd be hooked! This is no ordinary cookie. They are the perfect combination of sweet and salt, slightly crisp, warm buttery melt in your mouth goodness. The frosted ones have a beautiful rich buttery icing 🤤 need I say more? What I need is to try them all! You can pre order and they will bring them out to your car, what convenience! These are some decadent cookies and I love the packaging. See you there! 🍪

We waited about 45min and called after seeing many cars come and go at the Puyallup franchise. 🤩🍪 The cookies are deliciously fun but the service might need to iron out a few kinks and I feel for the staff who deliver because they look a little confused. [Although extremely polite.] 👉🏽 Please post the menu for the week, not just the daily. It would help out of town customers plan their “future” cookie trip. 👉🏽 Hopefully this is just my experience and you have a better one. Enjoy 🤙🏽

If youre going to the store I recommend downloading the app. You can put your order in ahead of time and you let them know when you arrive so your order is fresh. Their cookies are so good. I highly recommend eating them fresh when their warm. I would say 1 cookie is big enough for 2 people to share but I get it if you want the cookie all to yourself. You can purchase the cookies individually, a set of 4 or by the dozen. The flavors/kinds change weekly.Customer Service was great at this location. I will make to trip from Seattle to Covington just for the cookies.

Love Crumbl cookies!! Each week they have 4 rotating cookie flavors plus their two originals (chocolate chip and frosted sugar). I love trying the new flavors and anything with a chocolate cookie is amazing. The cookies are pretty big, we often cut them in 4 pieces so we can try a taste of each flavor.

Ridiculously good cookies. They’re giant, and always served warm. Rotating flavors that renew every Monday. My friends and I are completely hooked, and use the app regularly to earn points and pre-order. Hello, curbside pick-up. Yum. 10/10

Grand Opening!!! YES we stood in line before 8 am to get deliciousness. My wife’s job ordered these cookies for her birthday back in August. So when we heard they were opening one local we had to be there. These cookies are AMAZING and THEY HAVE ICE CREAM to match. Don’t question JUST GO!!!! You will not regret it. Summary ... DELICIOUSNESS, reasonably priced, fast & friendly service, warm cookies, ice cream.

Their cookies are so cute and delicious. My husbands favorite is the sugar cookie that they always have. I like that they have different selections every week.

These amazing little pieces of Elysium itself are proof that there is something greater than us, and they want us to be happy. Every bite is like an angels kiss and the purr of a kitten. The sweetness is balanced and the density is perfection. As a diabetic, this is how I want to go. If they ever put me on death row, Ill do whatever it takes to get one of these perfect treats with my last meal. Thank you Crumbl, I will never speak ill of cookies again.

Love, love, love this place!!! The staff is super friendly and knowledgeable. Plus they are A LOT of fun. The cookies are awesome. I may not always like the flavor, personal choice, but they are always cooked to perfection!!!!

Our helper was amazing, and I wish I had gotten his name. First time we had visited. Everyone was cheerful and polite. They went over the menu and explained the rotation of cookie flavoring. I felt they truly cared to bring a bit of happiness in this dark time. Definitely will be back. Oh and the cookies were delicious! The honey cornbread cookie was the house favorite!

We LOVE crumble cookies. They aren’t the cheapest, but they are BY FAR the best. My kids seriously don’t want cakes for their birthday. They want Crumbl Cookies. We discovered them when we were literally moving out of our house and relocating across the country. The movers bought us some Crumbl as a congratulations (never heard of them doing that but I’ll take it). We were SO bummed until we discovered we have a Crumbl Cookies a mile away from our new house. We’ve been munching on them ever since.

I had heard of these cookies and how good they are, and was a bit skeptical. I decided to try them for my my son’s birthday instead of a cake, and I am so glad I did. Best cookies I have ever had! Not one cookie was left. My favorite was the blue berry cheesecake. I can’t wIt to try more flavors.

We LOVE Crumbl Cookies! It’s nice that they always have the staple of chocolate chip while showcasing new flavors for us to sample. I read reviews online about their cornbread cookie, and the next time they had it we definitely ordered. It did not disappoint! My 10 year old asked us to order it again the next time it comes around. We always order with the app for curbside pick up. It’s easy and we never have to wait more than 2-3 minutes.

It was ALRIGHT. haha I wish i got something else. But anyways I got the bubble gum cookie and the rice Kripsy cookie and it was okay. The bubble gum cookie had so much frosting!! And the rice Kripsy just taste like a regular rice Kripsy. I would go back and try something else because I really love cookies and am willing to try something else:).

These cookies are fantastic. They have a flavor of the week included with some awesome standards. I was worried when I saw the Sour Patch Sugar Cookie and wondered how could anyone survive that much sugar - it tasted great with a jelly filling that was perfectly tart and sweet. Their chocolate chip cookies are solid, with generous chips and a soft, crumbly texture. There arent many dessert places in the Kent/Covington area, and this one is a good stop.

Everything was amazing!!!!! Ive never known a love like this before lol so warm and they melt in your mouth. All of them were great. Just a FYI the pink frosting on the chilled sugar cookie is strawberry flavored, not just colored pink.

I love crumbl cookies and regularly give them my money. I’m so happy one opened up near me. They’re always busy so sometimes it can take a little while to get cookies but otherwise very good.

A good friend delivered this box of cookies from Crumbl in Covington to our gate. We’ve been sequestering because of our age. The cookies were delicious...every single one!! The thoughtfulness of our friend made our day...no actually our month, and we would recommend that everyone try these wonderful cookies!

Love this place! But I actually got a chance to go in the store one day and was curious about a couple of cookies I havent had and none of the kids there knew what anything tasted like. Honestly they all looked like they all had eating disorders. Never been anywhere where no-one could tell me if something was good or not or even a recommendation lol strange. Wouldve been 5 stars but I thought that was really odd. Bad form if you ask me.

I was in Portland Oregon recently where I’m from and my goddaughter ordered crumble cookies and we got the peach cobbler. It was the most outstanding cookie/peach cobbler creation I’ve ever eaten. Absolutely delicious. Cant say enough about this place. For giant cookies for $14. This time we got German chocolate, peanut butter chocolate chip, Captain Crunch berries, and milk chocolate chip. Perfect treat for Saturday afternoon. The flavors are always different too! Plus most are served up warm. Some even fall apart in your hand. Delectable!

Cookies are outstanding prices are high. Last time I was there I didnt feel very welcome the staff was not friendly. So I probably wont go back for awhile.

They are very accommodating if they make a mistake will quickly fix it and bring you out a new one. Ordering online and picking up there can be much quicker than waiting in line. Our whole experience was fantastic! Great signage, walked in and were greeted warmly by staff, quick and easy ordering. Now for the best part. THE COOKIES! We ordered the four pack with Strawberry Shortcake, Chocolate Peanut butter, Fruit Pizza, and Carmel Coconut Fudge. We were BLOWN away by how delicious they ALL were. I imagine a location in the Seattle/Bellevue area would do very well, but frankly the drive was beautiful. We’ll be back sooner than later, I’m sure!;)

I tried this place first in San Diego, CA, and am so glad they have locations here in WA state. 5/5 if you have a sweet tooth! Tastes really good!! I tried the milk chocolate chip, funfetti milkshake, brownie batter, and peanut butter brittle. I have to say the milk chocolate one was everyone’s favorite.

They make it so easy to avoid going in, by bringing your order right out to your vehicle… but at least once, go in. Inhale. It is heavenly. I am really confused about the hype these cookies seem to generate. Other than the fact that we waited for a really long time when there were only a few people in line and we had to eventually ask where our cookies were (on the back counter - someone forgot to call our name), but they weren’t even good.My hubby is a sugar freak and he said they were too sweet for him and I could only have one bite of each (we tried four flavors).I would have contemplated going back on a day they had peanut butter cookies, but the lack of customer service isn’t worth it.

Ive been trying to order curbside & cant because the app isnt working properly so I call to try to order over the phone & do payment that way but I was told they cant do that so my only option is for myself & my 2 small children to go into the store during a national pandemic. Im just trying to give my kids some sort of normalcy & I cant because they dont have it together.

We were going to go to Hello Robin since we’ve been there before but we thought we’d try these tonight after seeing friend’s posts about how amazing they are. I’m disappointed (and I’m a baker and sugar lover). Maybe it’s just the lack of exciting flavors they have this week but I thought the chocolate chip was bland, the sugar cookie was way too sweet with a strong almond flavor, the blueberry cheesecake was way too sweet, the pumpkin chocolate chip was just ok (QFC makes better ones), and the chocolate peanut butter chip was just ok. Also, I ordered ahead and they didn’t have my order ready when I picked up an hour later. Don’t feel the need to ever come back. Do yourself a favor and head to Hello Robin. Their cookies are amazing!
