I stopped by this afternoon to get some car wash shampoo. The automobile section looked well stock and organized. It was busy but I noticed an employee by the name of Shy who was stocking and organizing the shelves. Any time a customer walked through the isles she would kindly ask if they needed assistance with anything. Her customer service was really outstanding. I spoke to her twice and every time she was delighted to help me find what I needed. I hope she gets the acknowledgement she deserves. I can tell she was a VERY genuine sweet girl and hard worker. Thank you for the memorable experience and I hope you climb far Shy!

I try to get in and out as quickly as possible, and the self checkout lanes usually help to aid in that process. But. The last few times Ive gone, it just seems like a lot of people are working who really didnt care to be there. Many were more focused on being on their cell phones than helping out any customers.

I hate hate hate that this store and others when they move the merchandise all over the place. It takes me longer to find things that I came to buy and get to frustrated to continue to shop not encouraging me to buy more. I think whomever thought it was a good idea must be very stupid to go by whatever they think helps. If I could stop shopping there I would. The only thing that helps is if I want stuff I cant get at the grocery store. While the grocery stores also move their products around at least its easier to adjust to it since they are far smaller.

I always shop Here at Walmart. It my most favorite place. Plus if want to meet ppl come by Walmart. You will find it here.

Bathrooms are always dirty/nasty. Cant find someone in the seasonal area and no one else seems to know anything about that section. They just throw away plants that theyve burnt or drowned instead of doing a clearance table sell them for pennies and I assure you they will be sold or buy 1 plant get a last-chance plant free...less waste, happier customers.

The cooler is almost always out of stock on EVERYTHING! The store is clean & the cashiers are nice. Lines are very long but tend to go quickly. They just need to do a better job of restocking the shelves. You should always be able to find what you need in Walmart... or at least a close alternative.

This store can’t keep anything on the shelf. It seems like I can’t ever find anything I need when I go to the store because it’s so empty. At what point is the store manager going to understand I need to order more because nothing stays on the shelf for long. It seems like a lot of people around here they’re scared of Covid so they’re starting to hoard and it reflects in all of the grocery stores in this area. An honestly it’s like simple things juice boxes, laundry detergent, dish soap and The coolers in the front where they keep the Coke Pepsi and juices have been empty for over a week. We’re in the Coke capital of the world how can we not get bottles of Coke what’s wrong with the system that we can’t even get Coke products.

The store is always clean and stocked. I drive for miles just to come to this location because I can always get what I need. The staff is always helpful and friendly, but one person particularly stands out bc she goes above and beyond to help, Lydia. Lydia always has a bright smile and never hesitates to help you find something in the store if you need help.

I visited this Walmart in Covington GA. A lot of the prices are cheaper to me than NC. I was amazed at some of their prices. I wanted to get a box of donuts, the good donuts with the glaze on them. It had over 12 in the box and they were $2.53 and very fresh indeed. NC I would have paid anywhere from $5.99 and higher.If in the Georgia area, Walmart is a good place to shop. I brought the fresh Ginger root and it was about 25 cent a pound. I looked at some a few weeks ago in NC $1.68 a pound. It is so sad that our groceries prices are constantly going up and but our paychecks are not.

They are really nice people that work there but never have anything in stock that you need constantly moving department stuff around or remodeling stuff in aisleway making it hard for people to get through.

Good and clean. Found all which I went to shop for and picked up additional items.Was glad to see the new package size Passion Fruit Minute Maid. and able to purchase many. Thanks for the new item size and availability.

I have always had an excellent experience with this Walmart. I use them mostly for grocery pick up these days, but I have also frequently shopped their toy section and lawn and garden area. The inventory is good, the prices generally reasonable, and I’ve had many pleasant interactions with the people who work here. I enjoy shopping here and would recommend it to anyone.

There are always sooo many people here. Love the brocoli and cheese soup.

The store is clean. Its usually well stocked with more options to check out. I wish this location was closer to my home.

Pretty much lived at Walmart, now I cant stand going here and I dont have a choice. Yes you can great great stuff for cheap. But now that they have changed the store around, you cant find anything, they dont ever have what at one time was never an issue, its either self checkout or dont buy anything. Of course most the time its not buying anything bc there shelves are always empty!

😬 Read!! Before wasting your time!! 😳Grocery Pick up Order was from 7pm to 8pm. At 7:20pm a worker comes out and says it will be 15 to 20 minutes. Thats fine we can wait, then the other one comes out and tells me the order I put in the night prior (before 10pm) hasnt even been picked yet and it would be 2 to 4 hours! Thats unacceptable! I had them cancel and put the money back on my card. It will definitely be a longggg while before using Walmart pick up again, considering yesterday when I got my order I get home and am missing $77 worth of groceries and no money was on my card either! They really need to get it together! 😬🤦‍♀️

Most Walmarts I have frequented are usually dirty looking with bad lighting and have employees with bad attitudes. Location convenience and pricing is the only reason I shop there but whenever I can go elsewhere I do.

My favorite Walmart. Of all the Walmart off of I-20 between Covington and Decatur this one is the cleanest. Not the biggest. But the cleanest. Havent visited the new one up by the mall yet tho.

Its a nice walmart that usually keeps all items stocked even through the pandemic. However the carts, and trash in the parking lot could use some of that energy as well. Parking lot stay full of trash. Carts are always all over the parking lot and not where you need them. This is not a bad review to put down walmart because the inside of the store is awesome. The outside could be handled better.

Ordered online and picked up the next day in the store. Pickup area was cluttered with staff carts. Pickup monitor never showed the pickup process, but the store pickup staff was very prompt and had my item to me quickly.

This wallmart is by far the best store in Covington. it is well stocked up and you wont find empty out of items or items not stocked. Clean well organized and helpful employees. This store makes the store on industrial in Covington look bad. This store has a large selection of sugar free candy for those looking to stay fit.

The store environment is always clean and safe.

The worst when it comes to online ordering.. Do y’all even make sure that y’all be grabbing the right items… Seem like to me they just grab the first things they see!!! And they substitute your items for anything but charging a delivery fee!!! Do better Walmart on Salem and Brown Bridge Rd!

I is always adventurous going to Walmart. I found exactly what I was looking for and the employees were kind.

I drive 30 minutes to get nothing. There is nothing put out. You need to stock at night.Not enough cashiers. You need to get rid of all those self check outs. Im really frustrated with this situation. 😕

Everything at this WalMart is slow! The lines move slow. There is usually only one or two lanes open and the rest have to go through self checkout. Self checkout should get a discount for having to bag their own groceries. The pharmacy takes hours if not days. It not worth their prices and thats why Walmart sucks!

I order grocery delivery, they send a notice it’s running late. Then they don’t bring the groceries. I eventually contacted them and they say oh we cancelled your order. So they give me my money back. But I cannot retrieve it for 2-4 days of course. This is an ongoing problem. It’s happened so many times. And I’m honestly not sure if I had not called that evening that I would have even known they would my groceries were not being delivered. They just don’t tell you. This happens over and over.I’ve had the grocery delivery be ok. But this no show don’t tell is becoming ridiculous. Whoever the manager is needs to fix it. It’s unacceptable.So I’m off to use the Publix instacart and hope for the best.You know, I appreciate delivery people. I never tip less than 15%. I’m sick of this ridiculous attitude that my time is not valuable too just because I’m having something delivered. I have the groceries delivered for a reason. Not because I’m lazy. Me running to the store to fix Walmart’s issue is not an option. I’m left without groceries when they do this and don’t tell me.Save your money and time. Go somewhere else.I can’t help but wonder, is there a scam trying to be run somewhere in here? I don’t know. Something seems odd.

Great job at some locations but others their shelf stays empty like they cant get nothing in. Walmart needs to be doing a better job to get things in there that people want to buy.

Currently, Im visiting from NYC.. And I tend to need items during my stay, and Walmarts my choice of shopping..I usually go to Conyers SuperCenter, but Covingtons closer..Though I found what was on my To-Buy list, there were shelves that werent fully stocked... Or there was a limited selection.Once it was announced the store was closing in a few, we headed to the check-out, which ONLY was opened..Ill never forget the Cashiers name: Janice.. Who didnt greet us with a pleasantry, but she didnt fail to admit she works 6 hours, and Im 76, and ready to go! And this was after my sister asked her if she worked 8 hours, because Janice, basically, yelled at another customer her line was closed..She Never answered our questions, regarding an items price (just bagged it) or a paid sticker for juice (which is placed on unbagged items in NY).Handing me my receipt, Janice shut off her register light, and sauntered off, without a Good Night..After that experience, Id rather drive to Conyers, where its well-stocked and the checkouts are in Abundance, with friendly, courteous cashiers..

Needing items for a wedding and ordered them online at Wal-Mart.com. Not only were the prices very reasonable I loved the store pick-up option! All I had to do os wait for the notification that my order was ready, walked in, put tje order number on the screen and injust a few minutes a representstive was confirming my order and handed it to me! The ONLY store that was frustrating in this process was the Wal-Mart on Salem Rd, closer to my home bit they are refusing to.use the PICK-UP KIOSK! It was all BLOCKED OFF BY CARTS and when I expressed that Indid not use it because I could not physically get to it the associate said to me Oh, we dont use it because it is too FRUSTRATING. What? A sercice to make customer experience better is frustrating to THIS STORES MANAGEMENT AND OTHER STAFF MEMBERS?! SOUNDS to me like they arw wither understaffed OR jist do NOT WANT TO GO WITH TJE CHANGE. If it is the associates not followong a corporate decison then maybe THIS location needs some training or find jobs somewhere else! This is EXACTLY why my family, INCLUDING even my mother-in-law do almost all of.our business at the Dogwood Rd location! They are not defiant to the chanfe and make it a pleasure to shop there!

No customer service. Tried to purchase material, and had to page someone 3 times. Team Lead had to hand-write the product code and yardage. Forced me to go through 1 of 3 real-person check out lanes. Waited another 30 minutes to get through this line to buy just this material. Ridiculous!

Other than waiting a longer than my granddaughter waiting was a good thing she learned patience and I love it 😀.

Right now, this is my favorite Walmart. I found everything I needed, and some things I wanted. Their pretty good, but I cant remember the last time someone checked me out. Why do the stores have so many registers and hardly any cashiers.

Its a bit different from northern Michigan. ....we can buy alcohol, LIQUOR from ours...

The cashier worked self check out was a very nice and professional on her job very attentive good job young lady.

Twice in the last week I have had deliveries canceled. After waiting for over an hour past my delivery time both times, I’ve called to find out that my driver had canceled.Today, I had delivery time of 7-8 pm. At 9 pm I called as it still hadn’t arrived, only to be told the same thing as last time. The delivery department closes at 9, and here at 9:15. If I hadn’t initiated a conversation, the department would have closed with no communication about my items not being delivered. It’s especially aggravating considering there were items I needed tonight and now it’s a bit late for me to be going out. This is a service I pay for, so it’s pretty disappointing.

It just takes forever to get checked out. They mainly have self check outs open and most of the time its card only. The regular registers with actual people may only have one or two open. OPEN MORE REGISTERS.

When to receive my covid-19 vaccine. The intake process took over 45 minutes. Even though I am over the age of 65, many others of my age bracket had difficulty standing for that length of time. This process was poorly managed. After being processed everything was fine . The injector was pleasant and efficient. The star reflects the signing in process. The injector deserves 4 stars.

The female associate who sells the guns in sporting goods is so helpful and kind. Thank you for your help lifting storage bins from the highest shelf. I apologize I dont recall your name but you have helped us several times not just on our last visit and we appreciate you.

I shopped on the Saturday evening before Easter. I expected the store to be busy,filled with people getting things for the holiday.And it was.Masses of people looking for that holiday ham and those chocolate Easter bunnies.What it WASNT filled with was cashiers. WithoutExaggeration, I stood in line a bit over half an hour.I know exactly how long it was,because I kept looking at the time on my phone.I think it was very poor planning to inconvenience customers by not having every register manned.People are already stressed out enough these days as it is.Why make it worse by giving them a miserable check out experience?

Such a hit and miss. If you dont go on the right days the shelves will be bare. They also dont have the same inventory as other Walmarts so you may have to travel to get what you want.

Unbelievable...I had to return an item today. The female saw me walk up to the customer service counter. She walked away and proceeded to walk over to have a private conversation with a cashier.(talking about her mom...)😳 After about 5 minutes, comes back and says CAN I HELP YOU? UNBELIEVABLE...SMH

This is my usual store. I had to pick up some cuties. Im not sure but every time Ive gotten fruit from here it is already starting to spoil or last two/three days. The cuties are pre-packaged so theres not a way to go through all of them. :( The clothes are ok. The self checkout is best if you need to get stuff done in a hurry.

Walmart is Walmart. I have been a consistent shopper/customer for 35 years. Nobody sells for less! The secret is to ask them to match whoever sells the same item for less. Then...BINGO!!! Walmart matches!Try it and become a happy regular customer.
