More of a quilters store and I dont quilt, I cross stitch but the had dmc thread, stitcher tee shirt (which I bought) and a few other stitching supplies. Vety friendly. Ill go back next time Im in Covington

I brought my quilt to the store for repair in early 2019 before covid hit. I knew it would take 6-12 months. Of course Covid hit and that threw everything off. I called as it was almost 18 months and I had not heard anything since dropping it off. They told me they had my quilt and it was likely next on the list and they’d be working in it. We are a military family and we found out January 2021 that we’d be PCSing in June. So I called to make sure it would get done before we left. I spoke with the woman who does the repairs. She said my quilt wasn’t a priority and she hasn’t even started it yet. 2 years….not once was I called to explain any of this. She still had 6 months to attempt to complete the repair job before we Moved and it apparently still wasn’t a priority. Extremely poor and rude customer service.

Great prices, friendly staff a wide assortment of fabric, Heat transfer vinyl, and notions to choose from including a discount fabric section. Close enough to Millington compared to other local fabric stores not a real major distance one way or another it’s just in a different area. They offer classes, sewing, serger and embroidery machines and quilting options. Prices are pretty reasonable.

Omg the ladies there was so helpful kind and sweethearts and love the fabrics.

I placed an online order and was so surprised with an extra item included with my fabric! I opened the box, took my fabric out, something was still in there making noise in box, I flipped box upside down and a spool of perfectly matching Aurifil thread fell out! ❤ Such a sweet bonus!😁
