I dropped by to have my undercarriage checked because I drove over a median strip. They were awesome! Everything was fine. They were courteous and quick!

I was looking at a car in a private sale and wanted to make sure I had it checked by a mechanic before buying it. They were extremely thorough and kind! Didn’t end up getting the car due to some things they pointed out. Absolutely lovely service! I never give a 5 star review but they earned it!!

You will never find another auto shop so honest and down to earth. Kyle and Linda are the best. My whole family go to them. They will let you know when its really necessary to replace unlike some other auto shop would just keep telling us to we need to do this or that.

This Midas location is MY only choice for maintaining my two vehicles and two trailers. Every single time I walk in, there are other happy, pleasant customers smiling and talking and the atmosphere is very friendly. These guys are great.

If you make the mistake of visiting this location, you better take pics of your car first! I dropped my girlfriends car off for an inspection, all well and good. Go back to pick it up and there is a huge, dented in, scrape! The scrape was also located way up high on the side just below where it slopes into the roof! Way to high for it to have been another vehicle, they obviously must have scraped it with one of the lifts somehow! Then when I confronted the manager he tried to tell me I brought it in like that! Really!? How low is that!? They actually tried blaming me for their screw up! So they obviously arent bothered by screwing people, BUYER BEWARE!!! Dont say I didnt WARN you!!!

Great place. Get a lot of work done there. Been going there for years and havent had a problem yet. Prices are a little high for me because I can do most of the work myself and know what it costs but i just dont have the time. I appreciate them working with me on certain issues. Really nice and professional people.

He would also carefully explain the problem, everything their team have fixed, and how exactly it works now.The place has a nice and friendly atmosphere. These folks here are GREAT!!! I drive from Richmond RI just to service my vehicles here. They are fair and honest. They will not do unneeded repairs and always call before they do any installs that cost out of pocket expenses.I have saved thousands over the course of the years in unneeded repairs that other shop swould have done.

Was told we couldnt get an oil change because they were doing big break jobs on someones vehicle in one of the locations in cranston RI. Well, oil changes dont take as long as someones breaks would. Just putting that one out there. Instead, We had to go to Valvoline and spend $54, which was a rip off to boot when its only like $32 to maybe $34 total at Midas. Not a nice way to treat people who value your service.

Kyle is very nice. He is as accomodating as he can be and he will tell you that the wait is long if it is. He also recommend things like all garages do but does not push you into getting it done. He will tell you that it could wait alittle if it could. Thats so comfortaing to here from mechanics. Trust me.

Never again. No appointments but if you try 3 times and they are too busy for an oil change today.Got an appointment still spent 2 hours there for an oil change.If you have a coupon from shaws, dont let them see it before you give them the keys...Maybe then they wont be to busy 2 minutes after opening.
