Rudy and Erica make u feel instantly at home inside the shop. Amazing detail. He really took what was in my head and made it so much more then i could ever imagine. All other shops are amateurs. Go see rudy!!

Underground tattoo is the best tattoo place I’ve ever been to! I would 100% recommend this place to anyone. Rudy is a fantastic artist and works in detail. His freehand artwork is fantastic! Can’t wait to schedule my next tattoo with him!

I cannot say enough about Rudy! I just had my tattoo done by him and I am beyond thrilled with it. It couldnt have come out any better! His skills are amazing, hes so comfortable to be around, and he takes his time. His wife is also wonderful! They are running an amazing shop. I cant wait to go back!

This place is grate .very clean .very safe work Is very professional.grate rates..and they treat u like family

Although it looked great when first finished my experience was not good. He was clean and all but kept taking breaks, going back over what he’d already done then gave the worst advice on post tat care. He said wash 4-5 times a day and apply non scented lotion like eucerin or aquaphor which has caused a mild infection. Now part of my tattoo looks terrible. I have others and none of them look like this one. None of them were this sore. He not heavy handed but way too much of a perfectionist with adhd cause every time he stopped he forgot where he was causing him to go over what he already did. Don’t think I’ll be going back.

The owner Rudy is the best. I heard all about their expansion and their new tattoo artists joining his family. Over 25 years of tattoo in Rhode Island. Who beats that. A shop renovation is getting started too. Thanks Rudy.
