I could not have been more satisfied with the service I received from Eileen regarding my recent wedding. My father, father-in-law, best man, groomsmen, and I all went to Simply Dainty, and Eileen did a fantastic job. I rented a tux, while the rest of the party either rented or purchased suits. The prices were very reasonable, so most of the wedding party decided to buy their suits. I was very happy with my tux, as was my wife. It fit perfectly, and I received many compliments. Eileen did a fantastic job making the process quick and easy. Additionally, Eileen is just a nice person who really cares about your experience. I met with her four or five times, and her service was stellar every time. The rest of my wedding party all had similar experiences. I highly recommend Eileen to anyone looking for suits or tuxes for a wedding.

Absolutely amazing small shop to work with. Eileen was extremely attentive, easy to work with, patient with out of town party members. She was able to supply our party with some of the odd sizes and lengths they needed. We would 100% see Eileen again for our next formal wear needs.

Eileen is now considered family.We just happened upon her shop when looking for tuxes for our wedding. She was so pleasant to work with. She helped us pick out, and match up, just the right combination of tux, ties, shoes, etc. for our needs. I also purchased my veil and got some beautiful jewelry to wear for my big day.As with all weddings we ran into some scheduling issues, and some unexpected craziness (totally on us), and Eileen always had the same answer “No worries”. Simply Awesome!!Simply Dainty outfitted both of my sons for all of their proms and they looked amazing every time. I wouldn’t go anywhere else for formal wear.Eileen understands fit and proportion and she has a keen eye for detail. Each time we went in she took her time with us showing us the latest trends in tuxedos. Depending on the time of year she showed us different fabrics and weights. She provided expert advice on what would look good for each occasion.Eileen is an expert on proper fit and she made sure that the sleeve length and hem were perfect. Phenomenal customer service!Eileen personally measured and rented my son two different tuxedos for two different proms. She was knowledgeable, patient, warm and sincere; her inventory was also top notch. Eileen had help my daughter get the perfect veil for her gown. After going to other places (not good experiences) we went back to her to have her fit my dad to a suit. She is very personable and knows her product. She put my dad in a nice grey suit that he will look amazing in at his granddaughters wedding. She used pictures of my dress and hair trial to make recommendations on accessories that would look best with the style and design of my dress. She took the time help me try on all the combination of hair pieces to get the best look. I was able to bring it all home with me that day which was a huge plus!! Prices were absolutely reasonable and the quality is fantastic! I’m so excited to wear my jewelry and veil on the big day! I also bought my bridesmaids jewelry for gifts, absolutely stunning! I went here to get a tuxedo for the first time in a while so I can get one for my moms wedding and there service was wonderful and Same goes with the tuxedos. The woman that is working here was very nice and polite and wasnt rude or anything like that at all.

If I could give 10/10 stars I would! Elaine at simply dainty handmade my gorgeous veil and was an absolute joy to work with! She was so thoughtful and accommodating, I’m telling all my friends and future bride friends there is no where else to go when it comes to bridal accessories. The veils I had been looking at were extremely expensive and here I got an affordable, HANDMADE well crafted, one of a kind piece i can’t wait to wear for my wedding next year and I am hoping to pass on for generations! I rented my Wedding tuxedo from here in 2020 and my experience was wonderful!! Eileen was incredibly helpful and made sure I fit comfortably into all of the pieces of my tuxedo. She was incredibly accommodating to making sure my order was fulfilled in time for my big day! Eileen was amazing in helping make the perfect choices for tuxedos for our wedding. She arrives for nothing short of perfection and went out of her way to make sure everything was perfect for us and even took the time to come in off hours to collect the rentals after the wedding.
