Strongly agree. Very miserable people. Could use a training lesson on how to provide customer service. People outside are ok to deal with but the staff indoors made me feel like I was an inconvenience to them. They have what I needed, the access to the yard and loading wasnt bad at all. But please, be nice to your customers. If there was another close by, it would much rather go but unfortunately this location has a giant selection.

While knowledgeable the front desk staff is rude. The two ladies kept rolling their eyes while on the phone with a customer who confirmed their purchase. I stood there for 5 minutes with no greeting and a distressed look. I’m a new customer and I felt like I was disturbing them. They don’t greet customers and make side comments like “you’re going to have to go outside to see what they are talking about”. Probably not the best place to work if you’re going to dislike your job.

Guy who loads truck is absolutely great and helpful has great patience now matter how busy or many times I need help always is willing and great.. The company always make sure they talk about complaints but I hope they also tell him job well done and this customer because of him. Will always come back..Colored man in forklift sorry dont know his name.

Very friendly and fast, they dont carry single score block, but I have purchased barrel block for catch basins here many times. Great place to go when im working in the area
