Melissa, the designer at the Natick Container Store, is amazing. Professional, flexible, accommodating, knowledgeable, and creative. She listened, she was able to incorporate into the new design pieces from a closet we were no longer using, and she listened carefully and responded quickly and thoughtfully to our requests. She was also patient and gracious as we worked through several drafts. I cant recommend her highly enough!
