Bought the 9.99 banana, apple and strawberry box, it was not good. Threw a the rest of it out.Was very disappointed 😞

I ordered something for Mothers day and the order was wrong. They resent the order the next day and the person who I sent the order to was so pleased. They said the cookies were the best they ever had and it made me very happy that they did this. Thanks edible arrangements!

When i was ordering for mother’s day, a worker there named talyn was really kind and helped me with the arrangements! she was understanding and patient with questions i asked and helped me with everything like fresh fruits and delicious chocolate. highly recommend coming here for any future events

The customer service here is beyond excellent ! The girls are very friendly and extremely helpful with helping me pick out a beautiful basket arrangement to be delivered offered me specials on deliveries as well. They even offered me a berry break bogo on treats and smoothies that they said they have running on weekdays from 3-5pm. Definitely coming back here!

Dont laugh, but I usually sent a fruit cake to my cousin inCoventry. But that company folded and I was left with a last minute dilemma. What could I send last minute to a person who is rarely home? Edible Arrangements to the rescue. So I called from NJ and was told the Cranston store handled Coventry. The explicit directions I gave for delivery were followed to a T. My cousin was delighted with the platter I chose. She told me she always orders platters from that store for the many activities in which she participates. Kudos to the staff and the Edible Arrangements business for a solution to a short notice problem.

If you like fresh fruit and chocolate their arrangements are worth the money. Not cheap but not over the top.

I cant say enough about this location of Edible Arrangements. Not only was the fruit delicious each time they delivered, but they were so considerate! My son had surgery and several people ordered Edible Arrangements as get well gifts. Jen from the store called us the day after she had delivered one to let us know that she had orders for 2 more and asked if we would like to postpone or stagger the deliveries so we would have time to finish eating the first (and the others wouldnt go to waste). She suggested that the other 2 be delivered on different days and thats what we did. So we were able to enjoy each delivery without worrying about refrigerator space.

Today I had placed an order online since they were still offering same day deliveries. When the delivery arrived, the strawberries were all over the place. The strawberries were only half dipped in chocolate and the white chocolate drizzle looked like a 5 year old did it. It was a mess and embarrassing! I have never had an experience like this with Edible Arrangements and I will never order from this location ever again!

I was so thrilled with the Edible Arrangement I ordered to pick up at the Cranston location. The store was bright and clean, and the entire staff were so helpful and friendly. I will definitely order from this location again!

For mothers day i had wanted to order an arrangement, in doing so the computer would not let me process the information of my card, and told me that the card was invalid. As this happened i decided against the arrangements, i later found out it went through WITHOUT telling me so that very night merely hours after the order had been placed. I called the main company and had properly canceled the order and the lady was nice. The next day i get a call from the actual store lady saying i HAVE TO PICK UP MY ORDER! i had explained calmly what happened. Doing this made the woman flustered and her saying im just going to take your money anyways, i own these stores! and also what are you gonna do call the FBI ?! then proceeded to historically laugh at me. And you call yourself the owner !!!

Highly disappointed I bought chocolate covered strawberries and they were all rotten.
