Forgetting to buy the Christmas Special Delivery Singing Plush Snowman, I called the store (1-25-19) hoping maybe one would still be available to buy. A very friendly and extremely helpful store associate, named Lisa answered the phone. I told her what I was looking for, and she said she would check the store for me. She returned, apologizing, telling me the bad news. Lisa said that she would check the computer for other stores in the area, hoping to find one for me, & mentioned a couple that still had some in stock. She was going to give me the info., I needed but I had nothing to write with in rental car.She asked me for my phone # .How many people would call back, tell you that she left your name & number with a store, put one on hold for you, and give you the store hours??!!How awesome is that!!!LISA...It is great to know that someone like you can take the time, and go above and beyond to help someone.We need more people like you!!! Love love the Paper Store! Ive shopped here for many years even when it was the Hallmark Store. They have a great inventory where you could find something for everyone. U can use your Hallmark coups here. Also, just read their sign today that they accept Yankee Candles coups.

Saw the name The Paper Store and thought Oh sweet, maybe theres some good stationary goods. Theres everything but paper. Some greeting cards but thats only a small fraction of the store. The names a lie.

Went to this place for the first time today to pick 2 birthday cards, was in line for 20 mins, they had some kind of promotion going so there were more people than usual, heard the manager chit chatting with a friend standing next to the line the line is going out of the door - the line she was referring to was the cash register line and not customers waiting to get in and can i mention that it was raining !! From 1030 to 1045 we moved 2 feet and instead of chit chatting maam i would have appreciated if you could have helped in some shape or form at the cash register. There were 8 customers in line ahead of me so i bolted since 2 birthday cards are not worth waiting 1.5 hours in line for. Boooooo

No paper in the paper store. It is just a Hallmark store .. meh. Pass.
