I paid $500 for a knock sensor replacement and inspection sticker recently and my check engine like came back on within 3 days of having it fixed, I went back and the guy told me it was my transmission sensor, however, went to 3 other mechanics and was told only my knock sensor is showing up. Went back to sunoco and was told that the check engine light was on because my oil change is due and they would look at my car to see if they could find the problem. The problem is they never changed my sensor and just slapped on an inspection sticker. I will never trust this place again, most expensive inspection sticker ever smh!!!

Easy in and out for gas. A bit pricey but I think it’s generally more in this area then where I live.

I recently moved to the area and needed a place to take my car for oil changes and repairs. Since the first time I took it there I have been nothing short of astonished at how professional, knowledgeable, helpful and courteous the entire staff is. They go out of their way to help or to squeeze me in when I need help. Go there, people, you will not be disappointed.

Love these guys, and pat is great.. Anytime I have had a problem either big or small it gets done.. I have been going to them for many years without hesitation.. And unlike many stations, if it is not necessary they let you know, very honest and that is why they are my guys. A++

Had a state inspection done went very well. Everyone was very friendly. Its hard to find a good mechanic would recomend.

Pat Grogan (Pawtuxet Sunoco) is a long-standing and most deservingly respected member of the local, business, and automobile repair community. Honest, accountable, fair quality work and customer service.Can do most anything a dealer or bigger outfit would do, more pleasantly and economically. (would tell you ahead if not and recommend good alternative). Especially if you are nearby, you should use this place. His employees stay with him so I presume they are treated well and you will be too. Beyond the years of occasional transactions we have had, I am moved to write because we recently had a dispute, relating to an unlucky misfortune occurring on the property. It was surprisingly unpleasant (for both of us I suspect). Maybe we were both having a bad day. Anyway, we managed to agree on a resolution to put it behind us. I was feeling unsettled with what we had agreed on overnight actually, but did not complain, ask for, pllan or pursue better accommodation as we had already agreed. When the repair was swiftly completed and the bill presented it was right about where I would have wished hoped and expected. Exactly fair. He (they) totally came through. Thank you for that and the good years serving our family and friends.
