I wanted to get my sister and her new fiancé a cake to celebrate their brand new engagement! It was 2 days before thanksgiving and this bakery made my cake at last minute and made it AMAZING. It had Oreo cheesecake filling and was delicious! One of the most wonderful ladies and so genuine! A must go to.

Ordered custom cookies for two events and was very impressed both times. After sending an idea for a doctors coat cookie, I was blown away with the end result! They went above and beyond! I planned my nieces birthday party very last minute. I called on a Wednesday and asked for a unicorn cake for that Friday, literally only two days and they said YES! I must say, the cake was absolutely gorgeous and it tasted amazing! My niece loved it and so did everyone else at the party. Highly recommend this place!

My wedding cake was a complete disaster! I was completely disappointed seeing as this was one vendor I seemed so confident with at first! The images on our cake were one third of the size they should have been, the images were incorrect we ended up with two silhouette pictures which we when asked I advised I was The Hans and Laia silhouette heads on the top layer ying yang in the middle and do or do not at the bottom. so she slapped the image we actually wanted on the cardboard cake holder which was supposed to be a gold cake stand we were borrowing from her- clearly written on our details contract from day 1! The ying yang sign was ripped and upside down the coloring in the photos was grayish toned for some reason. We were missing all of the details we discussed for the front of the cake like the heart with I love u I know also written on our details contract from our booking! This was suppose to be a birch tree reveal cake with fondant just as the pulled back birch to reveal the photos there was buttercream slapped everywhere! This looked nothing like a birch tree! This cake was not what we discussed had a bad feeling something like this would happen when I reached out to Andrea for final details and it was very rushed I understand being busy but I am also a customer and this should not have happened on my wedding day!

I want to share my bad experience with the cake Carina e Dolce prepared for my daughters graduation .Our first conversation to request the cake for this event was over the phone. She informed me that because of her busy schedule and that I was a previous client that all I needed to do was text you the picture of the cake, flavors and she would take care of it as you did from my previous daughters graduation party. I reconfirmed a week prior to the occasion if we were all set. She replied we were all set but that there is no delivery and no cake stand. Even though that was not expressed originally I was ok with it. When we came to pick it on the day of the celebration, she presented the cake to us. I said that this is not the cake we ordered. She said she never received the picture of the cake.Any professional who did not receive a picture of a cake for any occasion would have reached out by phone/text or email. That was never done so I presumed you had the correct information. The restaraunt manager at the event said that they could not even cut the bottom part of the cake cause it was not prepared correctly. Also the flavor was not the flavor we had requested as well. I had family and friends from all over the country for this and the cake is the center piece of this occasion. We were all extremely dissapointed. I will not refer this company to anyone else

Had a custom cake made for my sons 2nd birthday.Very affordable and absolutely delicious.Owner was extraordinarily kind, helpful and went above and beyond to make a custom cake that was not only delicious, but 100% edible.....Even the tractor was crafted using a rice krispy treat!You have earned a customer for life!

Ordered a cake for mine and my sisters birthday and couldn’t be more happier with the results! Customer service is amazing, I wish I got the ladies name but she was super friendly and very helpful. Got the strawberry pink champagne with Carmel filling and my family loved it! Definitely one of the best cakes I’ve ever had. Highly recommend!! Pricing was also fair for the amount of cake.

OH MY GOD! I got so lucky with Andrea and her bakery! Its located less than a mile from my brothers place. When we were looking for cakes, I sat at his place and searched on google maps and there is was, Carina e Dolce. We got in the car and drove over, completely missed it because its not your typical bakery. But, keeping in mind to never judge a book by its cover, when we found it we went in and fell in love. My husband, brother and sister in law all loved everything she had us taste. We went from a 2/3 layer cake to a 4 because of all the flavors. We left our first meeting with a design and choices, when we came back to put in our deposit, Andrea provided us with more flavors and we were blown away again and removed our originally choices with the new ones. We dropped off our cake toppers, deposit and left so excited to see the end result. I can remember the night of the reception, I got on the mic and made sure I specifically told all our guests to try the cake! I was so excited about it and it was delicious! Thank you so much Andrea!

Andrea was super accommodating. I placed my order literally last minute via email and she accepted my request. I explained what I would like and even sent a doodle as a reference. Going to pick up my order I didn’t know what I would be getting, but it was AMAZING! So much detail and effort. The cake itself was so moist and delicious. The buttercream frosting was just the right amount of sweet. The cake to frosting ratio was spot on! My FAVORITE part of the cake?, it was all edible! The little figures were made of rice crispy treats! Literally the BEST rice crispy treat I’ve ever eaten! You can tell Andrea puts pride and exceptional work into her cakes. Andrea made the best cake for my sons third birthday. I called her a few weeks prior to her party with the intention of getting a garbage truck themed cake. Andrea made the design process so easy and incorporated the toys I was hoping to have on the cake (mini-garbage truck & recycling bins). Her enthusiasm was like no other vendor I have ever worked with, she was so excited to design the cake she made me wait until pickup to see what she had in mind. While this would normally be a risk - I had 100% trust in her skill, design, and passion. Shes a small business owner that takes great pride in her products. The cake was not only exceptional in design, the taste was out of this world. All of my guests loved the flavor. The greatest compliment I can give is that my sons face beamed when he saw it. I ordered from this shop last year for my baby shower favors. I ordered 2 different kinds of sugar cookies. A butterfly and an elephant. The butterflies came out nice but the elephant was a dog cookie cutter with a drawn on trunk that looked more like male anatomy than anything. I was told when I sent her pictures of what I wanted that it could be done. I was so embarrassed to give those cookies out as favors but was left with no choice as I picked the cookies up the day before the shower. It’s not like they had a small amount of time to get the right cutter shape or something. I ordered at least a month in advance maybe a week more than a month. My mom called to try and get the money back or partial refund or something and never received a call back. Very unprofessional. If you can’t make what someone is asking for then be honest and tell them! Will not be ordering from them again!

I simply couldnt believe how unbelievable the cake came. It was better than I could have imagined. There was so much detail..it looked like something you would see on TV show cake wars!! I wish there was a way to attach a pic here.When the people at the party seen the cake they were speechless as well! And here is the best part... It tasted as good as it looked if not better!! Recently had my baby shower and I went to Andrea because I thought she could really do some amazing work. I purchased a few different things but my main issue was the cake pops and the cookies. The cake pops were not great at all meaning the design or the taste. There was so much sugar icing on the outside it was just too much . Then to top it off once you get to the cake it was more like a wet fudge with no flavor. The design was really bad. I sent her a pic of what I liked and it came out nothing like what I asked for. It honestly looked like the students she had been training made the pops . I was disappointed and didnt put them out for display because they did not look presentable. The sugar cookies had way to much icing on it, the cookies itself had no flavor . The design of the cookies were nice though. I paid almost 200.00 for everything and honestly feel like none of it was worth it. I dont like to harm anyones business ever but I dont think what was given to me was cool at all.

The owner has a wonderful team of people behind the counter. I’ve ordered from them multiple times and I’m never disappointed. I ordered my son’s birthday cake for his 7th birthday which was a Stranger Things Themed cake and everyone at the party was obsessed with how well it looked and tasted! She ordered the demogorgon (monster action figure) to place at the top of the cake but Amazon emailed her only TWO days before I had to pick up the cake to let her know that it is back ordered and will not be delivered until the end of the month. She was kind enough to call every store possible to find the demogorgan but had no luck. therefore, she made the demogorgan from fondant and let me just say, I am sooooo happy the action figure did not come in on time because I LOVEEEEED the way they recreated the demogorgon with fondant soooo much better than the action figure. And they only had 2 days to pull it off!! They went above and beyond to make sure my son received an amazing cake for his themed party and I am extremely pleased.

This place is ok. I expected more. I ordered my baby shower cake and it didn’t come out how she described it to be. The cake was expensive too. The cake decoration seem rushed and the baby she made as a cake topper which she charge extra for was horrible! The baby didn’t even look like a baby There was suppose to be pearls on my cake but, she put icing dots instead?! Horrible! Smh! cookies and cake-pop came out nice though. But never again.

I can’t thank them enough for fitting me so last minute. I called 2 days before the day I needed my cake because I was out of the state and Andrea helped me from the very beginning and even called me back when I told her I’d call her back. I ended up ordering a Buchanan’s whiskey shaped cake for my boss. I can’t even explain how amazing it was. His family came from Delaware and everyone was stunned it was definitely the highlight of the whole night and let me not forget to say that the cake itself was amazing as well. I ordered it guava filled and let me tell you... I won’t be going anywhere else for my cakes from now on.

Andrea has delighted us on a few occasions. We were first lured in with her delicious cupcakes and cookies when she first opened. We then ordered a cake for our daughters joint Communion and Confirmation party. Finally, the piece de resistance came last week when Andrea knocked our socks off with a three tiered cake that joined 3 themes (birthday, high school graduation, and college acceptance) with three flavors of cake (including a GF top tier). She is a delight to work with and graciously accommodated an increase in cake size as our guest list grew. We have a few more confirmations and graduations in our future and look forward to having Carina e Dolce help make them memorable!
