I have been going to Hannah for eyelash extensions, brow tinting, and brow threading since January 2021. She is so good at her craft and provides awesome customer service. This is the first time I have had extensions or tinting and I was a little nervous. I went and saw Leah and got my eye lash extensions done and she was so amazing! not only did she make me so much more confident, but she also made me feel super comfortable and relaxed with her. I went to the lash lounge for my first lash extensions and right from when I walked in the door they were very welcoming. My stylish is Hannah and from day one she has been the best! She took her time explaining everything to make sure I understood so that I picked the best style for me. She also answered all my questions and helped me pick out the after care products. That same day I became a member and have no regrets, I definitely recommend!

The girls here are super nice and friendly, the establishment is clean.However, I was not impressed with the lash quality. I gave this place a shot a couple of times I always go with a hybrid set. When I would leave the salon they would look good, however the next day into the next week I barely had any lashes left which has never happened to before and I’ve had lashes for years now.When I told the lash tech I was concerned with how much fallout is happening she simply blamed it on the weather and told me a lot of other customers are having the same issue.Fast forward, I tried out another place and when I came in for a fill they educated me on how the lash lounge stuck on the longest lash length which my natural eyelashes could not handle the weight of.Going on 2 weeks with my fill elsewhere and my lashes have barely had any fallout.I will not return or suggest this place due to the lack of education the techs had.

I have been coming to The Lash Lounge Cranston for over 2 years getting eyelash extensions. I cannot say enough amazing things about this specific Lash Lounge. Before you even get whatever service has lead you to the Lash Lounge, you are greeted with the most sincere form of hospitality around. Lauren, the receptionist and Tina, the manager do an unbelievable job at making you feel welcome, explaining and reassuring any questions or concerns that may come up, and ensuring that you are being taken care of by true professionals. Once you sit down with a stylist, all of which are trained and experienced, they ask you additional questions to make certain you are getting exactly what you are paying for. I can say from experience that Heidi, Meloiza, and Kristina are all beyond excellent and make it a joy to come to my bi-weekly appointments. I have been to other locations and while they are a franchise, they each do things a little differently and made the Cranston location stand out even more. It didnt take my 2 year experience to know how special The Lash Lounge in Cranston Chapel View really is, you can feel it from day 1!

One lash technician to rule them all: Hannah was not only sweet, welcoming, and professional but her talents are unmatched.I saw Hannah for my first ever lash lift and tint before corona virus hit and I’m STILL thinking about how gorgeous she got my lashes! They lasted over a month and honestly looked like I got extensions done. She explained the process to me as she went, making sure that I felt comfortable, confident, and safe.I made the mistake of going to a different lash tech the second time I got the lift and tint done- the result was no where NEAR the absolute magic Hannah was able to work on my lashes. This woman is knowledgeable, polite, and her work is levels above her peers.

I absolutely love the Lash Lounge in Cranston! I have been a member since they opened and I have never had one bad thing to say about this establishment. I love walking in and seeing Christina and Lauren. They are so nice and welcoming and they always make accommodations for my crazy work schedule. I absolutely LOVE my lash artist Heidi. I almost don’t want to tell people how fabulous she is because then it will be harder for me to get an appointment, but she is beyond amazing. She always makes sure my lashes are full and beautiful. They also remain looking beautiful right up until fill time. The longevity of the lashes is just as important as how they look when you leave the studio and The Lash Lounge has never disappointed!

This is my 11th time having lashes done and my first experience with the lash lounge. The lash lounges membership option was appealing so I gave this salon an opportunity to earn my business and they have failed.I had my lashes done on Wednesday and by Saturday more than 60% had fallen off. I called the salon and they were kind enough to rebook me for a new set for that Monday. By Monday 80% had fallen off and a new set was reapplied. By Wednesday morning, more than 50% of the lashes had slid off my natural lashes again.When i called the salon, they said that they had already given me a “complimentary” set and there is nothing further that could be done.I spent $100 for lashes that lasted less than 4 days. Absolute waste. The artist was talented and her placement was beautiful but whatever glue they use is does not adhere well.The salon blamed the humidity, the way I potentially sleep, the sun, the stars everything BUT their method and their products as to the reason why there product failed.I did not have an allergic reaction, my natural lashes are intact, the lashes simply slide off. I am not super active, do not use oil based makeup or cleansers and avoided water for the first 24hrs.My advice is, go to a salon or independent artist who uses high quality products and is willing to back up their work.

I am a beginner with lash extensions, and the experience I have had at The Lash Lounge had been excellent. My lash stylist, Kristina Barlow, has been so patient and informative with explaining the process and answering all my questions! It is a very clean environment and comfortable during the process. I explained her the look I was going for and she nailed it. I would highly recommend going here to anyone needing lash extensions! Waking up without having to put makeup on and not needing to remove makeup at the end of the day is so nice and a time saver!!
