Amazing people really nice for a first timer. Love the mustard it was really good and the drink they gave me some type of chocolate milk coffee. Wow

The servers did an excellent job engaging me in conversation as my order was being taken and as I waited. The food as always was of superb quality and extremely quick to be delivered to me

Nice little go to spot when your in the mood for something different . It’s located a couple miles from the highway, and the food is pumped out very quick . Not as good as their olneyville location in providence, but I think most of us like the old schooldiner feel, bar stool seating, and the staff that have worked there for decades. But the food is very good, probably one of my favorite burgers around, best weinies in my opinion, and by far my fave coffee milk . If you make it into Rhode Island, this is a must stop and try restaurant . You would be doing yourself a disservice if you didn’t . Walk in say “ I want 3 all the way and a coffee milk” and watch the magic happen .

This might be my only 5 star review. The wieners are incredibly delicious. There are a bunch of other items on the menu. Friendly, helpful staff.

A true Rhode Island landmark...a landmark you can eat! Not for the faint of heart, stomach or waistline. NY system wieners, locally know as Gaggers (so much flavor it gaggs you) are best when paired with cawfee milk.Just for fun, ask a local if theyve ever gagger-bagged a friend/co-worker.

This is my favorite New York System! I only ever get three weiners all the way but theyre good every time. You can order outside right at the little pickup window too.

Gross hot dogs . All the way looked like dog food and tasted terrible. They put a pound of raw onions on one dog and the girl at the counter was rude and unpleasant. Not sure why this place gets hyped. Bens hot dogs in Newport is far superior

I hadnt had a hot weiner in a long time ....it was delicious but I couldnt believe the price of $2.59 for 1 of them. I am 76 yrs old and can remember as a teen paying 15cents a piece. So Id have 3 for a 45 cent meal. Inflation has not been this high ....so its overpriced but tasty

Born and raised in RI, didnt realize how much I miss this stuff since moving to NH. Thankfully its not too far to visit family and swing by for a couple all the way. Just be mindful that you wear protection so your clothes dont smell of onions.

The staff is great. Weiners are always good. I usually get the special- two weiners, fries, and a drink.

Really good. An offering you cant find elsewhere. Only complaint ordered regular fries and got cheese fries.

They had the outside order window open and a gentleman had ordered and was waiting for his food. I waited almost a half hour for someone to come to the window and tell me I had to come in after a bunch of people had gone in after me. There were 3 people visible working and even the line inside didnt move. I ended up leaving. Ridiculous.

This was my first visit but it will not be my last visit!!! Awesome weiners and the fries were perfect!! I definitely recommend Olneyville New York System!! They have a large selection also, which I plan on trying most of!! The people were very nice too. You wont be disappointed here!!

Classic rhode island cuisine! I love this place when Im looking for a quick bite. Only fast food place I go to. Personal favs- crispy chicken sandwich (and its crispy! Still moist inside), hamburger (fried onion, relish, mustard), hot weiners all the way, sweet potato fries. Oh and dont forget the coffee milk! Still havent tried everything because I always order the same thing. I dont think you could go wrong with anything here.

Love the weiners, onions, meat sauce, mustard, celery salt. Oh so good. Snap off the first bite, oh really nothing better. Go here, youll see.

I just dont get it. Theres no snap to the dog, the dog is red??, and the meat sauce is.... with cinnamon or something off. Give me a dog with kraut and brown mustard. But its an institution and it deserves respect and a try.

Its not what it used to be. The meat sauce was dry and lacked flavor and barely had any toppings. For 2.60 a weiner I expected more. The one highlight to the visit was the coffee milk.

Yummy seeing I havent had them in five years.

Horrible attitudes the woman working the window has a horrible attitude I pulled into the lot there were already two customers at the to go order window being that it’s Covid time we stopped in front of the sign so the children could see the menu to see if there was anything they wanted to order I already knew what I was ordering for myself she yelled at us that we cannot park there we weren’t parked we’re just looking at the sign there’s no sense in three of us getting out the car to look at the sign when it’s Covid time she rolled her eyes snapped her neck proceeded to talk junk to the cook behind her because we paused in front of the sign as we were coming into the lot to look at the menu before we parked were all planning on getting out of the car

Food is reasonably priced and the service is fast and efficient. Mainly comfort food great weiners, burgers and other sandwiches.

Went there just last week for the first time. Great wieners! I have tried many different places around Southern New England. This Olneyville location is on my top best 3! Only negative and reason for 4 out of 5 stars is the price. Up there compared to other places, but still great!

Absolute classic. I am from RI originally but live in Maine now. I introduced my girlfriend to wieners and now no matter what time it is, when we visit RI, we go to Olneyville. If they put a location in Portland, Maine, it would kill it. No question. Perfect town for it.

Really delicious and quick! I got 2 hot dogs and sweet potato fries. The sweet potato fries were actually the best Ive ever had! I asked for a cup of water and got a free bottled water, so thats pretty cool! Nothing bad to say!

Every time I head back to RI to visit family and friends I have to stop a get 3 all the way, fries and coffee milk. It is a Rhode Island thing and something people from out of state have to try. Forget about the seafood or Italian good. Hot weiners is RI.

Because of covid-19, they have an outdoor window. I ordered 2 wieners with everything. Im usually in and out of there in 3 minutes. It took about 15 minutes and there were only 3 customers. My wieners looked like they were made by someone who didnt know what they were doing. I wont be back for a long time.

Really good hot weiners! I want to go back again for them. The service was quick and snappy. The hot wieners were popping hot and delicious. Their sauce was tasty and their toppings were fresh. Coffee milk to go with made it all the better.

Quite good!!! I should mention they do support delivery thru Grubhub. Their fries weren’t the best but the wiener dogs were awesome.

Got wings. I bit into it a few minutes later and it was cold to the bone. It was not cooked fully. I hope I do not get sick now. Seems like they never served the same amount of wings either. Disgusted. Fries are okay. Weiners are good if you like those things.

Just as I remember as a kid.

My husband loves getting burgers from here. I love the grilled cheese. They are very polite & make you comfortable as soon as you walk in. A few cons...They are a little pricey, and charge extra for lettuce and tomatoes on a burger. The tenders portion seemed to be for a child. And the hot chocolate is not good at all. It tasted like Swiss miss packet in very hot water, but there wasnt enough of the packet either so the turnout was a dirty water flavor! The drink cups are also on the small side for the price.

I bought 3 wieners all the way. Onions were rancid, there was too much vinegar in the meat mixture and they didnt put any celery salt on the dogs. Fries were undercook and I asked for malt vinegar and ketchup got only malt vinegar and there was no salt on fries at all.
