I went in to get parts for my 311 excavator. Don helped me if thats what you wanna call it. He was somewhat helpful until he found out that it was a grey market machine. As soon as he had to open a book and do extra work his whole attitude changed. By the time I was ready to leave I was so pissed, i didnt even get the parts i needed. Usually me or my boss deal with Earl and hes the only one well deal with from now on. Your job is customer service, whether you know it or not next time act like it.
