Jimmie does a great job running the store, and that’s not even considering the fact that he is the only employee. I have felt welcomed on every occasion that I have come in, and feel as if he genuinely cares about every single person in his customer base (I haven’t seen a single person walk in the doors who he hasn’t known by name). Everyone always complains online that you should “support your local game stores”, but I honestly would choose this place over any of the third party stores in the area any day of the week.

Single Employee store that was super welcoming! Looked like a great location to play a game and was a fun stop as a hobbyist visiting the area.

Im literally a week into Warhammer 40k and Im hooked. Jimmy at the Warhammer Cranston store was welcoming and beyond helpful to my girlfriend and I. He advised on lore, building, and painting tips. Different you tubers and where to get started. It was just an overall great in store experience and we will continue to support the store going forward just due to the customer service experience and knowledge.

Staff is very helpful. Answerd all of the questions my wife and I had.

Kinda rough that only 2 customers can be in the store at once, but friendly service.

Great warhammer store, their covid precautions are amazing. Everything gets sanitized after anyone touches it, even the pens for signing receipts

First off glad to have a local Warhammer store finally. Second the manager here is great, very helpful takes time to explain things. One of my visits he took the time to show me some of the painting techniques. Great place!

The selection of available models for the faction I play (Mechanicus) was sorely lacking although the overall variety was in no way short. They had some outstandingly painted models on display as well as plenty of room to game (as evidenced by the multiple games going on concurrently while I was visited). Unfortunately there arent more locations to gauge opinions against.

Simple and clean, yet very well stocked with just about anything and everything you would need.I do not play Warhammer. I was here out of curiosity what this place was.It is a corporate owned and run Warhammer store. Simple as that. And it was excellent.Staff was extremely knowledgeable, was able to tell me about anything I needed to know. Answered all of my questions.2 patrons were playing a game and were happy to let me watch for a little.I did not play Warhammer before my visit. But now I am going to.

From out of state, but dropped by here twice, different days, while I was in town. Came during operating hours, not during lunch hours and they were closed. Tried calling at a different time, no answer. Hours can be tough for a store like this, thats understandable, but a simple note on the door seems basic courtesy to people driving out of their way.

The store looks nice but was severely uninviting, as soon as we walked in we were informed the staff was going on break in 5 minutes making our possible purchesing feel rushed. There was no music or any atmosphere to offset the awkward greeting we received when walking in. Although I was interested in buying some items i chose not to due to the rush and uncomfortable feeling.

The people who work at the store are incredibly kind and friendly. They are very knowledgeable on both Age of Sigmar and 40k. Very welcoming to new players. If they dont have the model you are looking for in store, they have a kiosk where you can order it online and have it shipped to the store.

I was really pleased with my first experience at this store. I am a complete noob to Warhammer and visited Warhammer Chapel view close to their closing time. I had a bunch of questions, they were all answered very well. Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful! I am already looking forward to my next visit.The store itself is very well organized and laid out. Even me, who doesnt know too much, found it easy to find things.Will definitely be back. Glad to spend my money there.

Store is very clean and well lit. Staff and customers were all friendly (Im brand new to Warhammer 40k, everyone was very welcoming). I highly recommend this store and will be making all of my paint and miniatures purchases here.

Had purchased CA 2018 and the Vigilus books on the pre release 12.9.18. Had them shipped to this location. On Wednesday 12.12.18, received email from GW showing shipment and tracking number. On Friday 12.14.18, received confirmation email from GW stating items had been delivered to this location. On Saturday 12.15.18 I go to pick them up. The clerk states he cant find my purchase and all store copies have been sold.

Nothing like walking into a store planning on getting a few things and being greeted by “ just so you know I’m going on break in 5 minuets “ . I’m a retail sales manager and if any of my reps did that they would be looking for a new job . Will not be returning
