This was one of the best ice cream places I have been to! There were so many options of flavors, toppings, and even cone/bowl selections. The soft serve options are also endless! The location is beautiful right by the water and I definitely cant fail to mention how friendly and wonderful the staff were. Highly recommended!!

Amazing owner, genuine staff, and I love that he employs the younger generation so they learn how a positive work environment should be, young. The owner is an amazing guy and the ice cream is out of this world! 10/10 recommend!!

Have been going here for years and never an issue. Ice cream is delicious and they have the best cake batter flavor I have ever had. I know everyone has their own experience, but anyone leaving a review saying they are expensive is way off base. You cant beat their prices for the quality of ice cream they serve.

A really nice tiny ice cream spot in one of the best spots of downtown Pawtuxet village. The girls that work there are really nice and do a great job at whipping up your order. The ice cream is delicious and the soft serve flavors are a must try! Definitely will be going back especially for the surrounding beautiful area!

I love Dear Hearts Ice Cream and have been going to the one in Pawtuxet Village for decades. Usually, my review would be 5 stars, because the ice cream is delicious and, usually, the service is friendly and efficient.For the last few years, I get the same thing every time, every time, chocolate ice cream with hot fudge and strawberries in a waffle cone or waffle bowl.My most recent visit, 5:30pm on Sunday May 23, I was told it cant be made in a waffle cone. They said its too messy. I mentioned that its been made there for me for years. The reply was, Technically, were not supposed to do that.When I asked to have it made in a waffle bowl then, they said they didnt have any waffle bowls.Has there been a change in Management or policy that doesnt allow toppings in a waffle cone?

The owner of this ice cream shop is a leech and a menace to society, Jeff butler has recently doxed and broken FDCPA laws with his tenants who are suffering from the Covid-19 impact. Not only is this illegal but it’s heartless. He owns 240 properties including this disgusting shop. He is NOT hurting for money and still publicly shamed a family suffering.

HELL NO. Mr. Lemon wins. I gave this place a try. The kid didnt deserve the change but whatever. NOONE in RI has seen a chunk of lemon in dells since 1986. Mr. Lemon has thier own and it would have been uncomfortable to tell a small child she gave me the WRONG SIZE. Ive also updated to 2 stars since an owner bothered to respond.*

I love this place and it’s right down the street from me. I wanted to take my friend here last night before he goes off to the navy and we got here around 9:37 pm and they were closed. Online it says 10:30 pm through google hours. But when we got there it says 10 pm on the door. No one was there and it was locked. Not sure why hours are all over the place. Would love to go again but not be fooled by the times listed online.

Great ice cream in a beautiful spot overlooking the Pawtuxet River. I think the flavor I tried was butter rum, and I will definitely get it again! One of my kids accidentally knocked a cup of candy topping on the floor, they were very nice about giving us a replacement without us asking!

These 2 women locked the door of the ice cream store when the ice cream store was open and then opened and unlocked the door after getting and paying for their ice cream. They proceeded to laugh at me when I went in to purchase ice cream from the ice cream store after they opened the door. I later saw the 2 women at this Newport creamery.
