They are great to do business with. Will advise you first, if the small engine is worth fixing before you put any money out of pocket. Sometimes fixing a small engine costs more than what you originally bought it for. This is a nice aspect of their business approach that most small engine repair shops dont do. Many small engine repair businesses will bleed you first, dollar wise. Their turn around time is great. If the unit is ready sooner for pickup, they are prompt in contacting you. The staff is very knowledgeable, and the owner is a cracker jack with small engines. He shares great advise with his customers. Couldnt recommend a better repair shop, especially for women that are a single parent and maintaining a yard. You wont feel like you got swindled. This place is very up front with their customers.

Took my Toro e621 SIngle Stage in for a general service, new belts, paddles, etc. I used the snow blow a total of 30 minutes when the main throw shaft completely stopped functioning.I brought the blower back into the shop, he found several things off - swapped out the drive belt and told me his number one priority was making me feel that I want to come back and have my business.American Lawnmower exceeded all of my expectations and more. I would never want to go anywhere else. Great Job - I do feel like the only customer. Trust me - dont go anywhere else.I arrived onsite at 4:04pm .... Within 30 minutes of arriving at the shop, I was leaving that same day (4:30pm closing time) with newly fixed snow blower.

I brought in my 40 year old Arien snow blower because it was runnning very badly. I got it back on time and running like it was new. It starts immediately and run great. Their service was everything I expected.

Since my step-dad passed, I have been doing all his chores for my mom. Well, I messed up his Husqvarna rider mower bagger on a steep hill bottom, popping the self-tapping hanger bracket bolts. Two of the four are lost forever.Peter at American Lawnmower not only patiently helped me identify the correct replacement bolts, he gave me two, gratis, from a salvage mower.I did not spend money there today, but I will be happy to pratonize this service-friendly business in the future.

Purchased a areins deluxe snow blower from them, it immediately failed after two uses. They repair and replaced the belt under warranty. Still under warranty. The electric starter failed. When I attempted to make an appointment for service they informed me they were too busy working on lawn mowers to repair it, but promised to repair under warranty in fall of 2016. I called in fall said they would get back to me. Still waiting for that call back. 8/17. They have no interest in dealing with the general public. They are a facility only for the pro lawn customer.
