The selection is amazing. It really is a nice store, but my goodness I’ve never had such terrible customer service in my life. I’ve gone in on two separate occasions and on both times I was basically ignored. I only go there because of the location and selection. You get more customer service from dealing with a computer and getting things from Amazon. If I was a new golfer I would be turned off of the sport by their rudeness.

Ive bought and will continue to buy all my gear here. The employees are no fuss and don’t bother you unless you ask for help. I got two clubs regripped and it was fast and easy. I’ve bought a few used clubs here and they have no problem letting me hit into the net for awhile even if I’m slicing them every time. Inventory is better than Golfers Galaxy and it’s a great place to walk around and kill a few minutes.

The golfers warehouse has been around for years. They have a complete selection of clubs, irons, putters, and used golf equipment. Every time I’ve asked the question the staff and the pro there has been very good. A definite stop if you’re a golfer. I like the putting area where you can try them. They also have a lot of golf bags.

Awesome place cant say enough about the gentleman I dealt with by the name of Ben. Traded in two drivers and was looking for A 430CC head They just happened to have what I was looking for unfortunately it had a little bit of damage after the fact but we were working to straighten out that deal I will never shop golf Galaxy again Ive found my heaven 😆

Awful customer service. Former D1 female golfer here who is a mom now and wants to play more so I came in looking for clubs and they gave me long clubs, a small head, and figured I wouldn’t know the difference even though I explained I played back in the day and then just left me. Never came to see if I’d like to try another club. One guy say around rearranging golf balls instead of making a $1500 sale! I came in to buy and didn’t even get so much as a thank you when I left empty handed! Super awful customer service and will never ever go back or recommend!

All around horrible experience here. Rushed and treated like I was ruining their day after asking a simple question in the understaffed shoe department. I was also one of only 3 people in the store. The club shop couldn’t follow simple instructions regarding the length and stiffness of one club. Although it was written out infront of me and seemed correct, when I go to pickup my club it was all wrong but I didn’t notice until I got home.Go anywhere else but here.

They have all kinds of golf accessories from clubs to golf bags. They let you try out the clubs before buying them. The service is good

This place is THE GOLF STORE in RI. everything you could ever need from clubs, shoes, bags, apparel, and club building supplies. If you consider yourself an avid golfer, you gotta go in and see for yourself. Pretty sure everything on the website is available in store, too, if you like to see before you buy.

As the name states it is golf equipment in a warehouse setting. I have shopped here for years because they have good prices. Also have demo and pre-owned for sale.

I went into Golfers Warehouse on 7/7/20 at around 5:30 PM because I was looking to purchase irons. I had a budget that I was looking to stick to and never have purchased new irons before. I was expecting to be fitted and given recommendations on the clubs that I should buy.However, that is not what I got. The rep, who was a tall guy, just asked what I was looking for. I had an idea but didnt know how I would hit them. He gave me 3 clubs and told me to hit on the simulator. He didnt even set up the simulator to see what distance I was hitting the club. After hitting and telling him which clubs I liked, I overheard him on the phone trying to sell a PING Iron set which of course are more expensive than what I was looking for.The fact that he could not give me the time of day and help me figure out the best item to buy. He only cared about selling the more expensive item. I understand that I had a way smaller budget (350-600) to be exact, however if you did not have enough time to help me, find another rep that does and wants to make a sale. I went to Golf Galaxy the next night and will be purchasing the same exact clubs from them.I have purchased many items including clubs and other items from you guys in the past, however, after that experience, I may start going to Golf Galaxy. NOT HAPPY. I did put a set of irons on hold at your store, you can now take them off hold and find someone else to sell them to.

The store offers state of the art technology and 4 hitting stalls to try out all types of clubs and options.Laid back and helpful is the sense of comfort with no pressure to buy as I tried different clubs to hit.Great way to break up the winter doldrums! Dude this place is so rude i can’t stand it anymore. Everytime i go in there they are condescending. Make sure you don’t go in there trying out different things because they’ll just get annoyed with you. I’ll never give this place my business again. I shouldn’t feel uncomfortable going to spend MY money lol

I have been going to Golfers Warehouse for years. The staff are very helpful and I almost always find exactly what I am looking for in the store. I want to give special praise to one of the workers, Tyler, who recently went above and beyond the call of duty to get me my clubs re-gripped in time to make make my tee time. I gave this place 4 stars because the prices are pretty good,when on sale. One staff member very cocky and unhelpful, just think of how much more people would buy at your store if you were just a bit more polite and not so closed off.

Mike and his staff do a wonderful job.Ordered a Cobra driver that needed to be shortened and re -weighted. They contacted Cobra directly and got it in 2 weeks. Tremendous customer service and they back up any product that might be defective.

Great golf store. They have everything you need and the staff is super knowledgeable.

If I could give it 0 stars I wouldI had an encounter with one guy and he was very rude and dismissed me as soon as possible. He claimed the simulators were for fitting only, and shortly after walking away 3 other customers just walked in an started using the simulator booths. I am an amateur and was profiled by a guy working retail 😂Don’t go here, overpriced and losers who think they are good at golf.

They stand behind what they sell. Their actual return policy, as opposed to the stated limited return policy, is excellent.

Best place by far. I bought my husband a garmin GPS watch and a gift card for Christmas. He wears the watch everyday. He misplaced the gift card so he went in today without a receipt or gift card and the sales associate, Bryan, took the time out of his day to search the system for the transaction, called HQ. did everything in his power to help. Incredible customer service. That is why I will never shop anywhere else for hubby, or myself. Thank you, Bryan. You just ensured a life long loyal customer for your store. I hope HQ reads this . You deserve a promotion and a raise!

Had 4 clubs regripped very reasonable. Need to go back in March to have 4 more clubs done. Around the 18th of March.

I stopped in to look around. I dont golf but wanted to check out the store. the staff were very nice and asked if i needed any help a few different times.

Always go into GW, they always have good things to buy.

Have a full array of golf equipment but everything is really expensive, which is expected in the sport of golf. Have good clearance deals on certain items like hats, balls, and preowned golf clubs. The clubs are more appropriate for intermediate to advanced golfers because of their high retail prices on club sets.

If I could I would give it zero stars, I would. I have walked in to Golfers Warehouse looking to buy a full iron set and a driver. Every time I walk in I can never get any of sales staff attention. I believe the treatment is due to being a younger Latino male. I have watch sales staff purposely avoid me. I ended up buying my golf eauipmequ online. Today I went in to get a iron reshafted. After waiting at the tech area for 20 minutes, making eye contact with staff member, and being ignored, I left. Again I will opt to purchase a new iron online and not spend money at Golfers Warehouse. Aviod it. The customer service is very poor.
