First time ordering and was pleased very friendly good pizza!! Will order again!!

Wings are good.... Takes forever for a delivery and when you call to check on it they say they dont know where it is driver must have it. Been about a hour and a half.... Wheres my food....?

We love this pork-free pizza option! Pizza by the slice was fresh and yummy, plus there’s plenty of single portion drink options if you’re just swinging thru for a quick bite or snack! We’ll definitely be back!

Definitely the worst pizza in the state, looks and tastes like cardboard. Your food will always arrive over an hour late (I live 4 streets away and it takes well over 2 hours to arrive). Plus when I called for a refund on the food that was clearly forgotten and cold, I was swore at and left on hold.

This place used to be my go to for pizza delivery, but apparently can’t make a pizza properly anymore. There are plenty of better options out there, especially if you don’t want to be delivered a box of undercooked goop. After writing them off two years ago for delivering me horrible pizzas a couple of times in a row, I decided to give them a shot.again. They’re zero for two again this time. Time to put this pizza where it belongs, in the trash.

They delivered the food an hour late. When delivering the food it was not hot. Called in and they said the food was fresh and they would have to take the food back if they did anything. Not only was the food not fresh the customer service is horrendous. Do not order from here.

My company orders pizza from this place all the time so i am very shocked at the customer experience i received. i ordered Alfredo pasta that was under cooked the sauce was chunky and gross and there was chunks of garlic in it. overall it was the worst Alfredo Ive ever had. When i called to get a refund i was told i had to bring my already touched and thrown in the trash food back in order to receive a refund. ive never dealt with that anywhere else and when i told them i was at work and couldnt leave he just rudely continued to tell me i couldnt get my refund without digging my food out the trash. That is very unsanitary and puts the employees at risk during these times of COVID. i will be contacting the mayors office to inform them of this restaurants COVID risks and i will no longer be eating here.

Just moved to the area and this is my first time ordering from here. Its exactly what i was looking for. Food is so good and it was here in 30min. My new go-to place for sure!

Funny they want to call me a Karen for calling them out on their B.S. At no point in time did anyone yell at their employees. Again all the call was about was to inquire on the status of delivery and I was met with an attitude and now you want to call me a Karen. I understand you need to defend your employees, but you also need to know when theyve done something wrong and correct the issue not blame the customer.Horrible customer service. Placed an online order at 11:13 est time of delivery was 11:45 I called at 12:05 to be met with an attitude stating for future reference delivery orders take up to 45-50 mins, so if she had any common sense she would have known it was past the dlvry window time. Just ignorant for no reason.

I placed and payed for an order online, fell asleep w/ phone next to me waiting for call… I never got a call, and now business is close and I’m starving lol will be calling in morning for my money back and never ordering from here again.

This place is so bad I walked in and you have a worker eating pizza in front of everyone so unprofessional and then they get my pizza wrong and the guy tells meUghh what you want me to do my lunch at this point is almost over instead of saying I will fix it come by after work I’ll write down your name and we will get it fixed all he says is ok I told him learn how to make pizza right when someone is spending money I want my stuff to be right money doesn’t grow on tree I’m not a rich man I work 80 hours a week for a couple of bucks to make a decent living. I will never step foot or order from this place again.

Best pizza Ive had in Rhode Island and I have tried a lot of places. Thin, crispy, and great sauce.

This place is fantastic! We live a little over 3 miles away and the food gets delivered SO hot that it’s still steaming. Their chicken wings are AMAZING, they’re meaty and crispy and actually filling. This has become our favorite go-to pizza place in our area, especially for those late night cravings. I will say as one area of opportunity that the consistency of the pizza is varying depending on when you order. Weekends seem to be a little on the thinner side for the crust. I worked in food for years so I’m chalking it up to it being the busiest time of their week, but definitely something to improve on. Either way, the food is still delicious so we keep ordering! Highly recommend!

Horrific from start to finish. My pizza was soggy...like microwaved-two-day-leftover-pizza-soggy. Inedible. The french fries were also soggy. The sub (chicken parm) was okay, but they use the cheapest ingredients possible -- you can tell the tomato sauce isnt fresh and bread tasted stale. Normally I give places two tries at least, but not here.

Horrible service the server gave me an attitude and when I asked to speak to a manger or owner they told me no you can’t . Back to Joseph pizza for me and my family .

I usually don’t do this, but after my experience last night and checking my bank account this morning, I feel I should. One thing I can’t lie about the food is amazing. But the service is absolutely horrible. My fiancé had ordered me a grilled chicken ceaser salad, with ranch instead of ceaser. The man on the other end confirmed if it was ceaser and my fiancé confirmed yes. After receiving my order, I had absolutely NO chicken on it. When calling back to get this resolved, we were advised that we didn’t ask for that. Instead of correcting their mistakes, they left it as is. Not only did they not fix their mistake, but they also charged an extra $5 tip without my consent. I was asked to pay $32.14. My bank account states they pulled $37.14, meaning they added an additional $5 tip without my consent or making me aware. I was not asked at the time on the phone to have a tip added. Tips are not required, they are earned based off service and if you asked me, I wouldn’t have tipped at all. We just won’t be ordering from here again. But I just wanted to make the people aware so it doesn’t happen to them.

Honestly the way the girl who answers the phone treated me and spoke to me when I just called is absolutely appalling. I’ve never had anyone talk to me so rudely in my life for just asking where my food was. I am out of the delivery zone so the website made me pay extra to get my food which I had no problem paying, I’ve been waiting here for over an hour, the charge was on my bank account and while I am asking the girl at the front why my order was shown it placed even though she’s saying it’s not I was hung up on . I’m sure this place has good food but I don’t ever recommend ordering from here

Plain RUDE customer service. I called to ask if they would deliver to western Cranston and the girl said no and hung up. If that is not rude I dont know what is...certainly would not go there for anything!

Boulevard used to be one of my fav local spots, but they’re not the same anymore. The pizza has become dry. However, Their salads r good and fresh and the wings are good too. They’re also not as friendly has they used to be.

Pizza seemed rushed. I ordered at 1:15 am and the order was outside by 1:35. I mean fast yeah but let’s talk about quality. Under cooked and cheap with the marinara sauce. Felt like I was eating straight bread with cheese. I was really rooting for this place.

This place has horrible customer service. Every solution I offered was returned with sorry we can’t do that. I got a chicken parm and it was chicken and plain pasta with a layer of cheese. Who doesn’t put sauce on a chicken parm. ridiculous.

The reviews are very surprising. Maybe Im not a picky person but everything was pretty awesome. I dont like spending a lot on food but this place is maybe 500 feet from my house. Ordered a medium buffalo chicken pizza. Had to get one of.the giant pieces of cheesecake when I saw them. Both were awesome the pizza and cheesecake. Only took maybe 15 minutes for my pizza to be done. To the people complaining about hoodlums and their pasta not being right...maybe try ordering a pizza at a PIZZA place. And the restaurant is what, 5 feet from South Providence? Get over it!

Love this pizza place. Pizza is ready within 20 minutes most times. Pizza is saucy and cheesy. Crust is on the crisper side. I also recommend the mozzarella sticks.

Food is pretty good but customer service(woman who answered phone) could use some manners & professionalism. Long story short I was told the correct order would be delivered to me shortly. 40minutes later I decided to go there just to find out the reorder was never made. After a headache and no apology I was issued a refund for item. 🖓

On 01/30/21, I called to place an order, the attendant was not pleasant person over the phone, so i try to finish my order online, and i did, after 15 minutes I arrived to pick up and then the attendant said we justo received your order, 15 more minutes, not happy!

Its the best, my favorite, my go-to. i highly recommend the 4 cheese pizza. never had a proplem. not cheap junk like Dominos

Really great pizza with a really great price. Love that you can go in and buy just one slice. The staff is nice and as many times as I go, never had a bad experience, even when the tiny shop is packed. They are very friendly and professional with just the right amount of humor thrown in... I am definitely going to continue to be a repeat customer here

We’ve been on a search for the best pizza in the Edgewood area for a few years. How could we have missed this gem that’s right around the corner. The pizza has the perfect amount of ingredients with a thin New York style crust that passes the leftover test. Granted we have always ordered it with extra sauce because we like our pizza that way. The dough boys rock too. We will continue to explore their fantastic menu. Haven’t been disappointed yet.

Great food there...kinda hi prices. ..the crust for the pizza is great ..the sauce is good too...doesnt get soggy like a lot of pizza places...I guess the high prices are due to the college. .Johnson and whales across the street from the place. I will recommend this to anyone.

Pizza is cooked to perfection. My kids love their pizza because their crust is not to thick not to thin, just perfect. It taste fresh.

Pizza slices were acceptable, although one was severely burned. When I took it back and said it was not edible, they gave me my money back.

The food is delicious! They use quality ingredients and their customer service is excellent. The house made pepperoni is probably one of the best pepperonis Ive had. I prefer extra sauce on pizza which I had forgotten to mention, however the pizza was still awesome, with or without the extra sauce.

My neighbor told me about Boulevard Pizza when I moved here & I havent gone anywhere else since. I always get take out & the order is always correct and delicious. The delivery staff is always on time & courteous.

Went late night. ordered turkey avocado sub. dry as hell. 3 pieces of turkey and like 4 of the thinnest slices of avocado. friend had pizza slices. looked and tasted like they had been sitting in the tray for hours.

Alright so check it out, I moved basically right next to the place about a year ago. Up until tonight I had never been because it did have some pretty harsh reviews. I have to say, dont believe all of the bad reviews on here.. I grabbed three things, a steak and cheese which was pretty damn good, fries BOMB, and some buffalo wings...although I didnt get any wings and got all legs lol, those were really good too. I never write restaurant reviews on Google, but for all the negative people write on here I felt like giving them some props!

Good pizza and very close to home

I havent ordered from them in a couple years since the ownership changed because the new owner had poor customer service and the food wasnt as good as the previous owner. I tried them again last night and paid $17 for the crustiest large pizza. Definitely not good quality and way over priced. And the customer service was still terrible I wouldnt even give them 1 star.

I was craving a calzone and they made it for me while I waited. Yee-haw, it was good too.

Terrible customer service from the manager greg.Ordered at 7pm. Called at 8 pm. Greg the manager said it was going to be being delivered in one more minute. I asked for compensation on waiting so long for one medium cheese pizza & an app. Greg just stated they were busy and asked if I still want the food or not but he was not going to compensate or apologize. And hung up on me. Never have I encountered such a rude, careless manager. Never ordering from this place again.

Consistently excellent pizza. Lots of variety, and love that that they offer no pork products. The staff is extra friendly and personable. Great for a quick stop for lunch with their convienent location!!

The food is so good but I will say the time u have to wait for your food is ridiculous. I once ordered chicken wings and fries and it took about an hour for them to complete but when I order online it takes half the amount of time.

Went into the restaurant and was the only one there, yet it was nearly a 45 minute wait for 15 chicken wings with 3 staff members working. On the way out, I made sure to thank the guy for making me wait so long and he yelled at me to never come back, which wont be an issue because the staff is rude, on their phones and slower than any pizza place I have ever seen before. Seriously, I could have made a 4 course meal in the time it took them to make 15 chicken wings with no other customers. Dont ever visit this place unless you are willing to spend so much time sitting around waiting. If zero stars was an option thats what I would give them

When we walked in they were relaxing due to lack of customers but as soon as we came through the door the workers jumped to their feet, the girl working as cashier was really really nice and helped us order. The Red Sox panini was delicious and the food was brought right to us at our table and the chef made sure we had everything we needed. I dont live around here but Id absolutely come for more if I visit Providence again. Thank you!

April 2018 Horrible customer service and that doesnt mix well with serving food, people eat. How am I suppose to trust to eat the food when you served me with such negative manners. They are rude and ignorant. It gotten worse and worse. The first few times, I let it go maybe they were having a bad day, or maybe they were busier than usual. The last two times I ordered a chicken ceasar salad. In the first event they took over an hour to deliver, the guy said it was his first day on the job. I tipped him $2 and wished him a good day. The second time I get a salad with no chicken, now this time I had already tipped $3. I called back so they could correct the mistake and they had me on a 5 minute hold. They proceeded with telling me that they can send a new order or simple give me 10% off on my next purchase, like what! I said, I would like a new order wirh chicken. The lady said, send the other salad back. I was like, okay. They guy gets here again an hour later. Now let me just say I am a breast feeding mom and I really dont have time nor energy to spare, I also need my protein, thats why I placed my specific order. When I got the new order, can you believe they only sent chicken!!! I am all set!

First off, I want I say Ive ordered from Boulevard many times in the past- I really like their pizza and have never had any issues. Until tonight. My friends and I ordered a pizza and some jalapeño poppers. When we picked up and brought them back to the house we realized that they had accidentally given us curly fries instead. No big deal, I called and they said we could come pick up the jalapeño poppers or they could send a delivery guy. Just what Id expect.Then the woman, who referred to herself as the manager, said we would need to return the curly fries. I, like everyone I think, has occasionally had this kind of mistake happen in the past and i have NEVER had someone insist on having the food returned to them first (why would they- they cant resell it!) We were super hungry when the food arrived and just started in on the fries (our friend was on her way and we wanted to wait on her for the pizza). The woman I spoke to insisted that this was a firm policy and the only options were to pay for the fries, or get a partial refund for the difference between the poppers and the fries- even though she acknowledged it was their mistake and that the fries, once returned, would just go in the trash. She also strangely implied that we were trying to scam them by not returning the fries (not sure how that logic makes sense when they were the ones who mixed up the order?) Typically when this has happened in the past businesses have either let me keep the mistaken order as a gesture of good will and are very apologetic and let me keep the mistaken order as a gesture of good will. That apparently is not Boulevard Pizzas policy. Also, Im worried that even though the manger insisted that the fries would be going in the trash that they are going to try to resell them- otherwise why did it matter so much to them to get the fries back?I want to emphasize that I usually love this place, and have never had an issue like this before, but mistakes happen everywhere regardless of good intentions. The mark of a good business is how they handle these mistakes when they occur. On this measure, boulevard pizza has failed. Ill be looking for my next slice elsewhere and recommend others do the same.

Great service and quality would go there again and again

I work in the city, and wanted to venture out for lunch. I use to go here when I was a student at JWU and it was always great. Recently ordered take out and found myself very disappointed. The bread on my sub was hard and chewy, and the fries were cold and mushy. Regretting ordering out immediately. Such a shame.

Super basic, pizza is ok. Stay away from the Italian grinder unless you enjoy ham and Bologna passed off as an Italian. P.S. it was terrible

Called for a delivery, which I leave literally 3 min away, hour later I call and it hasnt left the rest. I go pick it up and doesnt even bother offering discount or anything for the inconvenience. Customer service is bad. The owner or manager was there and didnt even bother asking why his employee was apologizing to me for. The pizza was cold and all.

Absolute garbage. Placed my order over the phone. 20 min, sure. I order a chicken salad sandwich (pre made) takes me at least 20 to arrive still had to wait, the untrianed kitchen crew doesnt start the order until i get there so a 40 min wait for a 9.75$ pre made chicken salad sandwich with fries....horrible kitchen staff. Just a waste of time and money.

Ever since I was a little kid Blvd Pizza was the best, until recently. Id say in the last 2 years Ive experienced poor quilty in food and customer service in ways of undercooked food and lack of flavor.
