They were so friendly and helpful. I went to just look at recliners and ended up getting a recliner, couch and bed frame. I needed all of these anyway but planned on spacing it our due to price. Youre definitely paying for quality here. Evan helped us and was knowledgeable about what he was selling and even was cracking jokes with us by the end of it. I will definitely recommend Caldwells to anyone looking!

Good store, but employees steel information then Facebook message your wife seeing if they want to cheat on their spouses.. well one individual in particular… then when confronted blame it on being drunk… so I’d suggest don’t use their delivery system unless you want your rude and disrespectful messages

Friendly, knowledgeable staff with exceptional, quality furniture without the big mark-up pricing! The delivery guy even beat me home to deliver my daughters new mattress and boxsprings! Shout out to Stevie! He was such a respectful, genuinely nice guy! They gained a loyal customer today!

They were not friendly at all. I walked in and there was a lady on the computer and she just looked at me. No Hi, will be with you in a moment or nothing. I waited for 7 minutes for someone to acknowledge me. They dont even sell college fridges. Had to take my business elsewhere. I looked at other appliances and WOW you talk about Expensive!

Staff was very nice, well informed and great value on reasonable prices. We went in at closing time and refrigerator was delivered first thing the next morning. All other stores told us it would be in October or November. Awesome store 👍
