My experience was so amazing. The gentleman who helped me was so amazing!! They offered alot of information, friendly, knowledgeable, clean environment. I will only do my car needs through them.

Frustrating… I ordered part for a customers vehicle from Autozone on Saturday. I Was told it needed to be ordered and would be here Tuesday afternoon and I agreed.I then Went to autozone twice on Tuesday and was told the part hadn’t arrived and wasn’t sure why.I called on Wednesday morning and the part had still not arrived. The counter person then caled “Columbus Ohio and said they have it and would ship it so I could have it Friday at noon. I Called Friday and was informed it’s not there and order has been canceled for unknown reason in the system. This is a problem with Autozone not so much the Crawfordsville store but they are Autozone. I wasted 6 days of my customers time and only found out this information because I called the store. Very frustrating which is while my business will continue to use Napa. Unacceptable business practices from Autozone.

Employee replaced my wiper blades for me. I was so appreciative because passenger side wiper was torn and I was afraid it would scratch my windshield! Of course it was raining! Thank you Autozone!

There again, exceptional help and personalities plus every one ther is very well trained in the field of car n truck parts. Prices are reasonable and the sales and offers with rewards are excellent!

Absolutely wonderful service and assistance. Traveling from VA to CA we experienced a battery issue. Curtis was able to assistance in determining what the issue was and helped replace the part. Would definitely recommend this AutoZone!

Customer service was pretty lame, sales associate was short and kinda rude in his replies. Still I got the help I needed and he got me the right parts.

I visited the Crawfordsville, IN location to make a purchase, and the several employees present were not wearing masks. Each employee had a mask dangling around his neck, but none were wearing them properly. When I approached the cashier to make my purchase, I asked that employee to please put his mask on, and he did. But I will not be visiting this location in the future. Thank you.

This is usually my Number 1 place to go for car parts. The prices are good, the staff is helpful, and they usually have comparable quality parts. Their app and website also make it extremely easy to find what you need.

Go to place alot for my car needs plus I have the best aunt that is amazing and knows just about anything bout cars alls i have to do is ask her. The rest of the guys are good as well. We enjoy them they r very helpful

Fairly knowledgeable staff help you find the parts you need. They will help you find the parts on the shelf at request. Pricing is typically fair. It helps if you know what you asking for.

From the benevolence of the gainfully employed, to the exquisite placement of automotive parts and accesories for your everyday moto-trendy needs. Five stars isnt nearly as high brow as this store is and serves nary a justice for the staff and quality of parts that are sold within this holy grail of automotive excellence. Twelve out of five stars are befitting an establishment of such purported quality.

Some fairly knowledgeable staff lots of common parts on hand, if they dont have what youre after they can usually have it next day by noon or 2 pm

James B, a manager at this store, replied to my mothers comment about her husband ordering a part by saying Your husband? Do you know how many times Ive heard your husband? Very rude and demeaning to my mother and I. Will not be back.

They put my battery in my car in the rain at night I was happy
