If there was a way to refer across the board great, absolutely the best cellular customer service it would be to Danielle at this location

Danielle was working with me and I was amazed at the customer service I received. Ive had nothing but a hard time with any cell service and she made me feel comfortable and listened to and I couldnt say anything but positive comments about the experience! Thank you for making this an easy and hassle free experience!

I was having issues with my phone so i stopped in to this location for help. To my surprise i was greeted by Danielle whom i found out was the manager. She was so sweet and patient. She helped me understand my phone and taught me how to fully use my phone . I defentlty recommend this location

Danielle was SO HELPFUL!!!! Went to the cricket in shorewood where I was turned away when I DESPERATELY needed help with my phone. I called this location and she was able to help me immediately! Quick service and all!!!

I went in to get a new phone for my daughter. Whenever I get a phone, I always buy a case and screen protector. Maria, the store rep was having trouble with a bundle offer in the store where you can get a case and screen protector for $30.00. She had to reach out to a remote manager to get an override. Initially the remote manager would not authorize it but Maria kept reasoning with them to make sure we got the promotion as advertised.I have been with Cricket with a family plan for three years now and we have always had good people helping us in this store location. However, Maria was not only polite and attentive, but she really went the extra step to make sure we were given what was advertised in the store.Thank You!!

Went to get a new phone today and Maria was very helpful not only with me but with other customer! Came out of the store very happy thanks to her!

Went in to this store to get a case for a phone I bought at another cricket store. The young women told me I needed the case plus a screen protector since the case didnt come with one ..i bought both and went out to my car to put on the case and realized that a screen protector was included in the box with the case..2 minutes later I went back into the store with the receipt to return the $20 screen protector and the woman told me thay dont do returns and there is nothing she can do about it.the staff have no clue on the products Thay sell and have horrible customer service. Ive been a customer with cricket for 8 years and would not be returning to this store or recommend them at all

“I went to this location to purchase a new phone. After I paid for my phone, the person working didn’t know how to transfer my pictures and told me I would have to go to another cricket location to have them do it. Why aren’t all employees trained the same? Shouldn’t all sales associates know how to transfer things from 1 phone to another?”

The manager was very proficient with product and phone operations and fixedu problem which afforded me the money for a new case and screen Protector included

Well we have Cricket tried other ones and the signal is very bad the connections came back to Cricket and then tried another one thinking it would be better and it was the same you go camping and no T-Mobile no AT&T works but Cricket does work and its a good deal for phones for $100

These guys are horrible, first they put my wife on a plan she didnt want, went in this week to find out why. Door was locked and store closed in the middle of the afternoon.
