Good service good price and great people

I brought in a year old laptop for a screen replacement and pricing was reasonable and it was local.I picked up my laptop today and they installed the wrong screen. Instead of the glossy screen, they installed a matte finished screen which only leads me to believe that they did not remove the screen first to order the right replacement part. Instead they winged it and probably bought whatever was the cheapest option for them to maximize their profits on the repair.Having the wrong screen installed was bad enough, but the bezel surrounding the screen was damaged from them probably using the wrong tools to remove the bezel to get to the screen, and also there are surface scratches all over the bezel now and every other surface besides the keys themselve. It almost looks like they cleaned it with a brillo pad.I should have just changed it out myself...The inside of shop looks like a thrift store too and this made me leary about the service I was going to receive right from the start of this repair process.To remedy the wrong screen installed on a $1000 laptop they discounted the order by only $25. They also denied that they scratched up the entire computer and pretty called me a liar to my face. I know damn well that computer wasnt scratched up before I brought it in. I take care of my computers, and like I said, its not even a year old.The customer is always right doesnt apply at this shop, and you pay for what you get I guess!I learned my lesson about doing business with these guys, and take it from me....stay away and find someone that will backup the quality of their work.110% dissatisfied customer!
