The store is across the street from Lake Gregory. It is clean, a really nice grocery market which includes a variety of items to shop for. They have delicious chocolates to choose (Sees candy style), an ice cream/soda shop too. If you like craft beers, they have an impressive selection. Meat dept was impressive, that included an awesome section of Dry Aged beef steaks 😋. There a deli shop too, if youre hungry and dont want fastfood. Its a good store for the neighborhood and tourist too, if you forgot something or rather grab fresh meat for your campsite. I forgot my charging cable and found one there by the checkout stands as you walk out after paying area, not over priced too. 🙂

Great community grocer. It has everything you could want from regular groceries to a coffee shop to a bakery and deli... PLUS in the middle of the store is an vintage style malt shoppe. With ice cream, gourmet candy, home made fudge in a wide variety of flavors, (both the candy and the fudge have sugar free options too!!!)... plus you can get an old fashion shake or malt. Its delicious!

Outstanding grocery.. foodie store...clean.. organized and the prices were very fair. Based on the great food they sell. They should have indoor seating. Lots of people enjoying all they sell.

Food is great. Affordable. However, Goodwins Market will not return gift items: pillows, kitchen accessories, towels, decoration items. I bought some beautiful cloth napkins. Ended up being the wrong color. They would not take them back. So, beware. Ask before you buy!

Ever since the make over this place has improve in class and quality. Professional service and some neat amenities like a soda counter add to the character. Its the only place in town really for big shopping so complaining wont help anyone... Not that I have any. Great place.

This place was TOO cool. Its like a Target and a grocery store and a souvenir shop and an Old Fashioned Type Soda Fountain all mixed into one. We came up to get supplies for our camping trip at Silverwood Lake and the people and area were so nice and we were so miserable where we were that we left early and booked a cabin to go back soon. Thanks guys. I am actually from a tourist destination town in the mountains and this place made me feel welcomed like I always tried to be to those who visited and support these kind of businesses in these little towns.

We went into the wonderful mountain grocery store for Crestline to get some luch at their deli, we picked up two Gobbler fresh made sandwiches and a lb. Of their potato salad. They have friendly, great service and the sandwiches were so delicious! Potato salad was too!

In 1964, my family and I lived in Crestline. We shopped at Goodwins Market at least once a week. My brother was a box boy at the market; he worked after school and on weekends. Every Saturday my dad took me to Goodwins bakery counter for a Bear Claw pastry. Delighted to know the market is still going strong.

The best grocery store around bar none. Unbelievable selection. Better than any urban grocery store.

Very nice market with lots of local history. Has an old fashioned soda fountain right in the middle of the store, with antiques for decor. We bought an assortment of sugar free chocolates and they were awesome!I only marked it down a star because the prices were high.Anyone visiting Crestline should stop here.

Alright that was the last time for me! I don’t know what happened to customer service at this store? When the father was there everybody treated u very well service was great and I was happy to pay more than any other store to support the local economy, but those days are gone!!! Nobody seems to want to b there anymore, nobody smiles at u or even says hello, if u ask for help they look at you like you are interrupting them and the conversation they are having with three other employees, and don’t get me started on the deli they all look at you but nobody wants to help you so they turn away no greeting no “I’ll be with you in a minute” nothing crickets I stood there for 8 minutes today 8 people working not one person helping anyone, SAD! At least at staters u don’t get treated like that

Awesome grocery store! I was so pleasantly surprised I had to write a review. Im gluten free and not because its cool or hip but because I HAVE to and I hate it. The options for bread, cakes, muffins are often depressing and taste like newspaper. Not at Goodwins! There is some angel in the back baking muffins and loaves so good, I would never know they were gf. Whoever you are, God bless you, you made my weekend! Great selection on other stuff too

Before Goodwin and sons, it was just plain old goodwins, I havent been to crestline in 8 years, but I know things changed a lot, I like the new redecorations but alas Visiting standards aside when I did live in the area it was pretty expensive. And STILL is expensive. But I will always love the small shops and food and especially lake Gregory.

I love this hometown grocery store near my home. It is a great place to get a quick gallon of milk, a last minute gift, or specialty sandwich.

I really love Goodwins Organic Food and Drink in Riverside, California. They have a nice small, fresh cooked, cafe of hot entrees and sandwiches or wraps all organic. A little outdoor patio to casually consume your eats and drinks and then back inside to shop the best in organic food. The atmosphere is upscale, in architecture and design, yet they accommodate the local University of California at Riverside population and accept EBT and CalFresh for payment. Besides the cafe there used to be a Barista and tea shop but it was closed the last time I was there in January. Good selection of natural healthcare products and during the pandemic they have added emergency type of provisions. Delivery is available for a 5 mile radius. Check it out!

This is a very large well stocked market. They have a wide variety of choices that you may not find in other markets. They feature an extensive liquor department. Lots of craft beers are offered. Also surprised to find a soda fountain and full service gourmet candy counter. The bakery and deli are impressive as well.

Kinda pricey but the best meat and deli ever.

They have the best candy around. You want a frozen banana this is the place to go. Light or dark chocolates, you decided. Both are great.

This store has it all! From it’s fresh vegetables and fruits to meat selection! Soda Fountain, Bakery, Candy and did I mention the wine and beer assortment? They know how to treat their customers very well!I’ve had one home delivery that I was very pleased with!

The only grocery store in Crestline, my childhood home. I recently found out that Mr. Goodwin passed away. It used to just be Goodwins Grocery when i was a kid. Theyve put the old fudge/chocolate shop from the old Oak Trunk shop (that sadly closed) which is amazing (it was also owned by the Goodwins) ....I love the addition of the giant fishtanks of fish local to the San Bernadino mountains. Lots of it is still the same but theyve definitely made a lot of improvement since i left home in 2008.

Very nice store alot of different foods they have a milk shake bar n coffee ☕ and also a juice bar fresh juices yummy

What a lovely store... It was my birthday and so finding their wonderful chocolate shop surprised/delighted me. The chocolate was stellar. We got truffles and fudge, yum!!!

Ok this place is really nice and if u go to Lake Gregory area u just have to go in and try out the soda shope and get a piece of fudge too. This store is pretty big with nice people everywhere. The store manager was really nice tooChatted with him on the way out. Go say hi and tell him I told u to go check it out lol 😆

Expensive (though understandably so given the location up in the mountains). When we were there, it was crowded and a bit understaffed, but overall an impressive store with a large selection of foods and sundries.

The girl that collects the orders for pick up or delivery had her mask off her nose while handling all the goods that are going out to customers. I would assume most people order pick ups because they have a great concern for covid. Otherwise great and clean store, all the other employees were covered properly.

Beautiful country market with homestyle hot foods in the deli, an old fashioned candy shop, gifts, wonderful produce and meats. We drive up often from the high desert to get a hot lunch and enjoy the beautiful scenery and charming town.

My number one grocery store! They have everything. Living on the mountain Goodwin & sons is our local grocery store. The staff is friendly, courteous and seem to really care about their customers. Terrific aged beef, yummy baked goods, and to top it all off a soda/ ice cream/ old fashioned candy bar in the center!! If your up in the Crestline area definately stop in there....you wont regret it!!

Overall they have great selection on all sorts of items. They have a Eli, they have a fruit press, fresh acai bowls, milshakes, crepes,chocolates, within the grocery store. One of the best grocery stores Ive ever been to. No lie! Has all the needs you need for your trip, we picked up Snacks, fireworks, medicine, strawberry milkshake, and a strawberry, banana crepe. Yummy!!

This market is great please visit it has everything you need is not that expensive same as a regular market down in the city and this actually One stop shop fishing gear beers all kinds alcohol all kind food chips all kinds of meats seafood great produce and if you have a sweet tooth they have candies all kinds star chocolates make cakes youre celebrating anybodys birthday and they have a deli Im saying it has everything cant wait to go back next time on my vacation

Love their selection. They are a true general store. From Keto to vegan diets they have solid options. Various meat cuts as well as seafood option from the deli.They offer ready made meals, also they smoke their own meat in the parking lot, so you can smell the goodness as you park and walk in.With an good variety of wines and craft beer, to rival any small liquor store.They also stock home goods, craft supplies and apparel.

A store thats lightly cleaner than Food4Less with Vons prices....but the meat department staff are on point and never disappoint.

Unfortunately, I have to give this store just 2 stars because of their recklessness with masks. Some of their own store members dont wear masks nor do they enforce it. Covid-19 is not a joke, wear the mask, enforce it across the store and dont be reckless

Wonderful service helpful staff and got a great selection of craft sodas along with some delicious ice cream.

Quick to expire milk, produce is always about to if not already rotting, meats are are sub prime and you have to take them out of the red LED lights over the meat case.They overcharge for deli sandwiches, asking $25 for 1 sandwich.There are flies in their deli case.They do not limit the amount of customers in their store and are fine with not following CDC, Federal or state mandated guidelines.Jensens and Stater Brothers are worth the drive.

This would be a great store if they were enforcing masks. As it currently stands, it’s just not a safe place to shop during a pandemic. Mixed bag of employees. Some are awesome & helpful. I recommend getting groceries delivered.

Great store, lots of different stuff you wouldnt find elsewhere. They have delicious gluten free baked goods, and a fun variety of specialty sodas. Really great parking for the area, super accessible. My one and only complaint is that they are expensive. Not outlandishly so, but a little eyebrow raising. Like, I know this bottle of rootbeer should not cost $2.50. However, this is right on the lake so you are paying a tourist markup.

Great place to shop! Friendly staff and has a soda shop, coffee bar and sandwich shop, also a small bit of homegoods and games for the kids. Not overly expensive given it doesnt have competition in the immediate area. Very personal small town store feel and has everything one would need.

I love this store I was in town for a couple of days and everything I needed was here.I even wanted candy apples 🍏 but they were all sold out and come to my surprise the nice lady’s here offered to make me a custom order Which was fulfilled in about 2 hrs so I was super excited to come back I definitely recommend the candy apples they are fresh & juicy.Very excellent service!

Store feels similar to a Whole Foods market but dont expect a similar restroom. The facilities are simply a Porta Potty in the parking lot without even a wash station.

The prices are quite high. They have great meat and a nice selection of gluten free items. The produce is old and very limited. Beware of the candy service in the center of the store. One of the servers was not waring a mask while getting candy for customers.

Goodwins is a good store when you need something fast. Except in the summer when there is all sorts of tourist. Clean store with a wide variety of organic products.

What a hidden gem in the mountains. Like old 50 style soda bars, put a few extra minutes aside.

This is our must go to when we come up to the cabin for the weekend. It has a lot of fun things.
