Really nice people they had exactly what I needed. A simple screw to fasten down my ham radio mount. Then we stayed at the stockade and ate dinner.

This place is a life saver. They have EVERYTHING! I needed a replacement glass chimney for our oil lamp. Someone broke it. They had the exact size and shape we needed. Been going there for 38 years, if I remember correctly.

There is always an employee waiting when you walk in to greet you and help you find what you need.

Cute little hardware store. Easier to navigate than the one in Rimforest and might have a slightly larger selection. Had to return some items and it was hassle free.Edit: I changed it from 4 to 5 stars because while they cant possibly have the selection of one of the big chain stores like home depot its a nice hardware store to shop in if youre looking to pick up something pretty basic. Very friendly employees.

These guys have everything. I love the hardware section. If theres a fastener you cant find here,its because it hasnt been made yet.I appreciate the fact theyre trying to keep the radio shack somewhat stocked also. Its a lifesaver.

My local and go to hardware store! I love this place, staff is freindly, they have just about ANYTHING you might need. Doesnt look that big from the street but its deceptive....the place seems to go on and on with wonder stuff!

Small store, big inventory. The only place in town for most needs around the home. If you dont see it displayed, ask, it is probably in the back room or up stairs.

Its my go to place for the hardware I need for my workshop projects. I can pop over and find electrical parts, nuts and bolts, and paint to finish up the job. Friendly staff and great hours.

Went early to Ace for a second can of WoodRoyal ultra white tint base to complete my deck trim. A boy named Jared approached me asking if I had found what I needed. I showed him a phone shot of my teal and white can of paint. He proceeded to take a brown can which had no such color detail on the label, add some more white to it and set it to mix. Concerned, I told him that nothing had been added to my base last week. He became very irate and told me that was what was needed, and that he was the paint person for the store and knew what he was doing. I said that, since he was the paint person, he knew that there were many different kinds of white. He emphatically asserted that there was only one kind of white! I said to go ahead and give me the white and that if it did not match I would be back. Jared needs to do a bit of research on the over 490 types of white paint that exist. ...and research customer interaction skills,. Most folks at this store are very pleasant and helpful. One bad apple....

The vibe in this store seems kind of unwelcoming. Staff didnt have a clue what a 9v charger is and made me feel uncomfortable for looking around to find what i came to buy. I wouldnt come back to this location if there was another local option.

I’ve never been here and had a bad experience! The staff is helpful and friendly, the products are good quality and priced fairly and the paint guys, absolutely the best! I have had products recommended that I now use exclusively, I’ve been taught little handy techniques to finish a project, and I’ve been pleasantly surprised with the selection available when I’m looking for things. I genuinely LOVE this store! It’s 100% awesome!

This Ace Hardware location is the best Ive ever been in! I used to love going to Home Depot down the hill, but since moving up here, I dont miss that chain anymore. This wonderful, small town hardware store has everything you need and then some! To explore and get to know what all the store provides would take you several days! Great down-to-earth, friendly, helpful staff! Heck, you can even get your fishing permits here. I love this shop!I just want to add that an employee there, a young guy between about 25 and 30 yrs. old named Mike seems to be the most helpful, knowledgable and able asset this store has. This guy gave me advice today regarding gas lines for my dryer that probably saved my life and the lives of my neighbors! What more could you ask for?If youre fixing, upgrading or replacing any hardware related item in your home - come to this Ace hardware store first! Theyll set you straight with the right item. Even if they dont carry something you need, like roof shingles - theyre not afraid to tell you where you can find them.Conveniently located next to the Post Office, just park and walk and explore this wonderful store! Four paws up!(Add-on) : Oddly enough, this stores website says that it is open Mon-Fri til 7:00 P.M. but on Friday, Jan. 03, 2020, for no apparent reason, it closed at 5:00 P.M. - which was a horrible inconvenience!

Not bad for a small town: great supply of a wide range of items. Pricey, though: they make you pay the 5000 feet climb those items have to make from the valley.

A good store with a large selection for its size and location. Prices are a little high, in my opinion. But they have a monopoly on the location on the mountain.Staff seems friendly and knowledgeable. But I have not spent much money there.They just did some remodeling and the exterior is quaint and looks good.New sign with old fishing tackle logo is cool.They have a large lawn and garden center across the street.Overral, lucky to have them here.

Love this place .. they do requests for plants (which I love because we like to plant small trees so they have strong root systems). We showed up yesterday really needing a custom color match to patch a hole in the wall and the guy matched it perfectly! Usually most places are a shade off... but not this one... you cannot even tell the difference.

This place is a blessing for the local community, they are open 7 days a week - till 7 Monday to Saturday and 6 on Sunday. In this small store they keep almost everything you could need to make most home repairs and in many cases things that you cannot find at the big warehouse stores. Very convenient and saves the long drive to San Bernardino. Friendly knowledgeable staff and competitive prices.

I love this store!!!!! I have always enjoyed going to the hardware store on a Saturday morning since I was a little boy with my Dad.... I’m now 65....I get that same feeling when I walk into Lake Drive or its Garden Center... AND ITS AN ACE HARDWARE!!!!!! What more could you ask for!!!?

This place is great when you need something. The prices are a bit higher, but they have a good selection. You do have to ask around to find what you need, since it tends to be crowded.

I gave this place (ACE) two chances to provideg service. Not only do the tell you over the phone they have what you need, then get there and they claim didnt say they had what you just called on was in stock. BUT if you do complain, they will decline you card. Yep, card worked at ATM and Goodwins right after ACE hardware. Reported to FEDs.
