I had been looking for a local place to buy parts, get supplies and service. The staff is friendly and upfront about pricing. I have had a few things serviced their and the labor rate is cheaper than the dealer down in Ft Walton. Service was done when they said it would be and my 4 wheeler ran like a top after the service. They have many everyday items in stock and when you do need to order something they can usually get parts the next day if ordered by 2pm I believe. If you need an OEM part it takes a little longer but they give you a good estimate on when your order will arrive. If you need Race gas they have you covered there too! Before you drive somewhere else you should give them a try as I dont think you will be disappointed. Thanks Crestview Motorsports, you have made me one happy customer!
They claimed to have cleaned out the tank to my husbands motorcycle. His bike broke down and my husband took it back to Crestview Motorsports. They told him to just ride it more. They charged around $500 to do NOTHING. We took the bike to the dealership in Ft. Walton and then had a family issue come up and had to go out of town (he tried to call them again before taking it to the dealership and got no answer). When I called yesterday, I had asked about a refund and since he treated the tank, I asked him if he had cleaned the tank like he said he did and to clarify I specifically asked if he could tell that the tank had been rusted. He told me yes if they had cleaned the tank then they could tell. He had admitted to cleaning the tank, but did not tell my husband about any rust. This man began escalating the situation and yelling at me on the phone. I cannot wait for the Yamaha dealership/shop to open up here in Crestview. This place doesnt deserve the one star that I gave it. This place is awful and the customer service is even worse than their work. The owner/manager began to tell me that I didnt know what I was talking about. I offered to bring in the receipt from the shop in Ft. Walton. I will never go back to Crestview Motorsports. My business, my husbands business, and our friends business will be going elsewhere!
CONSUMER BEWARE! I would highly recommend against using this shop. Took my ATV here and a month later STILL zero repairs completed. After waiting I decided to pickup my ATV only to learn the owner performed repairs that I didnt authorize. Became very irrate when I cancelled the repairs from yelling, swearing, and calling me a liar. Currently taking the shop and the owner to court! DONT DO BUSINESS HERE!
Paid a thousand between parts and labor to fix the charging system...bike was running fine before I dropped it off....now it still isnt charging and it wont even stay running. I honestly feel like I was held up and robbed.Go somewhere else.
Wishing I could give this company no stars. Terrible business practices. was charged $500 for parts that were never received and so I asked them not to do anything to my ATV and I wanted my money back. Nope they instead said the $500 is now for labor. They didnt even fix the issue, so labor for what exactly??? SCAMMERS horrible people! DONT DO BUSINESS HERE!
It is such a relief to know there are still good, honest, hard working people left in the world like the ones at Crestview Motorsports. Within the last month the team has worked on my ATV and jet skis and both were back in less than 2 weeks. Alan tells it like it is and doesnt try to blow smoke up you. They truly do go above and beyond to make sure youre happy and that everything is working properly. I was quite nervous about owning power sports gear because it is so hard to find honest people to work on them. I previously got my stuff serviced at a dealership in Pensacola but the wait time for them was horrible. Crestview Motorsports is up front with you about how long it will take and try to work in your timelines if you need it sooner. If you need a jet ski, ATV, or motorcycle worked on, take it to Crestview Motorsports!

The owner came to pick up my neighbors ATV. He is an elderly disabled vet. In transport, the top and windshield of the ATV blew off and were destroyed (no good explanation was given; he claims he didnt even know it happened). He called and told my neighbor it was not his responsibility and he would not pay for the damages. He then refused to return his phone calls for weeks on end. He is still in possession of his ATV and has not performed ANY repairs, even those covered under warranty that he was contracted to address by the manufacturer. He states he has been waiting for a part for almost 2 months. My neighbor asked my father to call on his behalf to try to straighten things out. The owner shouted him down, told him to get lost, said go ahead, sue me, Ill see you in court, and then hung up the phone.

My motorcycle had been sitting for too long and I needed a carb rebuild. I stopped into the shop and was told by one of the owners that they could pick it up from my house and take it to the shop at no charge since I lived pretty close. The scheduled pick-up time came and went. After multiple phone calls over several days, the bike was finally picked up a week late. That should have clued me in to how the rest of this experience was going to go. After a week and a half with no contact I called to get an update on the bike. They were surprised that no one had called and told me that the parts had already been ordered so hopefully I was ok with the price and everything they were doing. I agreed, knowing before hand what was going to need worked on and an average price, it wasnt too much different from what I expected. They said they would have it done by the end of the week. The end of the week arrives and I call to find out the status. They say it is not finished, but parts have not arrived yet and it should be done by the end of next week. End of week 3, I call to get a status on the bike. They say they are conveniently opening the parts as we speak on the phone... The owner gets upset when I mention they have had the bike for 3 weeks for a carb rebuild (booked at 4 hours) and starts to get mad at me, blaming me for leaving gas in the tank for too long, which is what he is getting paid to fix in the first place so Im not too sure why that upset him. The end of the following week, keep in mind I hear nothing from them and have to constantly call when they tell me it will be done to find out it still isnt, they tell me more parts are on order and that his mechanic is out sick so no one has been able to work on it. It was surprising to find out that there is only one mechanic in the shop. They tell me that the parts are coming from California, supposedly to buy more time for why the bike still is not finished. They say it should be done the end of next week. End of week 5. Parts are in, only mechanic is finally back to work, should be done next week. They call me on Wednesday of week 6 to tell me my bike is finished. Since I did not plan my life around a month and a half carb rebuild, I told them I would be unable to pick the bike up until friday. I was informed that if I did not get it before the weekend that I would be charged. Having the bike for 6 weeks wasnt an issue, but having the bike there those last few weekend days was going to really take up too much space...ridiculous. When I arrived to pay I was informed that their earlier promise of not charging to pick up the bike was a lie. I asked to speak to the person who told me this and he said it wouldnt matter since he never does that and he doubts that she really told me it. Throughout the whole process I was belittled, ridiculed, and lied to. I have no idea how a company such as this can continue to operate with such poor practices. AVOID AT ALL COSTS and save yourself a headache and a month and a half of time by giving someone deserving and respectful your business.
