I am so pleased with the mounting job that Chris did over our fireplace! We knew it would be a tough job and he did not sugar coat the process. Fixed the internet inside my house. Needed a new wire from the box outside to the modem. Fixed and explained everything and got all my devices up and running. I have better internet service now than I ever had in Holt before. Highly recommend. (he also showed up when he said he would )

Chris did an outstanding job on mounting a 65 TV to the wall at our condo in Ft Walton Beach, FL. He was very thorough and explained all of our options. I was amazed at how neat and tidy they were - they placed all of their equipment on a blanket and had their own shop vac to clean up after drilling. The finished work looked so good. I just had a large TV mounted to the wall in my office. It was tricky because the metal studs were not 16 inches on center. However Chris from CTech did a great job installing my articulating mount that allows me to swivel, tilt and bring it forward so everyone can see comfortably. It has two handles on the back that allow me to adjust the tilt which is very helpful. I dont have to worry about the TV falling off the wall because he was able to show me that he could pick himself off the floor when he held on to the mount and pulled himself up. I wont be doing any pull ups myself but it was great to feel secure that it wont fall off the wall. The actual mount is very solid and much better than the cheap ones you buy on Amazon. It is better to feel safe and secure when you tilt or swing the mount out and not have to worry if it will fall. Chris was on time and did a great job installing and cleaning up any mess he made. I would highly recommend his services if you want it done right and want a warranted job. He guarantees his work.

Had made an appointment to install an 85 tv and when they got here, we all made the decision it was to much tv for the wall. Did have them unbox an install feet. Had them back out to Defuniak Springs to hang a 55 with a sound bar. Hung it, set it all up and turned us loose with it. Top notch job and top notch people.

Chris came to our home in Navarre, FL and hung our flat screen TV on the bedroom wall AFTER climbing through the narrow attic to retrieve the tv coax cable. We just moved to Crestview in the summer and needed to get our tv mounted. We are very happy with the work CTech did to mount our 65 in Samsung tv. They showed up on time, cleaned as they went, were helpful in showing us everything and professional and polite the whole time. The finished job looks great and we are excited to have friends over to show off.

My wife and I have been 110% satisfied with the excellent work provided by CTech. I needed my 60in tv, Xbox and Apple TV mounted above my fireplace and wanted it done right. Chris and Chuck drove out to my home in Milton by 8am and immediately got to work. They were very courteous and even wore shoe covers in the house. CTech went out of their way to help us take care of some technical problems at our rental unit. Christopher was professional, courteous and quick to handle the issue, and rather than allowing us to call a third party in to handle delivery of the item we needed, he offered to go to the trouble of picking up the item and even fixed an additional unrelated problem our renters were having. Chris was the man, I called him to come out and fix Geek Squads install cotastrophe. I had Geek Squad install my whole entertainment system(over $10k). Ever since Geek Squad installed my system they have been out to troubleshoot and fix my system over 9 times. I don’t believe they are qualified. I had enough and called Chris from CTech, never heard of it so I said let’s give it a shot. He was quick to respond, very polite and I knew I called the right guy when he showed up with his shoes cover booties so he didn’t me. He fixed my system in less than a hour. No issues since. I will always use him in any electronic job. Highly recommend

I bought a 65-in. TV from Walmart because of good price and their installation package of $79. First Walmart installation appointment cancelled with two hours notice because installer running behind. Second Walmart installation appointment time came and went with no installer. Called installer. Subsequently got e-mail that they did install in my area but due to few requests had nobody available, would refund installation fee. I would like to know what kind of way this is to run a business.Looked for local installers, now focused on customer recommendations. Found CTech. The new TV was able to use my existing wall mount, but I wanted it lowered on wall for better viewing angle. CTech put down drop cloths, used protective foot wear, worked hard, fast, and efficiently, gave clear instructions for using new smart TV and components to two old fudd grandparents, vacuumed up and left the area spotless.If you want superior installation, these are your guys. These guys were so accomadating! So I had a bad situation with Geek Squad (don’t use them) where I was stuck trying to find someone to unmount my TV last minute before I deployed. Not only did they come (last minute btw), but they also unmounted my floating TV stand and filled in all the holes in my wall. For 128 bucks!?! Then had the nerve to ask “Is there anything else we can do to help?” Be blesssed sir. While I’m here, they are the ONLY company I will use for any electronic service. Some of the nicest and hard working ppl I’ve met.
