I love going to Sallys! The staff here are always so friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful each and every time I visit. They have a wide range of high quality products at affordable prices. The store is always well stocked and organized so I can always find what I need. Everyone is so personable and always remember exactly the type of products Im there for. They always have great sales and I love the loyalty rewards program. If you are looking for anything hair care, hair styling, or hair color related this is definitely the place. They also have a wide variety of nail polish, gel and anything you need for the pefect Mani Pedi. The staff there is what makes it a great shopping experience every time I go.

I went there looking for hair dye. The two women were very knowledgeable. Telling me about their experiences with the products or friends experiences. Answered all my annoying questions lol. Thank you so much for everything!

I used to frequently go here, unfortunately the new Manager was very pushy. I was looking for conditioners and didnt need any help and she continued to offer help after I had stated I was just looking. After I had selected a conditioner I wanted to look around unfortunately I was not able to do so without her right behind me . Overall I will no longer be coming to this Sallys location I felt smotherd.

Today marked my last attempt to shop at the Crestview location. The manager, Michelle I believe, was very condescending during my visit. To the point I just put the product I had intended to buy down and left to go to the Ft. Walton location. Im 30 years old and have no interest in being spoken to like Im a child, especially when her recommendations would have fried my hair.

Its funny in this store they charge you up to the bag and if you dont pay for the bag they give you your items in hand

Even though they were sold out of what I needed, Michelle saved the day! She called her former store & worked with them to find the items that I needed & arranged for the order to be shipped to my home. I had never met her before today, but have shopped at Sallys for years. This was the best customer service that I have ever received at Sallys.

Love the staff at this location. The manager Semetra is very knowledgeable and has definitely taught her staff the importance of great customer service. The young ladies know their products and the proper way they should be used. Keep up the good work..

Sallys products are the best! I love Sallys however I dont love all of the staff that they hire. The customer service I got today was below-par and I was very polite to the cashier. She seemed to have a chip on her shoulder because I asked her to check out me and another lady who had been waiting. She was busy with a customer who just wanted to gossip and get a little attention. I understand that great customer service is important but its also important to ring out your customers instead of letting the line backup you cant just solely gossip & gab with a customer while others are put on the back burner. To the girl with the greenish blue hair I had groceries in my car and could not wait sorry my polite ask to ring us out bothered you enough to be rude to me. Think about things like that next time you have an attitude. Best advice.

Went in recently after I received a horrible dye/highlight job from a pricey salon in FWB. I hated how my hair looked. Came to Sallys to see if I could get something to help everything blend better. The manager, Semetra, was extremely helpful. She picked out just the right product for me after looking at my hair and listening to what I was trying to achieve. My hair looks sooo much better! Thank you Semtra!!
