Your candy was expired. had some maltesers and it says it expired march of 2021! why would you keep these things out for people to buy? had to throw it out after trying one, waste of money :/ i like the store but thats my only critique

Is a really nice candy store with a ton of choices in candy and drinks. A lot of fun for kids. They even have semiprecious stones like amethyst and quartz and other types to choose from that you can put in a bag and keep with you to help with feelings. Chakra rocks. Geodes you can break open. Thwy even have the Ramune sodas I like that I get at asian markets. They have a good amount of Harry Potter items for those of you who like Harry Potter. It was a good family trip and the kids enjoyed it. The only thing I have to say is that the prices were a little steep for some things. The chocolate Wanda were 13.27, the Bertie botts beans were 8.73. The flying cauldron butterscotch beer was 26.44 for 12. They offer military discount and bulk discounts for multiple drinks. Even though it was an expensive trip the kids had fun so I’d suggest going as a fun family outing once a month if kids earn it. I’ll give a 4 out of 5 for the choices and price considered. :)

This 37 year old felt 7 again when I walked into this store!!! 🥰 Some of the candies here I havent seen in 20 years and thought Id never see them again!! One of my favorites are the Astropops... They have them and so much more even an area full of salt water Taffy and other candies that you pay by the bag size you choose!!! And do many different brands and flavors of Soda Pop!!! The owner was extremely polite and I will return asap🥰🥰🥰

This place is 1000% amazing! Its like candy paradise haven in here and its much better than these candy shops in Newark! And the owner of Rocket Fizz is nice too, I cant wait to visit here again!

What a fun store! Mr. Vic has all of the specialty candies & sodas. If he doesnt have it, then hell order it for you! You can buy candy by the pound, but Mr. Vic will also sell you a few pieces as well. His staff is always friendly! Super clean store!

Extremely over-priced. Walmart has the same, or better.Winn-Dixie (across the street) is cheaper too. Exact same junk food. Why their whoppers are 3-4 times the normal.....nostalgia never cost sooo much.Post script.Look at the reply from the owner. And great customer service attitude, to boot!

They claimed to participate in military appreciation (discount for active/retired), but just ran my wife and so, out of the store for asking the clerk for her discount (she paid in cash, so no reason, other than inability to move a decimal to rhe left a couple spots.And another customer lost.

Has a great assortment of unique and peculiar sodas, candies, and collectibles. Owners were really great as well. Will definitely be dropping in every once in a while with my family to get some goodies.

Worth the stop. It would be hard to find another brick and mortar store with a bigger selection of candy and soda. Definitely better than any other candy store Ive been to on the gulf coast. Also offered military/veteran discount without being asked.

Massive selection of bottled soft drinks, packaged candies, and bulk candies. The only downside is it is a little prices. They do have public servant/ military discounts.

No matter how many times I go in there, I truly feel like a kid in a candy shop.

This is such a cool little place. They offer a variety of candies that you can find everywhere as well as very unique candies from around the world. I found some Kinder chocolate there which was a huge hit with my family. They even have some Old Time Candy that you would find at an old General Store. I also found a 5 lb gummy bears there. They offer a huge selection of unique sodas as well as energy drinks. The employees are extremely friendly and offer great customer service. This is definitely a fun and unique candy shop.

Love it! It is just a fun place to take kids big and small. The owner is really nice. Im a diabetic and they even have stuff for me. its just one of those places that you go to and you find something neat for somebody or yourself. And some of the weird flavors like grass and mustard are kind of interesting.

Nostalgia galore! Loved walking in and finding things from my childhood that you dont see anymore! A LOT of product professionally displayed in a mom and pop feel. I recommend people to check it out!

Get ready to go back in time when you step in this place! Youll see candy that you havent seen in ages! The prices vary but so much worth it to have it housed in one place with very friendly owners who do cherish their customers. I could have stayed in there for hours just reminiscing about the candy that was around when I was a kid which was many years ago. There were also new products and all kinds of different flavors of sodas. I think that if you are looking for a special little treat whether you are an older adult or young child this is the place to be!

A fun, eclectic shop chock full of sweets, treats, and memories. Buy candies you remember from childhood by the pound, bar or package. Varieties of sodas are diverse, some interesting, some old-fashioned and some just, um,I unusual Plus, they have all sorts of cool reproductions of vintage concert and film posters. Dont see what you want? Just ask Vic and his wife and they can probably find it. A fun shop for poking around, rekindling fond memories and gift shopping. Pickle soda, anyone?

Really neat store with a lot of unique stuff and different candy. My daughter loves it. Be prepared to spend some $ in there because some things can get pricey but its a cute little shop. I recommend for sure. Especially for nostalgia.

I like to take my kiddo here every now and again. They have a ton of craft sodas and taffy flavors. A lot of retro metal signs and the such.

We drove out of our way on the way to Florida to go to this shop and it was well worth it! Awesome store and the kids had a blast picking out the taffy and looking at the old fashioned toys and candy. Owners extremely nice.

Awesome small time shop, plenty of candy and drinks to choose from. Also has old fashioned decorations for sale reminiscent of when these ships were on every corner. Definitely worth the time to browse if you visit one of the other places in the shopping center.

Staff were very helpful even though we got there right as they were ready to close the door for the evening. Wish they were in our town. (And carried Bawls Zero.) (edit): Still the best place to get our fix of the unusual and coolest drinks and candies anywhere. Truly worth the five stars Ive shouldve awarded on initial review. Just didnt want to seem too over the top. I tell all my friends, and folks I meet at gatherings, of this wonderful store. I always be sure to keep a few of their cards on hand to pass on. Sorry if I seemed unappreciative.

A great little candy shop and soda joint. They have any kind of candy or soda you think of or want, including imported. They soda section was amazing, all came in the glass bottles like they used to when I was, with real cane sugar. There was even every type of root /ginger beers you could want. They staff was all real polite and helpful.

This is the greatest store....it is sooooo much fun, they hve soe much candy and drinks that you will not find any place else....im 49 and it makes me feel like a kid again...for us older folks they even have beamans gum! the drink they have, has a fantastic flavor that it melts in your mouth....the customer service is top notch! highly recommend

Im not much in the candy more since I started dieting but its time that I did stop into this little Rocket Fizz I was surprised to see every variety of my favorite candy from when I was a kid no matter what youre looking for youre going to find it in the store and they have some of the most off-the-wall crazy Soda Pop flavors so definitely worth stopping in and trying something that youve never had before I recommend the pickle soda

This place does not even deserve this one star. So I when at 10:35 today it opens at 10:30. It was not open until 11:15. When I went in I found the snacks I wanted and just so happened to look at the experation date and it was expired for a year and looked at the rest of the stuff I had it was all expired for at least a year to 2 years. Then everything is so overpriced. Sodas were $6 for one like the IBC Root Beer for one where you could get a pack of 6 of the same thing for $3. I mean if you like eating everything overpriced and expired, then go for it.

Friendly staff here are great at helping you find the soda or treat you are after. My mom wanted a grape knee high, they knew right where it was.

Wont be shopping here anymore. Sign on the front door says you cant enter without a mask. Its one thing to force your employees to wear a mask but forcing customers to wear one or no entry is absolutely insane.
