GREAT service! I was backed against the wall with no phone service, needing an accurate fix. Well, store manager Ariel did a tremendous. And although it was not a time crunch emergency, I was out in minutes. Pulled a rabbit out of the hat! Then, the next week I went in with a question and April got it done for me. These folks are tops!

Went in there today and was seen by Dwight. He was the absolute best! Very knowledgeable and friendly, he answered question after question with a great attitude. I felt lucky to have him as a sales associate. Dwight even stayed late to help me with my phone issues. My family and I will be back for sure just because of Dwight! Thank you so much! I have had T-Mobile for many years this is the first time I had an amazing experience. Lexie H was awesome. She went above and beyond. We had several parts to our transaction and she helped us every step of the way. She was very personable and knew her business. Her manager Ariel was also very helpful and personable too. I will definitely be back to this location just because of them.

I’ve been with Verizon for over 7 years. Finally after several issues with my service and many other cons I walked into T-MOBILE in crestview and decided to check out what their offers were, plans, etc.....It was by far the BEST cell phone experience I’ve ever had in 30 years. For starters it was a Friday afternoon. I was expecting a long wait to only have some questions answered.I walked in with a headache and JESSICA literally solved all my problems in under an hour. She also happen to be the only person at that time working and whoaaa her multitasking skills are insane.I left with an UPGRADE, credit for my trade in, an Apple Watch, faster data, better hotspot, and literally only paid taxes and bought some accessories.She handled the switch from Verizon, set my phone up for me,was so nice, so helpful, personable.....and honestly made my day 100% better.Thank you so much!! Love this store/location and beyond impressed.

Lexie is awesome! I came in earlier in the week and a different person waited on me. I brought a friend in to get a newphone and Lexie waited on us. I found out more from listening to Lexie about T Mobile. She promotes T Mobile and Im sending all my friends to Lexie and T Mobile. You are very lucky for having Lexie as an employee-- very very professional and helpful. Other employees need to take lessons from her.

I love how people come into media platforms to bash individuals. This store was by far one of the most amazing experiences that I have ever had. I was helped my Mel and Chris. They got me set up with a new tablet, sync ups and 2 new phones. They were the nicest people! The manager that the troll is speaking about below was there as well. HE was professional, funny, and very helpful to the employees and myself. They couldn’t get some of my stuff to transfer and Alex was hands on and got everything taken care of. I highly recommend this store and the staff. This location is brand new and I prefer it over stores open forever. I will only go back to this store. And Alex, Mel and Chris, keep your heads up. People will always post hateful comments when something doesn’t go their way. Cheers from a girl passing through!

My LG phone wasnt working right and took it in the associate took it looked at the problem, after a while handed it back to me and had installed the T-Mobile SCAM protection to it and showed me where it was located in my apps! Real happy with the service with T-Mobile as Verizon let me down 2 1/2 years ago!

LATE POST...Dwight, Ariel, and Lexie have been super amazing to me. When I was deciding on a phone and ready to get a new one was the same day the internet went down nationwide, about 3 weeks ago. I never had so much fun hanging out at a place of business. Two days later, I decided I was no longer an android person so I went back with my tail between my legs and begged for forgiveness and the Tmobile team mentioned above, never made me feel bad about my decision. I had to wait for a new phone in the mail so I got lucky for a 3rd time to go in and update my hot mess that I created. Every experience was enjoyable and I even talked to other customers and we all had a great time. It was like a fun therapy session. The experience at this location was beyond amazing. The staff was friendly and very helpful. Alex the store manager was beyond helpful and went above and beyond to fulfill my requests. Not only did he hook me up with new business account but also helped me get all of my correct info to bring my numbers from Verizon. Had friendly conversations with him and he is one of the most knowledgeable persons I have ever met in the industry. That Marco guy in the comments below must be mistaken or having a bad day, because he customer service I got from Alex is hands down he best I’ve ever gotten from any manager in the area. I’ve been with A&T and Verizon and this is by far the most professional and impactful person I’ve ever met. So, I commend you Alex for having to deal with people like him! Keep up the great work. You have a customer for life with my business.

I went in just to see if I had a bill due. When I got in there the people that work there started asking questions about my phones. Come to find out they were really old! They looked at my bill, were able to change my plan, got me two new phones and I am saving money. These were by far the nicest people I have ever met. Anyone tells you other wise go meet them yourself! The store manager was very helpful when it came to explaining my phones so an old man like me can use them. She wrote personalized instructions on white paper so I won’t forget. I feel like that was above and beyond. I will definitely go back there again when I need help. I can never thank them enough.

Not a word has been created that can express my gratitude for Lexie and Dwight—at the Crestview FL T-Mobile store. We had tried with a long difficult series of challenges to keep our data and also be able to leave the group plan that our son was the owner. Our son passed away.We needed the account number and PIN number to provide you the info required. I had called the Birmingham AL store on Hwy 280 and the lady was very sympathetic. THEN three calls to 611, several days calling, and still yesterday the 3rd 611 call continued to not be successful. I asked the 3rd 611? There wasn’t a person who would talk to me personally and hear my plea—to verbally tell me the account number & PIN number so my husband and I could get our problem solved.I prayed to the Lord to ask for someone human who would care enough to think of a resolution. After tears, I thought about calling the Crestview store where my son’s wife had already been their help to make changes to the group plan.Lexie at Crestview answered so cheerfully. Her spirit of enthusiasm immediately conveyed sincere concern. She patiently listened to the FULL details of my issues. She came up with a solution no other employee had offered.This was such a heart to heart blessing. The very next morning, today, we drove 4 hours from Birmingham to Crestview for Lexie and Dwight who greeted us with totally professional and rapid assistance.Lexie (and Dwight) made THE DIFFERENCE! The fellows at this store (BJ & Mr Stone) are knowledgeable, passionate about their product, and personable. If you are a T-Mobile customer USE THIS STORE, if not... switch so you can come here. As a former employee of the wireless industry, I should of known better than stepping foot in this store. We just recently switched over from Verizon and kept our previous phones. We decided to upgrade and went to the local store to do this, while we were there we talked with the rep and decided on phones. It wasnt until we went to purchase the phones that the rep told us they were not in stock, we changed the colors and sizes only for her to then tell us none of the devices were in stock, after feeling a little of frustration mixed with a giant waste of time, we decided to let her order them for us, and then were hit with the month wait for them to ship. Now as a former wireless industry employee I understood this, iPhones are high demand I get it! We finally received them in everything was good, fast forward a week later and a issue comes up with the phone, I take it into the store for help (after all necessary troubleshooting done myself) to get a replacement. Not only was I told they cant do ANYTHING for me, I was told to raise hell with customer service to get them to do it, I could purchase a new phone AND still have to pay for this phone, or travel an hour to a apple dealer and have them charge me to replace it. I am incredibly disappointed in the SALE customer service, once youve made your purchase they could care less about the customer service. As every wireless consumer that Im sure has dealt with this, its ridiculous. Unprofessional kids working there, that dont know anything about how to do their job correctly. If you want people to actually buy and stay customers then you need to teach your employees correct customer service. This is the exact reason why you should NEVER purchase from a AUTHORIZED DEALER of a wireless carrier, they arent trained correctly and the customer service is atrocious. My only hope is that one day wireless carriers will stop focusing on the bottom line to gain revenue and stick with the highly trained professionals of corporate stores. This store is NOT IT. If I could give 0 stars I would.

My husband and I recently opened an account at this store. We were previously with Verizon. Each time we would go into a Verizon store, corporate stores where they are supposed to be held to higher standards, we were treated like second hand citizens because we were older. We are over 55, and not that that is an excuse to be treated better, but I feel as though we have earned some respect. We went into the tmobile store in crestview, not wanting to drive to fort Walton and I could not be more thrilled with the service. The gentlemen that worked there were so sweet, professional and kind. They had great manners and treated my husband and I with so much respect. They took their time to teach us how to use our phones and we all had pleasant conversations. I never have posted a review before, but I felt, with all of the negativity surrounding our world now a days, that it was needed. First of all, I will say, there has never been a more professional team and staff that I have worked with to get my phones and other products and services that Ive needed. THEY KNOW THEIR STUFF. Some people come in to stores having bad days and put everyone else in a bad mood, then leave terrible reviews because of the way their lives are being played out. Dont take your frustrations out on other people. Be nice to your fellow citizens. We are all human-beings. The golden rule, Treat others the way you want to be treated. These workers are genuinely good people and have your best interest in mind. They ask you specific questions to make sure your needs are matched. EXCEPTIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE on my end. This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I went to t- mobile in Crest-view, FLA today for a minor problem. When I got there I had to wait 15 minutes. The sales man Javier was talking to some lady, after 15 minutes he finally acknowledged me. As I started to explain what I needed, he did not even listen to me and deleted my app. I told him why did you do that. He started shouting at me and told me to get out of the store. I do not know why this store has 4 stars. If there is minus ten, I would have given it to them. I also called customer service to file a complaint and got the run around. At least train your sales person to be polite.

I had a great time with BJ and Brandon. They were really knowledgeable about Tmobiles products and promotions. The best part in working with them was how they tried to help me encourage my son to stay with Samsung and not go to Apple. Unfortunately, our tatics didnt work. We all decided that sometimes as adults, we have to watch our children experience life for themselves. Then when they come running back (back to SAMSUNG) we can tell them I TOLD YOU SO. We also came to the conclusion that we will be seeing eachother next Friday or Saturday so that my 16yr old can pick out a new Samsung phone and pay that $50 restocking fee. Lol. Anyway you two were great. See you next weekend.

As a previous employee of T-mobile at a different location, Im super picky about who I work with. I purposely go to Alex at this location when I want stuff actually taken care of and handled properly (instead of BSed by customer service on the phone or certain locations). Always interacting with every customer and staff, creates a great environment where you just wanna come hangout. Really goes above and beyond for everyone.To previous comments the only time this manager or any good manager is in the back is when things need done. Believe it or not there are a million things behind the scenes that have to be done to make the store run. One person doing the job of several, so if by chance you arent lieing it was probably inventory day.The other comment about insurance not being added and was supposed to be is BS!!! Seeing as they get paid on selling insurance there is no way it wouldnt be put on unless specifically told no by the customer. Numerous times people refuse to add it I will add it later, only on the one phone because I never break mine then when an accident happens they find someone to blame. The screen protectors and cases there are the best with life time guarantees. They dont work miracles tho.. you run it over case or not its not going to save it.

Alex the store manager was very rude and unprofessional. Hid in the back office the whole time instead of coming out and correcting my issue I was having with an employee about my account. The sales associates didn’t seem to be well trained about ANY promotions going on and gave me wrong info (which the manager should’ve came out and corrected and also should train the employees a LITTLE better). I HIGHLY do not recommend this location. I feel as if I walked into a circus. 10/10 do not recommend this location to anybody.

This store is great. Whilst T-Mobile is going through an expansion en masse, this certain issues will appear and can be a nuisance. I have never had trouble with getting attentative help and service from this store. Alex, the manager, is absolutely excellent. The lady on the phone did not want to help me at all. She kept referring me to the app even after I stated that I would rather talk to someone over the phone. the customer service is horrible. This isnt the first time someone didnt want to help and just referred me to the app. The customer service representatives do not want to help you over the phone, they would rather have you do it yourself and not waste their time. After asking people if I could just do it over the phone with them, they said no but I can do it on the app or online. I personally like doing it over the phone so that way they have record of it but to be told that they can’t do it they can’t help me and I need to do it Myself is ridiculous. T-Mobile does not have good customer service

I had an issue when I moved over from ATT and Bobby was tasked to help resolve it. He worked tirelessly to make sure I was taken care of.**Update** upon switching from ATT, I’ve had issues having credit applied to my account as I was promised my phones would be paid off upon switching.Minus the first month of applying the credit to my account, I’ve had to remind them each time to apply the credit, with one month me having to pay out of pocket because they waited last minute. You would think since you are bringing them business they would be more appreciative, but instead, once you sign to them, they seem forgetful of the help that was promised. Called on a Monday and Thursday to speak with the manager or have him contact me regarding the issue, but a week later and no reply from him or anyone else. Stay weary.

I live in a rural area and it was impossible to get a decent signal from other carriers. They (the other carriers) were simply a waste of time & money. I needed reliable phone services w/internet search capabilities. After consulting with BJ at the Crestview store, he assisted me in selecting a service plan and set up the phone to meet my needs. Most people my age (63) are not per se tech savvy. You dont have to be! And for once, I am not unhappy about the actual services I am paying for ! It works & it works great. Thanks so much for making it happen BJ. 👍 So if you need assistance with phone/carrier problems. I recommend you to definitely go see the staff at this store.

Got two brand new s9 phones and for whatever reason only one phone had insurance. Paid $45 each for two screen covers, that were pretty much worthless despite being told they are the best on the market. Within 2 weeks both have popped off and one ended up with a cracked screen. Wasnt too concerned since I thought I had insurance. Turns out that the girl at the register didnt add insurance to one of the phones. Even Tmobile customer service thought it was odd I would only get insurance on one phone. Had to have a third party fix the phone. Long story short, spent money on new phones, cases and screen protectors and then didnt really matter because tmobile didnt add insurance on the phone. Fyi they have only 14 days to add insurance on your phone when you buy it. If they dont add it, when you assume they added it, then you are pretty much screwed.
