Its a small GameStop, but it gets the job done. Do wish they had more selection in store.

I shop at this gamestop often and really appreciate how great the employees are and how well they keep the store. Tonight I called about a game the lady said yes they had it. I asked if they price match Walmart and she said yes. I go in get the game already had the screen pulled up and she taps the game and Wal-Mart had 2 options. The online was 39.99 and the in store was 33.88. She tells me she cant price match the in store price only the only price....what kind of sense does that make? Im buying in store. So I went across the street and got it for the $33.88.

Great Employees, went in for 1 game and left with 3. Went above and beyond helping me and explained some games they thought I might enjoy. Also didnt even have to ask for a price match, it was already the low price. Wanted a game not on the shelf and they went and found it.

They are ok stock to browse is skimpy they want shopping online but this store in crestview has very good manager and typically really friendly staff

Never have anything in stock. Finally ordered a xbox one x from them with the protection plan and today I went in to see what they could do about the covered xbox one x that died weeks after getting it. Long story short, they cant replace or repair it...they only offered a refund.

Been calling for three days now no one picks up. It just rings a bunch of times then hangs up or get busy sound both are after you get the recording with the greeting you get from every game stop. The only difference this one wont pick up

Great service, very nice employees, but they will constantly ram down the stuff that you dont need, especially the manager who doesnt care much about their employees and put blame on them for no reason. While there just doing there best as a human being telling us what is important to us and what we needed that we are looking for than selling us more GameStop promotional items and telling us to sign up for them when I constantly declined them.

My girlfriend and I have been going to this GameStop for years now and weve experienced many more as well. This one is one of the better ones we have been in. They have a cool variety of collectibles, games, and accessories. The people that work here are very helpful, informative, and kind. I definitely give this store two thumbs but only because I dont have more thumbs to give. Hehehe.

This place has become one of the only places my kids love to go to in town. Crestview does not have a lot to offer, so this is a blessing when you want to take your kids to some quick “Window shopping”. Staff is always welcoming, and greet you every time you come in.They always strike conversations with the “regulars”, which makes this GameStop feel like the “Cheers” for Gamers and kids. Very family friendly as well.

They refuse to take a debt card however, they will take a credit card. While ALL other store will take both. Ive always had problems out of this particular store. God forbid they do the job for people that are not their buddies. Also the manager hung up on me after I tried to explain that he needs to reread the policy that was implemented. I would order the product online however, it states its unavailable as with every other game I look up. No other store has the game. This is the only game stop within 200 miles from my house that has it. Gamestop Crestview does do onsite payment...only thru credit cards. Thats their excuse. So I call other stores looking for the game. They dont have it. I ask if they can take a debt card. Yes we do, but only chipped debt cards crestview is the only store that says they cant.

Great service and great selection if you see any reviews saying there trades are not fair that is true but all game stops have horrible trades how else will they make money if they give you the same amount back as you paid because I know this first hand I went here like 3 years ago and bought Battlefield 4 this was when it was a brand new game bought it for $60 went home found out I didnt have a external hard drive so I couldnt play it tried to return it they said I couldnt so I traded it in they gave me $2.50 really I mean come on they could have just put it back on the shelf as new didnt even open the plastic on the outside of the box.

This is the only Gamestop in Crestview, FL so it has to be good.

EDIT--Went back today and ERIC took care of us. Still unhappy with the store and other employees. Even tho they were polite they were unhelpful- ERIC was helpful. Ty Eric!!!!GameStopIm so disappointed in you. We went into a GameStop today and there were boxes that looked like they were available for sale of the Nintendo switch. After waiting in line we were told they were not available. So we decided to get A DS 2 and multiple games for my sons birthday instead. We waited in a very long line only to find out your systems are down and you have no Back-up Plan. So after 45 minutes or so we finally had to cancel the transaction. Went elsewhere to get the game and missed out on our points. However it looks like that the three times you slept our card it did go through and put a hold on it. That was very embarrassing at our birthday dinner. But still understanding that things happen we had a little bit of cash and my other son wanted NBA 2K. So we came back in there and bought that game. We got home and found out that the game code inside the box has already been used. It was not a used video game it was brand new. We called your store for support they of course remember us because of how long we had to wait today. However your workers cannot help us and told us to call Microsoft. Microsoft is unable to help us as well. We purchase that particular game specifically for the code and now youre telling us we are just out of luck?

Great selection of games obviously but the strongest point in this store is its collectibles and figures.

Pretty stupid that you buy a brand new game for 30$ and return it unused and they want to give you 10$ for it. I find this place has bullshit trades that dont give you equal amount back when they sell the game for more than what they pay you for it. They are a profit only organization some of the workers are very kind but do not give you equal sales.

Went into gamestop to browse for some pops and the employees were fantastic. They helped me look for certain figures without me even asking. Although I didnt end up buying anything I walked out more educated then I walked in.

My 13 son was told my an employee that if a code doesnt work, to come back to the store and swap it out with no problems. Manager said that its $30 for my son to buy a new code. Such a ripoff store. Never again.

One of the best Gamestops in the area. Knowledgable staff that like to discuss video games rather than just sell you a product. Sometimes I go there just to talk about games. They also added a bunch of merchandise to the store for the collectors out there.

Spectacular service and plentiful selections to choose from.

This is my go-to place in Crestview to buy gifts for my teenagers and their friends. They have a large selection of game consoles, video games, Pokémon TCG cards, as well as Funko Pop and assorted figurines. The hours of operation are reasonable and the staff is knowledgeable and friendly.

The people are just amazing! Broad knowledge of video game, anime, and comic book lore!

The service is good, especially when you want to talk about games, but kind of lacks based on trade ins, but thats more of a corporate thing.

Gamestop is the only place in town besides Walmart for games.I was in line and was asked if I wanted to renew my Powerup Rewards PRO card. I said I would after the associate told me I would save some money, and it would only cost $11.09 to renew rather than the $14.99.However, I later checked my receipt to make sure, and I saw $14.99 charged. I didnt bring it up, but be wary... that it shows up on the computer right. It shouldnt surprise me though, but was disappointed that I had to pay full price.

This is one of the most poorly ran Gamestop stores Ive ever come across. Each of the many times we have gone to the store, there is a line of people waiting at the register that wraps around the store- often times with only one register open while there is a perfectly capable employee in the back room. If you need something from this Gamestop, be prepared to wait for a LONG time, or go to another one. Only thing that kept me from giving it only one star is because some of the workers are polite and Id feel bad.
