I use the VSTV service...within the first 2 weeks of buying the setup and paying for monthly service it was hacked and down for a month...he has been updating the site with information once he knows and has me back up and running now. I would recommend this cable alternative service.

After having been in storage for 4 months, my computer wouldnt start up. So, we brought it in to have it looked at. Instead of jumping on it and taking our money, they gave us some advice and suggested we try that first. Then if that didnt work, to bring it in for them to look at. We did so, and their suggestion is exactly what was needed. (The memory needed to be re-set. It got jostled in the move.) These guys have earned my business in the future.Thank you!

Took in a computer from my business because it was having problems with the keyboard. They were able to figure this out almost instantly and they ordered the part and it came in quickly. Overall the situation was resolved quickly and professionally. These guys know their stuff.

I went by to see if they could repair my Toshiba hinge and Mr. Woolley was able to fix it right there and charged me NOTHING. I could not find anyone to work on the actual computer and he solved the problem and was very helpful. I will use them again!

I needed to down grade my computer from Windows 10 to Windows 7 due to program compatibility and I attempted to do it myself. Turns out its not an easy thing to do! I called Mr Woolley and he definitely knows his stuff! My computer has been transitioned to Windows 7 and I couldnt be happier! The extras he added are super helpful and I just couldnt be more pleased with the service!

This laptop had a few dead keys when it came in for repair. I had to use a USB keyboard to type in data during the repair. I made the mistake of not noting this on the invoice. What this customer paid for, he got, a new hard drive and a new copy of Windows, protection software and more.HE WROTE...Stay away from here! I took my laptop in for bad sectors in the hard drive and spent over 250 dollars to get it replaced. After paying and taking it home, I noticed that some of the keyboard letters werent working properly. After talking with the owner, he stated he thought he annotated the invoice - he was wrong. There was no mention of it on both our invoices and they would only repair it at my expense. Shady business practices and poor customer services.

This Eric Murray brought his non-working laptop in for repair and we repaired it. When asked if he had data needing saving he DID NOT mention any home made dirty videos he wanted saving and in what folder they were saved in, so they were not saved. We saved all other data in his default user folder. Now he is mad at us for his mistake and writing bad reviews on mt business. I have been in business for almost 50 years now and specializing in computer repair for almost 19 years. Our primary customer data base is repeat business and word of mouth referrals. I dont like people like this pulling down my ratings because of their mistakes. We repaired his laptop as requested and he needs to get over it. Period.

He kept my computer for 2 days short of 3 weeks, Kept saying he was Backed Up, so I finally went to just pick it up, and he had taken 1 protective shield out and Could-Not remember how to reinstall it or the side panel.He knew nothing about how to repair or even disassemble it. I would have given a 0 Star rating, but it wasnt available...
